Inside her tent, Naina worries about Rajveer. Roaming inside her tent Naina says, "itni der ho gayi. Sir kahan reh gaye? Jakey dekhun?" Naina, walks out of her tent in search of Rajveer.
Captain Rajveer, ties the logs together. "May I help you out?" "No it's alright!" "Some light?" "No its okay!" saying this he carries the logs. Crossing her arms, Dr. Mishra says, "you know Captain, mere experience ne mujhey ek baat sikhayi hai, soch-samajh kar diye hue jawab humesha such lagte hain, lekin sachey hotey nahi, wo dimag ka haal batate hain. Wo such mein aurton ko tang karna bohot achi tarah janta hai. Mujhey keh dia kuch khane ke liye dhundh ke laney ko. Ye bhi koi baat hoti hai? Tujhey pata hai..." as she was about to continue, Ali takes her hand and places few small fruits in her hands. Seeing them, makes Pooja to get emotional. Unable to bear her feelings anymore, she hugs him tightly with teary eyes. Startle by her sudden assault in the beginning, Ali soon embraces her tightly with a smile on his face. Leaving each-other, they blush and leave for their tents.

Inside Dr. Shalini and Yudi's tent
"Ahmm... Cadet aap wahan so jao, main yahan so jaungi" informs Dr. Shalini, indicating him that he can sleep at the left side of the tent while she'll sleep at the right. Without any argument Yudi picks up his belongings and sets at his allotted place. "Cadet Yudi kuch to kaho" "Kya kahun ma'am? Apne kaha ki mujhey yahan aana hai so I am here!""Pehle to tum aise nahi the?""Pehle aap bhi aisi nahi thi!" saying this, he turns to look at her and asks, "by the way, main kaisa nahi tha pehle?""Oh come on Cadet! Pehle tum mujhse kitni achi tarah baat karte the. We were like friends, right?" "Right ma'am we were 'like' friends, but never 'friends'! Aapne kabhi mujhey dost mana hi nahi hai. Anyways, I am feeling tired and sleepy. Good night", saying this he turns to sleep, leaving Dr. Shalini to think about many matters.

Mujhey laga tumhare pair smelly honge!" as he hears this, a smile comes on his face, remembering how he used perfume on his socks. "But great! Tumhare pair smelly nahi hai. That means hum ek saath ek blanket mein so sakte hain!" "O teri... such ma'am ek saath ek blanket mein? Arey waah!" "But deal is, hum dono ke sir alag-alag direction mein honge". As Huda hears this a smile comes on his face, remembering how he used perfume on both of his socks. "But great tumhare pair smelly nahi hai. That means hum ek saath ek blanket mein so sakte hai" "Teri to... such ma'am ek saath ek blanket mein? Arey waah!""But deal is ki hum dono ke sir alag-alag direction mein honge".As Huda hears this he turns to look at her in shock, "kya matlab?" Rajveer and Naina walks towards their tent. "Ahmm... shall I help you to carry them?" she asks politely. "No thanks, I'll do it. Tumhe aise tent se nahi nikalna chahiye tha Naina. This is not a very safe place you see".Taking a deep breath, she pulls a few logs from him. "Arey maine kaha na it's okay main kar lunga" says Rajveer politely. "Arey ek cadet ke hotey hue, ek mentor kaam kare to ye to galat baat hai na?" "Alright, we'll divide them. Okay?" Naina smiles, Rajveer smiles back in return. They divide the logs and start moving forth.
"Sir yahan baki sarey mentors casuals mein hain, fir apne uniform kyun pehna hua hai?" Smiling, his eyes on the path ahead, Rajveer says, "Naina mujhey discipline mein rehna pasand hai" as soon as he says this, his untied shoelace becomes a barrier on his way and he trips and falls. All the logs he's been carrying falls along. Seeing him in that form makes Naina to laugh out loud. Rajveer stares at her with a look of anger and shyness mixed together in his eyes. His hands spread behind him, supporting his weight, his legs spread forward. Getting down, Naina pulls his shoelace a little and says, "discipline?" then she continues laughing, harder this time. Seeing her laughing, all relaxed for the first time melts his heart. Realizing that he is staring, she slowly gets normal and lowers her eyes, out of sheer shyness. Placing her hands on her knees, and bending forward, she asks, laughing, "chalein Sir?" "Cadet Singh yaad rakhna iska badla main lunga!" he warns her, in a friendly gesture.Listening to this, makes her to laugh harder. She says between her laugh, "aap... aap mujhse badla lenge. Rehne dijiye Sir, chaliye jaldi uthiye". Ordering him, she starts to move forth. Getting up he brushes his uniform, then moving forth, he pushes her leg by his foot, making her to fall back. But he catches her, before she falls down on the ground.
To prevent herself from the fall, she grabs him by his collar by her right hand and her left hand holding him by his left arm. Simultaneously, Rajveer holds her by her waist to support her weight. "Sir..." she shouts in horror. Seeing her terrified face, makes him to laugh. After controlling his laugh for few seconds, he bursts out into a laugh, "hahaha... hahaha... tum... tumne apne chehra dekha hai? Hahaha!" Seeing him laughing at her makes her to fume with anger. Getting up and away from him Naina says, "hansiye, hansiye I am sure apko bada maza aa raha hoga. Jaiye mujhey apse baat nahi karni". She turns away from him and starts searching for something in her little purse, just to irritate him, a smile comes to her face eventually.
"Arey Naina tum gussa kyun ho rahi ho main to bus mazak kar raha tha" says Rajveer, creasing his brows. Naina turns to look at him, getting closer to him she whispers, "main bhi!" and applies lipstick on his cheek, with the help of a Pooja's lipstick, she has been carrying and laughs, "hahaha! Sir ek baat kahun?" Understanding what she did, he looks towards her and says, "nahi! bhago!" and starts to run after her to catch her. "Ab tumhe mujhse koi nahi bacha sakta Naina". He keeps running after her, both of them laughing. Then at last getting tired, taking heavy breaths, Naina turns towards him and shows him her palm, indicating him to stop, "Sir..." "Sir...", she says in between her heavy breaths. "Agar main aur chillayi to yahan subko pata chal jayega ki hum yahan kya kar rhe hain" Standing at his place, holding his waist from either side, staring her, he asks, "kya kar rahe hain hum?" He keeps staring her, daring her to answer. (Rajveer-Naina tune begins) Naina lowers her eyes. Realizing what he was going to do, Rajveer lowers his eyes too.

