At the karanjkar house some guests were sitting and talking with Archana, but as Purvi entered the room, silent filled the atmosphere.

"Namaste. Aai why are you so silent and you didn't tell me that guests are going to come today." Purvi said a bit confused at the unexpected visitors

"Purvi, i planned it to be a surprise. But anyways meet them Mrs Richa Deshpande, Mr Alok Deshpande and their son Vinay Deshpande", as archana said their names purvi said Namaste to each one of them.

"Archana, Purvi ko andar leja, and get her ready", sulochna whispered to archana, who obeyed her aai and took Purvi away from there.

Arjun was sitting at the beach, watching the tides sway away all the unwanted things with it. Arjun wished that someday even all those haunted memories could be swept away. He picked up some stones and started throwing them in the water. Drops of water splashed across his face, while he closed his eyes to let them sink through his skin and wash away the pain he carried.

"Purvi, get ready fast and bring the snacks out, ok"

"But aai, who are they and why are you telling me to dress up as if i am going to some function"

"because they are here to ask your hand for marriage. Listen bachcha, if you don't like vinay than tell no, but atleast meet him and talk with him. the rest is up to you" archana said

"no aai, I will do whatever you say, and your choice can never be wrong. I will come out after getting ready ok", she said and went to pick a nice suit for herself Images\SDK068\SDK068c.jpg. She came out wearing a pale blue and biscuit colour Patiala suit, hairs swept at the side.

The family decided to let their children's speak alone, and so both vinay and purvi were left alone in the hall while the elders went outside. Purvi and vinay talked for about half an hour, before letting the elders in.

"Archanaji, vinay likes your daughter. Purvi do you agree for the alliance beta", Mrs. D asked

"Purvi, say something beta or do you want some time", sulochna asked eyeing archu to take purvi to a corner and ask her because maybe she is shy.

Archu took purvi to the kitchen and asked her "purvi now tell. Do you like vinay as a person"

"aai, he is good person, and you can go ahead with the alliance", she hugged her mother who thought that it is due to the shyness.

Archana went out and told everyone about Purvi's answer. Sweets were distributed and hugs were shared between the elders, while Purvi stood at the corner feeling satisfied on seeing her family's happiness

I am sorry aai for telling you the lie i dont want to get married or enter any relation now, but since you were happy with the rishta I agreed. Vinay is a nice guy but it will take time for me to accept him. all this is too fast for me, but I will try my best to give cent percent to this relationship. Purvi self-thought and went in her room to get a good sleep, and also her undone task to say sorry to Arjun.

Arjun went home, after spending half of his day at the beach. After reaching home, he checked his phone to see any message and found one from his father, he put the phone on speaker and listened to what his father has to say.

"Arjun, my son as you know that Ovi and Teju are coming on Saturday, so I thought why not join them. Well I have decided to stay in India for a month. I hope you are happy with my decision. So son see you this satuarday".The call ended leaving a smile on Arjun's face, as he learned about his fathers arrival. "Today its Thursday only one more day to go and then dads going to be here" Arjun said it aloud enough for the whole house to hear. With a smile on his face and revenge in his eyes he let the sleeping pills do its work and let the sleep engulf him.

The next day purvi woke up without any fuss and got ready in her casual wear Images\SDK068\SDK068c.jpg. A printed kurti with black jeans, hair tied in a half ponytail and flat sandals. She waited for alia to come and as soon as alia came they both left for the college.

Arjun was woken up by some noise that he presumed was coming from his kitchen, he got up to see the source of this noise and was not shocked to find neil there

"when are you going to stop coming in my house like a theif", Arjun asked taking the cup of coffee that neil had made

"The day you wake up on time, I will stop coming like a thief. But my friend that day is never going to come, so enjoy the breakfast and get ready" neil said and started clearing the table which had some breadcrumbs and coffee powder spread.

After 20 mins or so Arjun came out wearing a blue printed tee-shirt and grey/blue jeans, looking hot and sexy. He went down to find neil waiting for him with the breakfast, which was gulped down immediately due to hunger. They both went to the college after clearing the mess up.

Purvi was waiting for Arjun for the past 15 minutes, but there was no sign of him while alia was busy telling everyone about Purvi's alliance much to Purvi's annoyance.

"Congratulation Purvi, we want a party now for this good news"said one girl

"Oh yeah we surely want a party, after all you are our VP", said another girl

This had been going around from the time alia announced about the rishta. Purvi grabbed alia by her wrist and took her to a corner

"alia what was the need of telling everyone about my personal life. Now all are asking for a party, and you are the one who is going to arrange it because problem tune create ki hai. Samji", Alia stood there dumbfound, but knew it was her fault, but then she giggled on seeing purvi's face

"you are not angry coz of the party, you are angry coz Arjun is still not here", she ran from there b4 purvi could say any more thing.

Arjun reached the college, and was bombarded with the news of Purvi's rishta. He smiled to himself thinking about the way he was going to make Purvi pay for her behaviour. He saw Purvi coming towards him, his nostrils flared on seeing her and his jaw clenched due to anger, but he controlled himself and ignored Purvi as he walked away, but was stopped by Purvi's voice

"I am sorry Arjun, mujhe nahin pata tha that you would be so hurt. I am seriously sorry", he turned back and saw Purvi kneeling before him, which was a shock not only to him but the rest of the students. He thought of his plan and decided to fake forgiving her, so that his plan could be executed well.

"its ok Purvi, I know you were not doing it purposely so its alright. And you can stand up, seriously", Arjun said his voice coated with honey, which sent a bad feeling to neil, who was now aware of the fact that his friend is upto no good.

As soon as purvi heard those words she immediately got up and thanked Arjun for being so brave to forgive her and also invited him to the party that she was going to throw for her alliance. She went away from there without noticing the devilish smirk on arjun's face

"shoot, whatever you are thinking tell me", neil said while Arjun just laughed and stood there gesturing Neil to just wait and watch.

I thought it would be difficult to take my revenge but Purvi you just made it easy for me to put my plan into action. Oh you were sorry and I know it was a dil se sorry, but I cannot forgive you for rubbing salts on my wound. It hurts when you try to forget your past but it hurts more when even after so many tries it comes back to you as the worst nightmare. Arjun thought and went away from there to, prepare for the party, which has many surprise stored for her.
