I have not attacked you personaly l even once..
In fact you have attacked Gur preet all the them time by calling her not sanskari and nobody will marry her therefore hurting feelings of other women on this forum.

For the last time.....i'm commenting about a contestant in a reality show, by particiapting in such a show, she (gurpreet) has subjected herself to the court of public opinion, where she will be judged, sometimes fairly, sometimes unfairly, i have never called her not a sanskari bahu,. it was another member who wrote that, and even if i had, i think whoever writes that is entitled to their opinion, that's what this forum is for, i did not attack you, or your family in any way, and i on the other hand have been called, a bigot, my country has been called screwed up, and whole lot of other names.....

Actually calling somebody non sanskari is very harsh and judgemental.
In the same vain calling old Indian sanskar 'anti women', women are abused in India is also not a personal abuse..it is an opinion...
Abusing Gurpreet and saying nobody will marry her is an abuse that hurts many of us on this forum. In end we are discussing our feelingsabout India and Indian culture the way we see it, not attacking you. If you didn't win your argument you have started using reporting to the mod techniques.

First of all Gurpreet didn't expose herself to extreme abuse. I think you started the thread saying Gurpreet is not Sanskari and she will not find anybody to marry her. Even though she is on reality show, she is still a human being and it hurts other women when one women is judged so harshly. In the end it dimishes all women
Nobody attacked your family, your mother or sister.
You don't own India, others one billion Indians have as much right over India as you have..do you watch US tv or have you watched Micheal More, they criticize US all the time..do you think they don't love US. The first step towards improvement is to recoganize the fault and accept them. In economists list of most corrupt country India was way up..do you think you should report Economist to somebody on the world forum because they dare to tell the truth as they see it.

^^ Gurpreet is a reality show contestant... so people will have opinions about her. Some positive and some negative.. as long as they are not using abusive language and are following COC.. it is allowed here. And I am saying this on the basis of my experience here so far. Same way you can comment about Yash's mom here.. positive or negative but without using abusive language.
But calling names to the whole country and making generalized statements about woman on India just on the basis of this show and few comments here is not same as commenting on Gurpreet. It will be same if people make generalized comments about all Sikh girls by judging Gurpreet's behavior on the show.. but I don't think anybody is doing that here. People are just commenting about Gurpreet.
Hope you understand this..

What is extreme abuse???? calling her arrogant and having an attitude is extreme abuse????? then what is not extreme abuse???? do u even know what extreme abuse means???? whether someone is being judged harshly is subjective, harsh to me may not be harsh to u and vice-versa.....
You didn't attack my family, but u did attack me several times, and i've tried to ignore your posts, or answer them appropriately to the best of my ability....but it was all in vain...
I do not own India, and thankfully niether do u or anyone else.....but i do have a right to object to something being said about India, as i do belong to India, and more importantly my heart belongs there, i do not want to say that our country or culture is without flaws, but so is every other cutlure in the world....and ur eg of michael moore and american tv, ok....is micheal moore not criticized for his anti american statements, he his on bill o'rielly's pinhead list almost weekly....so u if u say things about me, my country, or family etc, be prepared to face the consequence as well.....as long as we keep the discussion about the contestants, i have no issue...
P.s....if u find a topic started by me, where i called gurpreet 'not sanskari', kindly show it to me, as i don't recall it.....

Micheal More has quite a following, he is on Public channel and Larry King shows, he gets audience regularly on tv and nobody has taken him to court and is trying to ban him.
What kind of consequeses ( as you have said I will face) you think I would face if I expose abuse of women in India or corruption and neopotism that goes on everyday and that touches everybody who lives in India or visits India. What kind of consequences you think Micheal More faces. You want me be banned so that you do not hear anything bad about India..please do so but it will not change India. Only thing that will change India is open criticism and acceptance of fault.
I have to go..enough said
Have a good day..

I do understand
India is not hindu or Sikh. India belongs to all as much to sikhs as to hindus.
Hindus don't own India sikhs have as much right by saying commenting India i am judging hindus is totally wrong and defranchizes Sikhs and make them outsiders. Gurpreet is as much Indian as Pri..being Indian is not a religion.
Didn't anybody judged hindu girls by judging Pri behavior or Virinda's behavior. Why did you seperate Gurpreet from being called Indian..where did Sikh came from..
You have somehow seperated Sikhs from India by saying Gurpreet generalization will be Sikh girls and rest of the girls are Indians their generalization is Indian.
When I said Indian I thought Sikhs, hindus all are Indians but it seems you don't think so, I included myself in that India. It seems according to your view Gurpreet is Sikh thersfore her generalization is all sikh girls while and rest of the girls on show are Indians their generalization is Indians.

Calling a reality show contestant 'not sanskari' is certainly not an abuse. Not in any book. We don't know these contestants. We know each other here. Why abuse each other over someone we don't know?? I just fail to get this. It is a poster's personal opinion that no one will marry Gurpreet and she/he is free to feel that way just as someone else is free to feel Gur epitomises the free liberated indian woman. One needs to really understand what abuse means and then declare to be its victim.
