Do NOT open oven door atleast till u see cake has risen and looks almost done! Pre-heat the oven for about 10 mins before.
Do not put knife in to check if cake is baked - I did that once and used it 3-4 times cake went flat So use a tooth pick insert right till bottom of cake if it comes out clean then cake is done.
Do not over whisk the batter fold it gently - just some of the things I have learnt the hard way! 😉😆

Have u guys tried making Rasmalai with Ricota cheese. it easy and tastes good too. I can also share Mango pie Recipe, which is easy and comes out good too.
Look at us from JA , we have moved to cooking sessions..😆 Need a distraction as this serial is just killing me. By anture I a very patient and if something bothers me I keep quiet. Now a days I prefer to keep quiet most of time and I have realized this is not good for me at all. so first time today did not watch JA till now..
