Chapter 20

Welcome Back to the Heavenly Jail!

A night which was peaceful for Kalpana filled with excitement was exactly opposite for Raghav, as he stayed awake wondering what should be done next? "There is no other way to get you back except this one?" thought Raghav, as he seemingly planned something mentally.

Sun was all set to be up high, however, excited heart of Kalpana woke up much earlier than alarm set. Her condition at the moment was same as that one child for whom the day of picnic had finally arrived. She pushed away blanket with a smile and grabbed her phone which laid next to her bed on charger. Slight frown marked her face when she realized it wasn't even 6.00 yet. She got up from bed and headed towards washroom, decided to get ready and prepare herself for new day.

Raghav on the other hand called up Sammy to inform him of not coming to office for the day, for he had some other important work. Sammy had very much guessed the "work" his friend might have who only had one person on his mind day or night! "What are you exactly planning Raghav?" asked Sammy curious to know his next step. "You will see!" was the simplest reply he had received before call was cut, leaving Sammy confused as well as worried. "Hope Raghav wouldn't take any step, which may harm him, Kalpana or their reputation... What is he planning exactly?" was only questions waiting to be answered in his mind.

Another person in the same mansion as Raghav who was utterly worried ... Who exactly the link between Raghav and Kalpana... Nattu kaka. Nattu had keenly observed the mood of Raghav, which only appeared to be worried, sad and depressed, and hence failing to even talk to him about Kalpana, while he was equally worried about Kalpana, ... his reaction and behaviour towards her... Nattu picked up his phone, and looked for her name, to inform her to cancel any meeting plans as Raghav's temper might be at peak and she might end up suffering. This place might just be disaster for her... How will baba react? Will she be able to face it? Would Kalpana again be forced back here? What was relation which Raghav and Kalpana exactly shared? Is it related to ..." were some of unanswered question while he kept looking at her name in his phone... He was about to press that green sign indicating to call the person... "I really have to speak to him once please??!!!" he recalled her words and her glowing face... thanking him... Hence he ended up pressing that red button, and deciding, no matter what he will take the risk and protect Kalpana if necessary but will help her meet Raghav baba. He looked at watch, and it was almost nearing 6.30... he decided to start moving ahead...

As Nattu walked to the hall, he noticed Raghav walking towards the door ready to leave... "Where is baba going?" wondered Nattu... Yet didn't dare to ask him, "Anyways its good, I will bring her here and she can wait till he is back... He must have anyways headed to office."

Kalpana was all set and ready with a small bag in her hand, and sling purse hung across her body. Her eyes stuck on the watch. Moment watch striked 6.45 ... She got up from her place with huge smile on her face and picked up small bag and headed towards Gunjan's room, who was asleep cosily with her husband, with Ranveer in side bed. She went to Gunjan and kissed on her cheeks... "Sorry di... I didn't wish to disturb you... But I will have to leave now... I cannot waste my time anymore..." whispered Kalpana while she was near Gunjan... She smiled looking at Mayank and thought, I might come back by evening with some surprise ... She went over to Ranveer, who was almost ready to wake up, and with Kalpana near, his eyes opened and he smiled at Kalpana, "Bua ... Are you going somewhere?" Kalpana blushed wondering to what to little kid... but just kissed him on his cheek and assured him, she will be back soon... Ranveer smiled at her as he waved bye... and said, "I too will now brush my teeth and bath, before waking up mom..." he said... Kalpana brushed her hands on his head... "My RV is now a big boy it seems..." Ranveer smiled at her words as she kissed him once again and left the room.

