Soumya, Well Done!

Last night's episode was sad but very, very well done! For once, I actually like Soumya's acting and I think, she overtook Shaheer last nigh! Her expressions were MUCH, MUCH better than Shaheer last night and she was fantastic! I'm not a very big Soumya fan because of her acting but I must admit, last night she was really good. She's improved SO much, I feel so proud of her! hahaha

Those little subtle expressions, those tears in her eyes while talking, that surprised and hurt expression after hearing about the engagement from Anant's mouth, that expression where she tries to cover up her sadness with a smile, that expression where she's trying to persuade her Dad that she's fine! It was really, really well done! From the beginning of the episode itself, she was on a roll! :) When her dad was talking to her, I actually cried a little. That warmth from her father, I could feel it and at the same time, I could see the sadness in her eyes and the smile on her face. It wasn't a fake smile, nor were there tears in her eyes. It was just so real! AAAH! I'm loving this girl now :)

I'm so glad, Navya was so strong in last night's episode. She put on a brave smile and congratulated Anant. Of course, there were her own weak moments at home where she wanted to pick up the phone but she was strong enough to cut the phone and switch it off. It was definitely a Navya-Soumya day! For once, both the actor and the character were in synch with their expressions :P hahah alsoalsoalso, i loved how they showed the transition of days - with newspapers, change of clothes, dates on phones :) that was really good direction! hats off to the directors and creatives :) Really, well done! I enjoyed this episode the most so far and I'm so glad all of the actors are getting better and better at their work, especially Soumya! :)

Now I want to see more of Anant. His frustration, his anger and finally how he deals with this whole engagement crap.

Though the precap was back-to-old Soumya, but a braver Navya could be seen, I'm excited :) I actually want Anant and Shagun to get engaged just to see how Navya and Anant cope with it :)
