Haven't seen the episode today but seems like stalker feroze will see ayeza fulfilling some dare on beach where she might have to do some lame flirt with Haroon ka character as part of dare and he might think this is that Sara.. the other Sara had an entire family and character reveal too she is played by sara?idk the actresses name) from dastak ( gosh too much confusion if the name)

There could be so many possibilities because I don't think Ahmer is just there as a sidekick to see all the mess, yes also his mother clearly has a disliking for Sara's family and wasn't ready for the marriage initially.
