SRK In And As Alwyn Kalicharan?

Anurag Kahsyap's ambitious project Alwyn Kalicharan had created quite a stir in the industry when the first look of the film was revealed a few years ago. The crime thriller, which was to be produced by Tutu Sharma, was announced with Anil Kapoor in the lead and the story was based on a futuristic theme, where the economy had crashed and no one works any more. Pleasure is the only business. People sleep through the day and come out to work' only at night. However, the film ground to a halt.

The latest buzz on the film is that this mega-budget project is on the verge of being revived and Kashyap has approached Shah Rukh Khan to play the title role. Also, now that Kashyap has started his own production house, Phantom Films will be backing the film.

Anurag Kashyap has been trying to work with SRK for ages now. Shah is crazy to have rejected so many of his scripts.