Kalpana walked down the building and left the main gate of society... As she started walking in the direction of mall, looking here and there for any rickshaw... Her eyes looking only for vehicle that can help her reach her destiny, missed familiar car, almost falling her and an eye, which recorded her move... Soon the speed of car increased... and with highest speed possible, it reached Kalpana which made her jump back 2-3 steps in shocked with her heart racing as she looked at the car... and "Sir..." the only word she could utter, as she tried hard peeping inside the car through dark glassed pulled up completely. It was just matter of 10-11 seconds, before the door opened and she was pulled back in the car by her wrist and forced inside... and another couple of seconds went by for Kalpana to interpret happening and come out of the shock... She looked at Raghav who was driving the car and looked in front, completely confused ... Before she can speak something, she felt a cold metal being tied to her hand... As she looked at handcuffs being tied one end to her hand and other towards a small ring attached to car... "YOU CANNOT LEAVE ME LIKE THAT!!!! I won't ever let you go Kalpana..." She heard him say, with bitterness obvious in his voice... She could sense that he was not in his usual sense... maybe he was indeed drunk... She had never feared Raghav like she was scared of him today... "Si... Sir..." she tried speaking... in broken voice... "Please sir, I need to reach somewhere... Please leave me..." She begged to Raghav trying her best to release her wrists from grasp of that handcuff... She was of course not successful to get rid off those metal cuffs though... Raghav increased the speed of his car scaring her even more as he over took few cars ahead of him... Thankfully the morning time didn't have as many card on road, or sure the rash driving would have resulted in accident... "Kalpana...!! I have tried my best and patiently to get your attention and affection since last whole month...! But now no more! I cannot let you anymore...!!! Prem... Only one was enough for now..." He said firmly... Tears began to roll down from her eyes, as she pleaded once again to leave her... "Sir... I just have to meet him once... Please leave me sir..." Were only words her mouth could utter throughout ... As he kept his eyes steady on road and she tried every possible way to remove those cuffs... He kept on driving and within few minutes they had reached the mansion...

Kalpana just tried looking out for chance to run away, hence ignoring the place where she had finally landed... Raghav got off the car while she still kept on begging him sobbing ... to leave her for once... she had to meet him! Raghav came towards her side of the seat and opened the door from outside, and released her hand from cuff, and held it tightly, as he pulled her inside the house once again...!!!!

Raghav dragged her inside the house ... "This is where you belong!" were the only words that left his mouth as she looked around at the place...!!!! A Place like heaven which she was never able to forget... A place whose images were still fresh in her mind!!! It was the same place... Her heavenly jail! She was back, as she finally looked at the eyes, which were still looking at her... And her mind washed back to the time they had met... "Small Tea room, their kiss, his shirt colour and it being covered with coat..." Things were now getting clearer to her... Her attraction towards Raghav was not just out of respect... but some other relation they shared!!! Small bag she held dropped from her hand... as she recalled n number of times, she had felt attached to Raghav... Images of flashes of that night were getting clearer to her... Raghav noticed the curtains of his room down on the floor, as bag dropped on the floor opened... He looked at Kalpana, trying to figure out, "Was she looking for him?" as Kalpana too looked back at him, remembering their night, and his proposal... His interest in helping her and old age homes... Things soon began to fade for her, as she became unconscious and fell back, while he held her in his arms before she hits the ground! He took her in his arms... While she laid there unconscious... Raghav was now left stunned... with the curtains he saw in the bag...

Raghav carried her to his bedroom, and gently laid her on his bed... Soon he could hear the phone ringing... as he could just guess that call would be from person who might just be linking her to Anmol... Curious to know more, he opened the purse and held her mobile in his hand... shocked with name that flashed on the screen... "Nattu Kaka" giving him clearest picture of who might have ANMOL been!!!! It was after the moment Raghav smiled and cut the call... He indeed had tears in his eyes seeing her once again in house in front of her, and with cherry of knowing she too wished to meet him. Raghav messaged Nattu from her phone to come back... in a way to confuse him...

Raghav shook her head for couple of time in an attempt to wake her up, but failed miserably every time... Raghav panicked as he took out his phone and dialled number asking doctor to come home as soon as possible. He just wanted her to be safe now with him and he will always be by her side.
