Pragya could not sleep that night. Whole night she was sitting in the balcony and rewinding what had been happening in the last six months. And with the first ray of sun, she left for office.
Abhi's plan to dethrone Pragya had started in Punjab when he first touched her. He started physical relationship so Pragya should not doubt on his intentions. This was required to keep his father out of the loop as Abhi did not want Pragya to complain to his father. He always portrayed himself as a patient, caring husband and deliberately kept away his jovial side from Pragya to indicate that though he accepted to be part of it but wasn't happy with this deal.
Abhi's ultimate goal was not to succumb to his father's wish. It would be similar to killing his inner self. Pragya was enough to remind him of his selfish father, a child was not necessary to add in the list. Abhi wanted a plan for Pragya's exit from his life without a child. Abhi knew that no way he could defeat Pragya by playing fair. Only Pragya was capable to dig her own grave. He carefully invoked Pragya's emotional side and her feelings. To check if he was going in the right direction, he framed a girlfriend story. And that helped to invoke Pragya's hidden emotions for Abhi. The way Pragya reacted, gave him an assurance that he indeed was on the right track. She was ready to sacrifice her motherhood for him. It clearly meant that she already had feelings for Abhi and his happiness was important for her.
At the same time he wanted Pragya to lose her focus from office. She was like a hawk, observing everyone and everything. Abhi asked his family to keep Pragya occupied in household issues. It was important to break the walls surrounding her. His father's loyal people who were now protecting Pragya were slowly getting impressed with Abhi. They all knew that ultimately Abhi would be their new leader but it was taking forever. They all were in dilemma, the deal should have given some result by now but everything was still very uncertain. Abhi took advantage of this dilemma and slowly, steadily started created cracks. He got succeeded with one person and later one more joined him.
His plan was simple and sharp - To frame Pragya in a fraud and corruption charges case against the company. A police complain against Pragya followed by a court case. Pragya would have to be resigned as CEO from the company due to the criminal charges against her. And couple would be entitled to get divorce due to the criminal charges and fraud against own company. All preparations were done - FIR, arrest warrant, advance bail. Just one phone call and that's it.
He did not hatch this cruel plan only to get back his properties. But the main motive of this plan was to send a strong message to his father to stay away from Abhi's life forever. By screwing Pragya's life he wanted to show his father that he is capable to go to any limit but he would not bow down to any of his wish.
Next morning, Abhi woke up a bit early. He was supposed to issue orders today but his confusion was at its peak. He would be taking everything from this girl. Abhi knew how much efforts Pragya had put to reach this level. She had lost her father at an early age and since then both mother and daughter had done lots of hard work to live a respectable life.
Abhi was wondering if this much brutality was really required, he started thinking to tone down the impact. His morning tea reminded him of the last evening he spent with Pragya; her silly talks only to make him laugh. He remembered how she still turns red when he starts to touch her. She always tried to first cover herself with her hands. She was still shy to let him see her most private part. His wife was too delicate to go through police case. She might be the strongest player of his father's inner-circle but to him, Pragya was his little, beautiful, delicate doll. He changed his mind. He decided to talk to Pragya about it and find some middle path together.
Abhi wondered why Pragya had left for office so early. He enquired about her only to be known that she left for office at wee hours.
Many things had changed between Abhi and Pragya from the day Abhi hatched this plan. Abhi never wanted Pragya to completely fall in love with him; his intentions were only to invoke her emotional side enough to divert her attention from office. Now the problem was, he had also fallen in love with her and his heart was not allowing him to give Pragya so much pain. The plan he worked so hard to make but now, he was unable to execute it.

Pragya was about to make a call when her cabin's door opened with a jerk. Abhi was standing there, in his pajamas and bathroom slippers. She kept the receiver down. They were looking straight into each-other eyes. Pragya asked if he needs tea and went to pantry to bring one.
Abhi called up his people to check if Pragya had contacted them last night. One of them had told Pragya everything about the plan. The one, who had recruited Pragya, selected her in the campus interview and brought her to this jungle. He couldn't survive Pragya's emotional blackmailing and blurted out everything. Pragya had asked him to remain quite as she would be executing the plan from here. She would be the one to call the police and got herself arrested.
Abhi checked her redial list. He sighed to know that he entered just in time.
Pragya was back in the cabin with two cups. They both quietly finished their tea and then Pragya left to attend a meeting leaving behind a puzzled Abhi.

Abhi had lost Pragya's trust forever. There was no point in telling to Pragya that why he had decided to pull back the plug. Abhi was still not out of the guilt on Pragya's decision to bring the hell down on her. Pragya's this move had proved that how much she was heartbroken to know the reality. Rather than saving herself, Pragya had decided to ruin her name and career forever.
But after this incident Abhi was clear about his feelings for Pragya. He was ready to accept his marriage with full heart. He had confidence that one day he would gain back Pragya's trust but before that he wanted to untangle the web created by his father. It was very important to take Pragya out of this crazy deal. He decided to give Pragya some time to gather herself before convincing her to break the deal. Once if they would be together, he wouldn't let his father to do anything.
Abhi and Pragya's relationship had come to a point where Abhi wanted to continue this marriage but without accepting the deal. He did not want his properties back but at the same time he was not ready to bow down on his father's wish for a child. He wanted to break this deal. On the other hand, Pragya wanted to come out of this marriage. There was no way Abhi would get ready to have a child and complete the deal. The only option left was divorce. And Pragya desperately wanted a divorce.
Pragya was back to the original one. Always engrossed in work, hardly to be seen at home and an expressionless face. Abhi's this step had made it very much clear to her that he was only interested in getting back his property. They were no longer a mating couple, it was not required now.
It was hard for Pragya to deal with this failure. At professional side Abhi proved her to be a big failure and on personal front he made a mockery of her emotions. It was hard to believe that all the emotions you felt for someone were actually carefully planted in you. The other person was monitoring your emotional changes and enjoying the show. While Pragya could still handle her emotions, she was most worried about the professional side. Abhi had made the worst mistake by cracking the inner-circle. They all were no more a team. Only Pragya knew that unknowingly Abhi had unleashed the devils. The war was definitely going to take a very ugly turn from here and she did not want Abhi to be part of it.
