Mahakumbh is good very refreshingly diff. Tired of the sbs crap and Ruk and haram.
I am enjoying it. Catch up on weekend. We all can get together on that forum

Do NOT open oven door atleast till u see cake has risen and looks almost done! Pre-heat the oven for about 10 mins before.
Do not put knife in to check if cake is baked - I did that once and used it 3-4 times cake went flat So use a tooth pick insert right till bottom of cake if it comes out clean then cake is done.

Do not over whisk the batter fold it gently - just some of the things I have learnt the hard way! 😉😆

Thai green curry is easy but takes bit of time. I make it only cos love it too much! 😉
