Because if its open forum to tell something right we do have that right to read and get something right...and dont think there is any developmental work or hidden message in someones post that we HAVE to tolerate such type of things...
Mind you the language used against the women be it fictional or the actor...irks me to the core...

And yes each time this type of language it will be used, It will be reported...
Just as an advice time and again it was warned not to use foul language..but this is repeated...over it, the person showing the displeasure is preached abt freedom of speech...

I have quoted this post NOT to fight with this member or report it but because I DO believe that the 'whomsoever concerned' is indirectly referring to ME .
If it is NOT referring to me , I ask Sonii to DISREGARD my answer and forgive my mistake for jumping to conclusions .
I have also quoted this post as due to age I forget a lot and going back to the page and looking for points I wish to answer is troublesome for me .
The quoting is not to pick a fight .
That said I Wish to clear some points so Sonii's grievance is lessened by my answer .
I have not taken it upon myself to teach or preach to ANY person how to post offensive views by not crossing the line . I do not have that much time . But the Train Travelling Post by prasad is something I personally wished to comment on as I thought it was a very valid point although it was poorly expressed . That post unfortunately got shut down . So I was wondering if I could express the same point in a legiitimate way according to forum rules . And just happened to mention to a fellow member today that maybe prasad could learn how to express a valid view in a more acceptable way if I did so . That was the gist of what I told the member . I have NOT told ANY member to WAIT till the 'preaching' session by me is done and STOP reporting him .

Nobody HAS to tolerate ANYTHING , even for a MINUTE or a SECOND ...be it an attack on a character , actor or MEMBER . Yes there is no developmental message in ANY post here that one has to take trouble to comprehend it thrice and twice before REPORTING .
Infact I have URGED to REPORT . Not to ATTACK PERSONALLY . Theres a difference in what I said and what I believe was COMPREHENDED .
So by ALL MEANS REPORT . Its fully within the rights of members . I don't even KNOW why this is being mentioned in this way as if some statement AGAINST REPORTING was made . Am PUZZLED .
I urged Members NOT to HECKLE . Never did I say DO NOT REPORT . REPORT and let mods do their job . And if you feel mods did NOT do it well , ASK them . Do not do PERSONAL attacks on the members . Is this so very wrong ? If so , I did the mistake of Advising thus on that thread , where ALL were giving their opinions freely .

Nobody gets a license to talk in a foul way because his views match with some . That was not even IMPLIED by me or like minded viewers . I resent it if this is thought of me and has turned into a 'grievance' . I repeat ...By ALL MEANS REPORT .
Nobody even gets a license to ATTACK members personally simply because their favorite character is maligned as the character is fictional and the member is ALIVE and sitting behind a PC somewhere and taking all the vicious words directed at him or her . While I find admirable quickness in snuffling out the attempts to malign a character by making issue of the foul language and pointing out how one does not have to take it I do NOT find ANY attempt to snuff the MEMBER bashing that is rampant in prasad's case . SO I expressed myself after Hope expressed herself ...and found , to my surprise , misunderstood and indirectly referred to in the GRIEVANCE THREAD .
Nobody is 'preaching' about ANY Freedom of Speech . Can not I even say that please use it responsibly and do not attack personally ?
I don't know WHO are the 'THEY" who play the VICTIM . When a person is openly called GAY does not he become the VICTIM of an attack ? Prasad WAS called GAY by an MID and many clicked Like Button to show support . There is no question of 'PLAYING" Anything . Everything is for everyone to see . Still if some feel that HE is not the victim but FICTIONAL ARCHANA is as she represents women internationally , By all means uphold that view and continue defending her and go on reporting him .
I Still do not know WHERE i suggested do not report or TOLERATE his views . Yes I did say UNDERSTAND and RESPECT ...as We come across MULTITUDES of views that are diverse and there really is NO NEED to create a ruckus by targeting him alone ...dirty comments are done about other characters too but I do not see others being this aggrieved .
How far is it fair to HOUND someone OUT of the forum by trying to demand a BANNING for him is what I felt and I expressed myself .
I do not know if I did WRONG . If his views on women IRK the CORE of anyone's being By all means REPORT them , Its entirely each one's prerogative . Nobody has to tolerate ANYTHING and nobody gets a license to break any rules simply as their views coincide with mine .
Mods NEVER said not to report , EVER . So this Grievance puzzled me . The grievance should have come if reporting was BANNED or something . Or if Someone had suggested to CUT the reporting down . I did NOT . I do not even have that authority .
Then I felt that this post was more to tell ME things . To SUNOFY as to speak , in colloquial language .
So it turned into a grievance for ME . And I had to come forward and EXPLAIN .
If The post was not meant for me at all , I APOLOGISE in advance for misunderstanding and ask to disregard my full post .
Neither am I a moderator nor the queen of the forum to demand anything of anyone . All others expressed their views freely in that thread , not once did I ask them if they were moderators . Merely gave mine after much deliberation ...only to find I have been grossly misunderstood .
I hope this post of mine lessens the grievances of any if I inadvertently caused them by my support of Prasad .
