Interesting discussion girls

well i was thinking Many myths to be broken in this phase. Mini's conviction in her Babe's absolute innocence and Ashok's absolute demonization to be challenged. Life is not black and white. Resides in grey. Challenge is to color it with hope

what is this means here i guess her lack of taking initiative regarding anything or keep thinking wht will soc say or think .... reason even with Hanuman too....since Ashok was baddie but here sharp contrast Hanuman still Babita's thought process is same ....

i m still confused with line rest is fine

second marriage is difficult ....with teenage daughter around its more sensitive ..... both Hanuman Babita will have to try hard to balance things according to situation

i guess Minnie might try to make them come close like send them for Date and all but somewhere she might feel alone ... as their attention divide be Hanuman or Babita ....till date both had single attention i. e Minnie

I suppose as tweet suggest Minnie will seen independent new life new phase new friends out of her comfort zone

According to me, this is what it means. We all have been thinking that Ashok was the only one responsible for the failed marriage. But, after Hanita marry each other, certain problems may resurface. And it's time to realise that Babita was not so innocent and Ashok was not the demon that we had labelled...

And yes like you said, now Mini will have that feeling of divided attention. She would feel, she is not getting the attention that she used to before. And there would be more problems in their life, after marriage. That's why life would not be just black and white but grey too. And its upto them to see how their hopes colour their life...

Do you remember how Ashok insulted her in court? I think that must have traumatized her on some level. It reduces your confidence as a woman and makes you feel you are not desirable to your husband. Loads of women suffer from lack of self-esteem because they are made to feel that way due to the patriarchal mindset and social bullying. She initially saw Mita probably as the "hot" other woman who her husband fell for and felt inadequate, a la "what's she got that I don't". Ashok even insulted her along those lines by comparing her to Mita. It was only later that she found out that Mita suffered too, which made her feel better. The point is, she should feel confident of herself with or without knowing about Mita. Know what I mean?

And then what HS told her? HS didn't mean it but she was still hurt by it and it will haunt her unless they talk about it. He cannot do that to her again, no matter what.

I think Paridhi might be conservative so don't expect any seduction scenes at this point. Not that these two need such things to set the screens on fire.

Exactly. Babita will have to come in terms with her sexuality and desires on her own. HS will help her get there, but first she needs to acknowledge she has desires as a woman and that it’s ok. It’s not something to be ashamed of 🙌

It's not only about those kinds of desires. If a woman wants to travel the world alone and experience some amazing stuff, she may be called selfish and cheap because she wants to go in the "world of men" and stand shoulder to shoulder with them and do things that traditionally only men would do, instead of being all "feminine" and looking pretty, if you know what I mean. Sadly, there are some people with such a mentality out there, even in so-called "educated" families. I have personally come across this and it's disgusting.

Interesting reads here but I won't scratch my head over what they can be showing next as whatever I would think the show exactly unexplored... So better take each episode as it comes😃

I think I know where you are getting at. But can you elaborate? 🤔

Yes, exactly. If you remember initially Ashok was just rude and arrogant, and then his character went from gray to black. Maybe because of TRP pressure. Also, one thing that I am sure they want to address is that a failed marriage does not mean one person is the victim and the other a villain or something. It can be lack of compatibility or other issues. Mita was with Ashok for 10 years, so what about the 7 years of marriage before that? It wasn't a short duration by any means.

For example, if a woman travels alone, goes hiking, adventure sports, etc. where there are still more men than women, some feel that she is spoiled, of a cheap character because she takes part in activities where she is surrounded by "paraye mard", no matter how innocent her intentions are, and that somehow by going out on her own like that her reputation is bad or something. She's not being lady-like and how dare she dream of doing fun stuff like that instead of being stuck at home and pandering to the needs of her family members.

Exactly. KK writers said “mini’s thought of babes absolute innocence in the marriage will be challenged” . What does that mean? She’s also part responsible for breaking of the marriage? But how? 🤔

Is it lack of attention she gave to Ashok because she was busy being the daughter in law instead of being a wife? Is it because she never asked Ashok for anything? She never initiated anything? She didn’t ask him to take her with him? She didn’t fight for it.

Yes that’s what I was thinking too. Thanks for explaining 🙌

Absolutely, there are people like this in the world who still believe these things.