Inside Alekh's tent
He tries to check if there is even a single drop of alcohol remaining in his flask, but finds it empty. "Na daru hai, na mentor hai. Solid locha hai yahan", he utters to himself. "Iss camp ke chakkar mein, apun Naina se bhi khul kar baat nahi kar pa raha. Ussey Naveen Bhaiya, Ma-Baba ki baatein sunkar acha waqt kat jata hai apun ka. Yahan to sala waqt hi nahi kat raha".
Suddenly he hears a sound outside his tent. He gets out and realizes its coming from a far away place. He runs to locate the source of sound. Suddenly he collides with Huda, "tu? yahan kya kar rha hai?" Sighing, Huda says, "neend nahi aa rahi thi, isliye jaanwaron ko milne aa gaya". Holding his waist from either side, Alekh says, "mere tent ke aas-paas?" "Aur nahi to kya, jaanwar yahin to milenge!" saying this Huda runs to escape from Alekh. Alekh runs after him, saying "saaley..." (LRL remix version starts in the background). "Acha bhala so raha tha main, faltu mein utha dia, kaha kuch khaney ko laney ko. Upar se tu mujhey tang mat kar". Laughing, Alekh keeps dodging him "bechara..." and laughs. "Tu rukh saaley.." laughing Huda runs after him again.
Soon he catches him, they both fall on the ground, laughing. Laying there only, Huda says, "Sahi mein yaar qaidi iss mentorship ke naam pe, Mogambo ne na apni raid laga di hai". Joining them on the ground Yudi says, "Well main to so raha tha. Ma'am ne bhi kuch nahi kaha. But I realized as a cadet it's my duty ki main apne mentor ka dhyan rakhun. So here I am! Waise guys tum logo kuch mila khaney-waney ke liye?" as he asks this, Ali joins them, laying on the ground, he replies, "nahi! Kuch nahi siwaye taazi hawa ke" smiles Ali.
All the four cadets are lying on the floor, staring at the night sky - at the left Ali, Alekh, Huda, Yudi.
Alekh starts whistling the tune of the line -
"Pucho na humse hai kya zindagi"
Yudi follows the whistle -
"Humse humari hai ye zindagi"
Ali takes his turn and whistels -
"Na puri dhoop hai, na puri chaun hai"
Huda starts his whistle as Ali ends -
"Jaisi ye raah hai, waise hi apun hain"
Alekh whistles -
"Jahan hain ache hain"
Yudi whistles -
"Jaise hain ache hain"
Ali whistles -
"Jhutey hain suchey hain"
Huda whistles -
"Jaise hain ache hain"
All whistle together -

They all shout together -
"Humein kaise jeena hai, let it be"
'Let it be' echos around them, mixing with the air slowly and vanishing away gradually. Looking at each other they smile.

After sometime, "Hum log jo yahan aaram farma rahe hain, agar humare mentors ko pata laga na, to wo kya bolte hain Alekh ji..., haan... humari waat lag jayegi", smiles Ali. "Aaram to uss muchhad ne mera haram kia hua hai. Ab jo main apne saath kuch khaney ke liye le aayi hun to ye muchhad pata nahi kahan gayab ho gaya hai utters Pooja, getting irritated on seeing no one inside the tent. Bhagwan kare saara recharge khatam ho jaye uska. Ussey SIM card bhi change karne ka waqt na miley. Bewakuf kahika, muchhad. Haye rabba kahan fasa diya hai", Pooja mumbles to herself.
