Thakur Vikram Singh (TVS) is a person who was shown in the promos as an arrogantly throwing a chunar on a Bedni proclaiming his rights on her. So the promos showed a TVS as a villainous Thakur who is keen on doing Sardhakai of a Bedni.

On his entry in the serial what many got to see was a suave cultured Thakur who was fighting for his rights with the obviously villainous Thakur. Later during his stay he is shown generous and kind in general. This was the complete opposite of the promo portrayal.

Talking in general, each person has his / her preferences. At all times something or the other catches a person's fancy which makes him / her desire the other. In case of TVS, he is fascinated by Sugni.

Excuse me for my language and the way I shall make reference to Sugni.

Sugni entered his life in a very dramatic way when she came to pick him up from the station in order to make money to travel to the city.

Sugni is a virgin, spunky, free spirited girl who caught TVS's fancy. In their brief interaction, he was blown away by her zest to live a free life and her attitude in general. What followed later, one can term it as awe, attraction, affection, concern or even love.

However, keeping both in mind, when I look at TVS all I can see is a smart man who if I was to plainly put forth is nothing but a womanizer. Though being a womanizer he is a smart, suave person who cares for his repute and image in the society and more so in the eyes of his family. Hence, he camouflages his intentions well.

When powerful men are fascinated by the free spirit such of Sugni, they are driven with desire to receive 'Total Submission' from the girl. Such men typically will never go the conventional way so also TVS by having a one night stand or a brief fling till his is bored or second being sardhakai or the third or worst being force.

Knowing Sugni is not going to give into any of those and nor would that give him complete authority over her, TVS has weaved a beautiful trap of love for Sugni which she ultimately falls for.

Such type of men would typically use such charming tactics to ensure that their prey feels that they are loved and cared for. During tough times, their approach makes it hard to decipher if they are just being empathetic or opportunist. They are extremely generous and patient. And without doubt extremely smart to play this game of love.

Similarly I view TVS employing Sugni as a driver can well be a ploy to keep her near him and not go astray and fall for any other man.

Such people would use all tactics including playing the victim / sympathy card. TVS when exposed plays the 'Reva being Mad' card Now in this serial we do see her disoriented and fanatical. However, in real life men like TVS also cook up a lot of stories too.

But the biggest story is that he is 'in love with only one girl i.e. Sugni. This too can be seen as a persuading or reassuring tactic. Tonight's episode too has him trying to mend broken ties by saying 'Phir Subah Hogi' for us.

TVS had been very close to conquering Sugni and having his way. For that he was also ready to marry Sugni as per rituals. However, the intelligent person like him knows well that Reva is alive thus rendering his marriage to Sugni invalid.

Men such as TVS typically would either have innumerable 'Girlfriends'or wife. With whom they can have their fun and then toss them out on the grounds that the relationship is not valid in eyes of law. TVS also know, none will support Sugni even if she thinks of fighting back.

During all this, we have seen TVS affirming him being in love with Sugni. Point is that that he is just creating stage for executing the plan of conquering a virgin spunky free spirited girl whom he wants to explore.

Unfortunately he could not get his way thus came the sardhakai scene His attraction has turned into an obsession can be well assimilated with his dialogue where he say he will make Sugni love him. It's more like there is no choice available to Sugni than loving him.

He also tried doing the sardakai. But Aditya stopped him. Here he need not have agreed but then his repute and father figure image is at stake with Aditya. To top it all he knows Aditya will purchase her thus bringing her closer to him anyways.

He know Aditya will not indulge in a Bedni thus rendering her free for him to use.

Out and out TVS definitely not a positive character right from the start.

Thakur Aditya Singh the poor soul. They both deserve each other. In fact i want both of them to glued each other so they can only stay together forever and ever. Wow What a lovely pair Mister and his Mistress like made in heaven. Have Fun!!!! 😛

Vikram has always helped Sugni and her family through all of their problems. It was not until Amrita showed him the photos she had taken of Sugni, did he show any interest in her. And it was after Laxmi had her baby in his home that he fell in love with her. I don't see anything wrong with him falling in love with someone that makes him smile and happy.

To date, we are yet to see and hear about other women he used and abandoned. What has he done to make you think he cares about his reputation? Did you see the episodes when he announced to the village that he was going to marry Sugni? Or when the thakurs saw him and Sugni in the school and he had argued with them? Or how he stands up for her with Jiji?

When powerful men are fascinated by the free spirit such of Sugni, they are driven with desire to receive 'Total Submission' from the girl. Such men typically will never go the conventional way so also TVS by having a one night stand or a brief fling till his is bored or second being sardhakai or the third or worst being force.

Knowing Sugni is not going to give into any of those and nor would that give him complete authority over her, TVS has weaved a beautiful trap of love for Sugni which she ultimately falls for.

