Abhi had done the biggest mistake of turning inner-circle people against Pragya. Abhi made them believe that he was in their side and interested in getting back all his wealth by any manner. Pragya knew that now there was no way they all were going to stay quite. They would either make her step down or eliminate her. After all she was one among them and was controlling them only for a reason. She was just a medium to bring Abhi back and made him handle all business. And she had failed miserably in that. Now either she herself should step down by asking for a divorce or she would be eliminated. In both the cases, Abhi would end up joining the company. But Pragya knew Abhi had only meant to make beautiful music. He would never be happy in this jungle.

Abhi had put Pragya's life at risk by making it very clear to everyone that he would never give her divorce. Pragya could feel the heat of conspiracy against her. Someone was definitely planning for her murder.

ABHI's PAST

Abhi had a bitter past with his father. His entire childhood went in seeing his parents fighting over everything. He always heard her mother to call his father crazy. He had finally made a peace to have such parents by finding solace in his music. One day when he came back from college he was told that his mother had done suicide. He convinced himself somehow thinking that at least now she would be at peace somewhere. After her last ritual, Abhi spoke to her Masiji only to know that, before dying his mother made a call to her in Canada. Her mother was devastated as his father made her see, having sex with other woman, in the same room. She couldn't take this much insult and ended her life.

That was the last time Abhi had seen his father. He did not want to kill him in front of his Dadi. He knew that if he ever gets to see him again he wouldn't be able to stop himself from killing him. But he also didn't want to give his Dadi pain to see his son dying before her. No mother should go through that pain.

Pragya and Abhi were still in the cabin. Abhi was trying to convince Pragya to break the deal. But she wasn't agreeing to it.

Finally Abhi asked her to tell him about his father's whereabouts. He was ready to meet his father.

This time Abhi was ready to talk to his father but he wanted Pragya back only as his wife not an outcome of any deal and without a child clause. He wanted to end this deal issue for Pragya and start a life afresh. This deal was everything for Pragya and he wanted to get her out from this crazy deal.

Pragya did know about Mr. Prem Mehra's whereabouts but it was hard to tell him.

"Why you want to meet him?"

"I want to thank him for bringing you in my life. I want to tell him that I'm ready to handle his business for him as per his wish. But I want you back as my wife."

Pragya was overwhelmed to see Abhi's love for her. During all these months in her marriage, Abhi's hate for his father was not hidden from her. His stern face even on mentioning his father was enough for Pragya to understand how badly Abhi was hurt by him. But now same Abhi wanted to thank his father and request him, only for Pragya. Pragya's love seemed to be very small in front of Abhi.

It was time to tell him everything. Abhi was ready.

Pragya opened the safe in her cabin and took out a vessel from the safe, covered with a red cloth, someone's ashes and she said -

"Your father"

"Your father and I had a deal. When I refused to marry you, he tried to kill my mother. His man held my mother hostage to make me accept the deal. Even then I refused because I did not want to make an unborn child part of a deal, moreover I knew it was only to threaten me. He didn't harm my mother. But then he did something worse. He told me he had final stage cancer and desperately wanted his son to be back. He wanted to die with an assurance that all the effort of his entire life will be in safe hands. Your hands. He had no time and he was desperate.

I didn't believe him. I found the deal bizarre. Then he took out an injection and told me anyways I'll die in few weeks then why not now. At least now you will believe me. Then he gave himself that injection. I still didn't believe him especially after what he had done to my mother. His last words were - Take a good care of my Abhishek, my empire, and my grand-kids. This is my last wish and I know you will never disrespect the last wish of a dying man. Pragya, don't let my death waste, accept the deal."

Cabin was quite for a long time. Pragya got a reminder call to attend an event. She knew that could be the last event of her life by all probabilities. If not today, some other day but her life was in danger. Pragya wanted to ask again if he was ready to accept the deal. She went near Abhi and asked him to accept the deal.

Pragya was scared for her life. How could she die when she knew her mother won't be able to survive this shock? She had kept her mother away from her since the day she had accepted the deal. But Pragya did not want to give her the pain of her only daughter's death. Pragya was desperate, she wanted to live. She begged Abhi to accept the deal as she didn't want to die.

Pragya revelation about her murder plan came as another shock for Abhi. He asked Pragya to go to her flat and he would join her later over there.

Abhi was out of fear of seeing his father. Now there was nothing and no one to stop him. He immediately called all inner-circle people and asked them about the murder plan. It was hatched by the the same person who had supported Abhi earlier against Pragya. He told Abhi everything about the hired shooter and soon the shooter was caught by the police.

Abhi took the deal papers and burnt them in front of the inner-circle. Rest of the inner-circle members were given the stern warning from Abhi to dare think anything against Pragya. And they all were transferred to different locations. Inner-circle was broken forever. They all had seen Abhi from childhood and very well aware of his capabilities and also of his anger.

Abhi reached Pragya's flat very late in the night. He told her about everything. He asked her to start working on new hiring as inner-circle no more exists. While Pragya was relieved to know that the killer was behind bars and now finally she could go and meet her mother, Abhi was still worried. One thing was bothering him that in no manner his father's employee could take such an extreme decision on its own. He was seeing these people from last many years and not at a single instance anyone had crossed their limits. It had to be some Mehra to make them do this crime.

No way Abhi could rest or even think Pragya to send away till the real culprit is found. He did try a lot with the person who made plan to kill Pragya but he was just not revealing the name. He was ready for anything, even death but he was holding back the name.

Abhi looked at the peacefully sleeping Pragya in his arms. The color of her face was slightly back. He shifted a bit and Pragya rubbed her nose on his t-shirt, moved her face further in his chest and continued to sleep.
