OMG!!!!!! Did i just reply 3 pages of FEEDBACK... I m feeling out of ds world nw... Thnk u so much 4 such an awesome support... A huge gesture has made me flying... I really really lv u all... So here i am wd final part of 1st phase of truth... So here i go...

PART 19c

She was weeping and pleading to him.

S: sir apke siwa koi humari help nahi kar sakta.
V: magar is baat ki kya guarentee hai ki ap sach bol rahi hein. Main jhuth ka saath nahi deta.

S: par sir sach aur jhuth ka pataa to apko lagaana hai na.
V: jab tak koi solid proof nahi milta is baat guarentee de sakti hein ap ki apke husband ki koi galti nahi thi.

He jolted her palms, completely pleading with a chain of tears in her eyes.

S: please sir, humara case bahut weak hai us nishant bharadwaj k against. Usne jhut bolkar mere husband ko phasaya hai.
V: nishant. I am sorry I cant help you.

He widened his eyes hearing the name. He knew nishant was a characterless, criminaled person. He used to win illegal cases. Many complaints had been filed against him. In simple words gira hua aadmi.

S: sir. Suniye please.
P: chalo sanyukta yahaan to jis umid se aaye the wo to hai hi nahi. Kyunki umidein daraa nahi karti.

They were leaving. But stopped hearing vd's voice. He tightened his teeth moving his lips and pouted.

V: stop you both. Hmm interesting very interesting. I must say provoke karna jaante ho tum young man. Par itna dhyaan rakhna ki vardhan suryavanshi kisi se darta nahi. Mera naam hi kaafi hai criminals k liye. Jis insaan ki baat kar rahe ho tum wo itna gira hua hai ki uske against lad k apne ap ko gandaa nahi karna chahta main. Now leave ap log jaa sakte hein.

He was leaving turning around. He forwarded a step or two. Just then he heard few words and could not move anymore.

S: please sir meri jagah agar apki beti ne help maangi hoti to kya tab bhi ap yahi kehte.

He was leaving but her words bound his feet. He could not step forward and his eyes became moist. He turned around and found her in tears. He was numb. Parth turned her from her shoulder and was leaving. Suddenly, vd voiced from back.

V: kal 11 baje police station pahunch jaana. Main court k orders leke pahunch jaunga. Pehle tumhare husband ka statement lena zaruri hai.
S: thank you sir. Thank you so much.

She stepped a few steps forward towards him and touched his feet. He caressed her hairs with a smile and pouted.

V: meri beti agar hoti to uske kuch maangne tak ka wait nahi karta main.

With this parth and sanyu left leaving a tearful vd behind. He went back to home and sat on couch digging his head on his fist. After a few minutes he raised his head and gazed a photo frame lying on nearby table. He picked it up and caressed it from his fingers. It was the pic his 16 year old daughter surbhi.

V: I promise you beta, tumhe insaaf insaaf milega. Main dilaunga chahe jo ho jaaye. Us insaan ko kabhi maaf nahi karunga jisne tumhare saath ye sab kiya.

His daughter was raped and murdered on her 16th birthday.

Flashback...
Surbhi was waiting for her dad to pick her up at evening 7p.m. some distance away from her friend's place as both the friends had birthday on the same day. They had already celebrated their birthday and left her home.

Su: offo kahan reh gaye papa. 7 baje kaha tha 7:15 ho gaya. Waise to kabhi late nahi karte, aj kya hua.

She was on the blank road and a finally car came. That car was exactly similar to her dad's car. She thought it was her dad and she stopped it. When she stopped it, a man came out drunk from the car.

Su: oh I am really sorry, I thought its dad's car.
M: its ok I will drop you. Come.

Su: no my dad will come.
M: are koi baat nahi. Main chhod deta hoon.

He grabbed her wrist and dragged her inside the car. He protested, shout, sobbed enough but no use. That person had neither pity not any reaction on her act. He did whatever he wanted. When he checked after his evil did, she was already dead. He got confused and took her body to a random pillar, leaned her there and left.

Around 7:45pm vd arrived at the notified area.

V: aj to pura gussa nikaalegi. Uske birthday k din hi itna late kar diya. Aj pehli bar apni hi beti ko durga bante dekhunga.

He searched her enough but could not find her. Finally he finally found her near a pillar leaning. He paniced and reached there. There he found her with lots of blood from every part of her body, specially from lower part. He could easily understand what happened with her. He found her raped and dead. He screamed and shouted "surbhiii...", with lots of tears in his eyes.

Flashback ends..

