well is it a prestige show? if it's a show like mad men, breaking bad, true detective etc. then yeah the prestige is higher with HW tv. if it's a CW soap-lite, then BW star.

(but tv in HW is not a pejorative really, plenty of famous actors who get decent work in movies are doing both since the opportunity to do real character work in episodic installments isn't something you can do in movies. that being said there still is somewhat of a stigma (people like Tarantino still look down on tv), and there's now the assumption that if youre talented and proven in movies, but choose to do tv work it's either a short-lived role or you're past your prime/offbeat in some way)

In Bollywood only 3 stars ( Khans ) are big enough to
be compared with Hollywood stars

It depends on the individual statuses of the stars you are comparing..

But IMO, average HW TV celeb>>> average BW star

The difference between movies and TV is also not that great in HW.

In terms of prestige, I do think people who do films are more respected
But TV actors can be immensely popular there, the famous ones are almost like cultural icons.

HW in any way is bigger than BW be it a tv star or a movie star. In BW only Khans are big stars n compareble to them.

Sad that we all spend all our extra time on this Bollywood forum yet give credit and importance to another industry.

Bollywood is an industry that reaches more audiences than Hollywood. The population of all brown people on its own it's triple than any other race (therefore more people watch bw and bw reaches more people)... So why is "HW star" considered bigger... She got THAT opportunity because of her powerful presence in BW. Let's not underestimate Bollywood and it's reach.
