Maybe Babita is going to face strong emotional pressure. On one side, she would be lost in Hanuman's thoughts and on the other hand she would face societal challenges and family pressure. Let's see what's in store for them and us....

¡

Many myths to be broken in this phase. Mini's conviction in her Babe's absolute innocence and Ashok's absolute demonization to be challenged. Life is not black and white. Resides in grey. Challenge is to color it with hope. #patialababes

¡

Financial independence only external factors. Real emancipation of woman happens when she stops feeling guilty of her own desires. Will Babita get matured emotionally? Will Mini's finally provide her the wind beneath her wings before her flight? #patialababes enters a new phase

¡

Mini's Babes agrees for second marriage but is she ready yet? Mini to realise a second marriage is no fairy tale. Requires constant jugglery of emotions. Maturity to take at least part responsibility of own past. #patialababes

¡

When a marriage fails both parties play victim. Often angry feminists don't tackle d real issue. Male bashing becomes norm. But what is hidden may be more complex than what is obvious. Hidden needs to be confronted and defeated . vicious cycle be broken. #patialababes

This sounds interesting. I trust CVs to take a realistic approach! There have been a few shows about second marriages, but no one really touched or dealt with real issues... Issues you and I might face, if we ever land in such a situation... another reason I like PB... it's a story of a common person!

One thing I am sure of is that we have not seen the end of fights between Hanuman and Babita... there will be more, there will be more of not talking to one another phases... a lot of adjustment issues as well...

@bold, what do you mean here?

I mean he didn't wait and talk to her, instead he ran upstairs first to see Mini. He didn't wait back with her cause he was assured from her side already

You know how we were saying that they should have had a deep, meaningful conversation before going ahead with the proposal but didn't?

That was deliberate, I guess. These two are establishing a pattern for sweeping things under the rug and not focusing on communication, which is bound to cause problems and will defo be a point of adjustment later.

Well, I am also thinking that he will stop entertaining her ideas of cooking in the middle of the night and disturbing his sleep. Or for her to wake him up because of silly things. He's a very disciplined person and she, not so much. 😉

I actually thought you meant something else, and HS doesn't seem like the kind of guy who would do that to his wife.

I would also expect that his job would keep him busy sometimes and he might not be able to give her the attention that she wants.

@bold do you mean what I think you mean here? 😲

I mean attraction!!!

Hmm... You mean she will be attracted to him and he will ignore her? I can't see that happening. The guy has been dying to get close to her. 😆

Maybe she would want to get close to him at the most weirdest times, maybe when he has to solve a grave case and that might irritate him! By the way, why are we discussing this?🤣

Because this is important for Babita, and for lots of women who are made to feel cheap and ashamed for having desires.

Do you remember how Ashok insulted her in court? I think that must have traumatized her on some level. It reduces your confidence as a woman and makes you feel you are not desirable to your husband. Loads of women suffer from lack of self-esteem because they are made to feel that way due to the patriarchal mindset and social bullying. She initially saw Mita probably as the "hot" other woman who her husband fell for and felt inadequate, a la "what's she got that I don't". Ashok even insulted her along those lines by comparing her to Mita. It was only later that she found out that Mita suffered too, which made her feel better. The point is, she should feel confident of herself with or without knowing about Mita. Know what I mean?

And then what HS told her? HS didn't mean it but she was still hurt by it and it will haunt her unless they talk about it. He cannot do that to her again, no matter what.

I think Paridhi might be conservative so don't expect any seduction scenes at this point. Not that these two need such things to set the screens on fire.

First of all, I meant why are we discussing about the 'desires' part. Secondly, I know the CVs dont have to show any scenes, to set our screens on fire. Because I dont believe in physical scenes. And, I have no problems when the CVs show this track of second marriage. And, I am not an anti feminist to go against Babita. I totally understand what Babita feels. Being a woman, I know what she feels. When the whole world pointed fingers at her, that didn't even have any truth, it was only HS who saved her. And this does not mean I dont have any issues with HS. At the moment, if you ask me, the person whom I find faults the most in is HS. Not that he is lovable, but, he just forgets that Babita is a woman who has gone through equally in life. He had too told her things that he shouldn't have. And you know, like Katha Kottage tweeted, it is a stereotypical mindset, that we woman always blame men in failed marriages. Not that I am trying to prove Ashok innocent. What he has done is just horrendous. But, do we know the other side of the story? Sometimes I feel, Ashok was never a bad man, but it is Babita who actually drove him to an extent. Maybe he was never given a chance to speak the truth. Because according to people, if he spoke he would just speak venom. Not that, I support him. But, if Babita would have spoken to him without taking an impulsive decision, then maybe we wouldn't have had to witness the horrific court scene. But, that didn't make Ashok any less villain. I would say, he was the worst in the subject of parenthood. A father who can raise his hand on his daughter cannot be the worst.....
