Judging on basis of body building

So only 3 have put some intense work on. And set out best diet and supplements for best results

None of them..for me jamwal vidyut and sonu soud

To me it looks like most of these young kids are hitting gym and yo yo dieting rather than being passionate about fitness.. A great example of this is ranveer Singh..his body looks like he did some extreme dieting for that song from raam leela..we don't call that workout and fitness.. That is called yo yo dieting.
