I don't personally think there will be a s2, there really isn't much left to the show story-wise, there was no official announcement like in case of tb2, it was more like a courtesy to the fans cause the drama was a blockbuster and I feel bilal would not be interested in doing a s2.

I think so. Whether Bilal will do it or they will get someone else is what we will have to see.

The writer has written three different stories.There’s no continuation. The name of the show would be same though.

Bilal made this show what it is..fans will not be happy if they ever do a s2 without him.

It depends upon him only. He’s very choosy. Going by his interviews if he has something different to do then only he will consider it.

what does it mean he wrote three different stories? so there will be IM 3 as well? is it like a novel adaptation or something else?

yeah, that is why I felt he is the most important deciding factor whether there will be a s2 or not cause his script choices have been very versatile throughout his career.

He said that he has written three different stories, all of them are ML centric. The first one was about a man giving it all for his love. The second one is about a man doing it for a blood relative & the third one is about Ishq e haqeeqi.

I doubt Hum would take a risk without him. As per Duraid Qureshi it was a good budget drama so they might invest more money if there’s a season 2.

The plots do sound interesting in summary but it will depend on the overall execution I suppose.
