Could Sonakshi have done Mastani better than Deepika?

so i watched Bajirao Mastani today and loved it but hated how Mastani was shown,deepika did not so-good neither so-bad job.she was average,SHE HAS NO GRACE she completely ruined Mohe Rang Do Laal,she is tall like a khamba at the same time very thin i can't believe it was choreographed by Birju Maharaj she looked beautifu but her Kathak was AWKWARD.Her expressions were same in all the scenes,her dialogue delivery sucked like in that Eid scene where she says:Kya Backpana hai Rao-so crngeworthy her voice was in this scene 🤢SHE HAD NOTHING TO DO IN THE MOVIE APART FROM ISHq-I-DIALOGUES,the blame goes to writers but to actors too a strong actor can take a weak written role to another level like PC did her role was sidey but she SHINED,she show herself and the importance of Kashi in bajirao's life,with mastani it looks like there was no need of her.

I disagree. After reading some reviews, I watched BM with low expectations regarding deepika but I was pleasantly surprised. Mastani was one dimensional, yet deepika still played her beautifully. Loved her subtle acting and she light up the screen every time. I can't imagine anyone else playing mastani.

I think Sonam would have done a better Mastani than both.

I love the movie and the everything well bol sakte ho almost every every thing. So a big NO i was against the casting first but after watching movie I cannot imagine anybody from new actresses as Mastani. Sonakshi to bilkul hi nahi. Deepika is best choice for Mastani also varying from some forum janta I completely love the performance of hers in Mastani. For me Bajirao, Mastani and Kashi are Ranveer, Deepika and Priyanka aur koi nahi.

Deepika was awesome as Mastani .

sonam already ruined saawariya...with her bad acting and bad dancing so no thank you. Sonakshi is a good actress though...I can literally see sonakshi do million times better than sonam in all her movies😆