Vikram has every intention of marrying Sugni. Again, he as well as his entire family, thought that Reva was dead. His Jiji would never have allowed him to make arrangements to marry Sugni if they knew Reva was alive.

Sugni had asked Vikram to employ her and after Dhanuma said they did not need any servants in the mansion, he employed her as a driver. She was not Vikram's personal driver

Such people would use all tactics including playing the victim / sympathy card. TVS when exposed plays the 'Reva being Mad' card Now in this serial we do see her disoriented and fanatical. However, in real life men like TVS also cook up a lot of stories too.

Vikram did not play the "Reva is mad card". It was there before she ever came into the show. Amrita had first told Sugni that she was only beautiful on the inside. Vikram had reminded Jiji that the good thakurin she had married him to was a mistake . Dhanuma had told Gulabiya that she would not wish a wife like Reva on her worst enemy. The CVs are yet to decide if they want her to be mad from childhood or just when she had the accident

But the biggest story is that he is 'in love with only one girl i.e. Sugni. This too can be seen as a persuading or reassuring tactic. Tonight's episode too has him trying to mend broken ties by saying 'Phir Subah Hogi' for us.

He made just two mistakes. 1. He should have told Sugni Reva was alive as soon as he found out. And 2. He should not have let Sugni sever ties with her mother.

But at the end of the day, he is a human being and he is trying to rectify his mistakes. His love for Sugni can be seen by his actions.

Vikram has decided that he will try to get Reva the medical help she needs and divorce her so that he can marry Sugni, the love of his life. Thank God he is not a womaniser otherwise he would have left Reva to fend for herself.

During all this, we have seen TVS affirming him being in love with Sugni. Point is that that he is just creating stage for executing the plan of conquering a virgin spunky free spirited girl whom he wants to explore.

If virginity was all that Vikram cared about, then he could have that from any number of Bednis.

Unfortunately he could not get his way thus came the sardhakai scene His attraction has turned into an obsession can be well assimilated with his dialogue where he say he will make Sugni love him. It's more like there is no choice available to Sugni than loving him.

The sardakai scene came about because SUGNI DECIDED to sell herself off. Vikram went there to save her from doing something she never wanted to do in the first place. And to save her from the other lecherous thakurs who would have used and abandoned her. She did not want him to buy her and so he agreed to let his nephew buy her.

He also tried doing the sardakai. But Aditya stopped him. Here he need not have agreed but then his repute and father figure image is at stake with Aditya. To top it all he knows Aditya will purchase her thus bringing her closer to him anyways.

I don't know what show you are watching but Vikram NEVER tried to do the sardakai. It was Aditya who did it in front of everyone including Vikram

He know Aditya will not indulge in a Bedni thus rendering her free for him to use.

Out and out TVS definitely not a positive character right from the start.

Vikram was always a positive character full of integrity and kindness right from the start and he is still that way. I would choose him over Aditya any day, anytime, anywhere.😊😉

Look, we know you love the Aditya-Sugni jodi but what you write is not based on facts but speculation. It's your perspective.
The facts we know are TVS was never interested in Sugni just for fun; he was sincere and he always stood by her side. He never persued or had intentions of ending up with her. Yes, he flirted and joked with her but if you watch the earlier episodes (example, when she was in the hospital with her mother), he showed no romantic interest in her...in fact he never did until Amrita took some pictures of her and he started looking at them. Then, he found them in a file, started looking at them and then again...it was only after she held on to him at the time her aunt was delievering a baby, that something awoke in him.
If TVS was indeed a womanizer, he would have been chasing her and that he never did. It was only later after confessing his love for her that he realized he was in love with her...he was very sincere with her and never forced himself on her on any occasion. He would have been able to marry her but Reva came into the picture.
Then, the TVS as we knew him changed into an ugly, irrational, obsessed character...someone who was nothing like his former self - a Jekell and Hyde. The problem was we were NOT supposed to like TVS but Mrinal Jha probably wanted to romance between TVS and Sugni...she probably liked writing him - he was such a refreshing male lead.
Now TVS is just the usual run of the mill boring male character. Totally ruined. All of this done to justify giving us Aditya and Sugni jodi.

Vikram never hid the feeling he has for sugini ..He was clear that he got attracted and slowly fall in love with her . He dont have to go against everyone including family to get sugini ...there are much and much better way to plot to get sugini .

If helping was his plot then i dont consider vikram to be smart . When there was no food and money in sugini house he could have used the oppt to get her sar dkhai and none could have stopped her . He could have manipulated in several ways to get her but i could see is respect for sugini ( it is different now if cv want to make vikram negative and show that what he did was bad interention)
As i said plotting need smarter move not what he did with his heart .
