Honestly I don't get it ? For me it was the song of the year and it doesn't even get nominated at most award shows? Neither for best singer nor for choreography - seriously HOW!

I won't consider it as the best song of the year but yes it was one of the most interesting and different choreography I have seen in a long time for a bollywood song. I m surprised it didn't win a single award for that...

It's a very sweet song, but the vocals are not as strong or seasoned as someone like Shreya Ghoshal, or Rekha Bhardwaj who herself was majorly snubbed.

EDIT: just re-watched the video on YouTube... while it is nice, it's actually quite dated, it's nothing new. It's not even half as good as Vaibhavi's work in Kamli or Ishq Dance. This type of dance was done a million times since Step Up which came out like 2006. Whereas Deewani Mastani was pushing the envelope and doing something new.

Why are Sachin-Jigar being snubbed is the big question? Badlapur is one of the most appreciated albums of 2015 (which btw was not a great year for music lovers). Can't blv SEL are being nominated for DDD instead. Total W*F! 😆

Last year they won for 2 states 😆

OT- Not only Sun Saathiya, ABCD -2 had few amazing dancing numbers. Not even one has been appreciated till now and it is very disappointing.

I think it's because it is not a 2015 song, but rather a 2013 song. Sun Saathiya was in the original ABCD film, and they re-used it on Shraddha and Varun for ABCD2
