i dint know this detail as i had not watched that episode...

Rajnath is pretty cunning enough

the way he can double cross his wife and trap his own son to save his secrets...he can do anything

i wont be surprised if it turns out that the rape was done by rajnath himself...and not shaurya

shaurya must have been given the blame, he may have been drunk and doesnt remember...rajnath can do anything to save himself

Sorry but Shaurya and his friends still remember and recall that crime. It is not like they don't remember.

So these theories of them being inebriated and not remembering anything are futile.

Even DNA report established it was Shaurya and commissioner regretted hiding it.

Rajnath cares too much about reputation to rape a driver's daughter and let case ensue and have son and his name mauled in public.

Divya was eyewitness and she too saw them take turns to rape Payal.

What else is needed?

How come people can still doubt Shaurya not being the culprit?

if hes not the real rapist then all the flashbacks (quiet disturbing and heartbreaking) were lies.

They need to decide what they want to show . The story needs to be planned out beforehand, and not change due to demands and ratings. thats not way to tell this kind of story.

are we STILL doubting tht shuarya is NOT the rapist? after not one but two flashbacks and shaurya himself admitted the same in front of his friends tht they gang-raped payal? plus all the scenes where his friends talk abt the incident? plus sakshi taunting shaurya abt it? plus the fact tht there was an eye-witness to the crime??? seriously?????? ignorance is bliss, but this is taking ignorance to a new level..
