KAREENA'S SIL and MIL skip her birthday bash

While Saif Ali Khan threw a grand birthday party for Kareena Kapoor at the Pataudi Palace on her 35th birthday, members of his family were absent " mother Sharmila Tagore, sisters Saba and Soha along with her husband Kunal Khemmu. Says a source, "Saif had flown down Bebo's sister Karisma, her besties, Amrita Arora Ladak, Malaika Arora Khan and make-up artist Mallika Bhatt for the weekend, The party was more about Bebo bringing in her birthday with her friends so Soha and Sharmila stayed away."

One more guest missing from the birthday party was Bebo's close friend and first costar Tusshar Kapoor. The actor skipped the bash because of Ganpati celebrations at his house. Also, he turns vegetarian and a teetotaller during this period and didn't want to be a killjoy at the party.