Present..
A lone tear drop escaped from his eyes and fell on the picture frame. He was sobbing badly and then suddenly he found someone placing a palm on his shoulder. She was his wife Maya. He quickly wiped his tears and turned around.

V: maya tum. Main wo bas sone jaa hi raha tha, client aaye the.
M: main jaanti mujhe tuthne dena nahi chahte isliye ye strong banne ki acting karte ho na.

V: aisa kuch nahi hai.
M: I believe you vd. Tum surbhi ko zarur justice dilaaoge. Us din mere bhi aansu aayenge. Jab tak aisa nahi hai hoga na tum roge na main. Promise, you wont spare him.

V: I promise you.(he said grabbing her shoulders)
M: in aansuon ko laa k khud ko weak mat kato.(she wiped his tears)

V: achha roshan so gaya.
M: hmm.

Here on the way of sarth(negatively mat lena, bas friends k liye kiya), 12a.m.

Parth was driving the jeep and this time sanyu had a ray of hope in her eyes. She had no tears in her eyes still was very silent. To break the silence, parth pouted.

P: sanyu ek bar trust kar k to dekho rd pe. Ho sakta hai truth kuch aur ho. Suna na tumne vd sir ne kya kaha solid proof na mil jaane tak kuch b ho sakta hai.
S: I trust him parth.

P: to fir itni silent kyun ho?
S: bas yahi soch rahi hoon ki sach me humare paas koi proof nahi hai. Kanhi use kuch ho na jaaye.

P: dont worry sab thik hoga.
S: hmmm

Meanwhile the jeep stopped.

S: are kya hua?
P: pata nahi check karta hun.

S: hmm.
P: uff engine garam ho gaya hai. Wahaan ek ghar hai main paani leke aata hun.

S: okey.

Within this, she felt a light sleep. After a while she heard some sound. May be of any animal. She woke up with a jerk and revolved her vision all over but in vein. She sat taking a deep breath. She again heard something and gazed here and there.

Her eyes widened and mouth opened. She screamed and placed her palm on her mouth. There was sitting the ghost with a wolf scream in her voice and a huge smirk. She pouted something in her rough abd scary voice.

V: haa haa haa haa.. Tujhe kya lagta hai ek wakil lagaa k tu use mere changul se chhuda legi. Nayiii...

She screamed loud and sanyu fell from the jeep with a jolt. Somehow she stood with bleeding forehead and scratched arms. She gazed again and found no one in the jeep. She gulped her saliva and took a deep breath.

She clutched her bleeding arm and tuned around. Her eyes again widened as she found that ghost stand straight infront of her. That ghost again screamed, "yyyaaawwwhh". Sanyu shouted and ran towards the jungle. To her surprize, she crossed that ghost through her body.

She ran and hid herself beside a tree. She was screaming, sweating, breathing heavily. The whole area was dark and whole body was badly aching. It was a jungle and there was many sounds of different animals.

Within this, she heard some foot steps of walking over the dried leaves. She was extremely scared. She stuck her mouth with her one palm and with the other palm, she grabbed the tree.

She noticed the foit steps coming closer towards her. Tears started flowing from her eyes. She moved to the other side of the tree as thought that steps are planted besides her.

She somehow gazed from the cornor of her eyes towards it. She found that there was parth standing and searching for her. She took a deep breath and rushed towards him. She hugged him as tight as she could and started screaming badly. He hugged her back.

S: parth. Wo yahaan aayi thi. Mere paas khadi thi. Usne bola wo nahi chhodegi. Wo yahin hai parth. Wo
P: sanyukta kaun aayi thi? kaun aur kise nahi chhodegi? Kya bole jaa rahi ho?

He broke the hug holding her shoulders.

S: parth wo vidushi ki aatma. Wo aayi thi. Parth wo rd ko nahi chhodegi.
P: kya bol rahi ho sanyukta?

Suddenly she was numb. She became complete silent and stumped in her position. She was gazing in a single direction without moving her vision. Parth was shaking her from her shoulders but no reaction. She was stud.

Me first! :) 👏

Yay! So, coming to the update,
It was really emotional at first! I really loved how parth provoked vardhan and made him accept their request to fight the case on their behalf! I loved the character of maya, supporting vardhan, and the flashback was very sad yet dreadful.
I loved how parth tried to enlighten her mood as always, to ridden her stress!
And now again vidushi ka bhoot aa gaya. Oh GOD! This really was very horrifying!
I just hope ki everything gets back to the place.
And now what did sanyukta see that made her numb on her feet?
Cliffhanger! Not again!
But its okay, I loved the chapter, and that's why gonna spare you for that! 😆
