Shaan has a right to be upset

I haven't watched the show as yet and I dont want to get into slamming people or calling them names but I think Shaan has a valid point.

Your post is really good! this is a healthy argument without anger. Very rational. And i agree with you.

If a national award winning singer competes with a new to the industry singer... that's not a fair playing ground.
Where's the competition in that?

Also, if one captain is intending to step on the field, he should let the other captain know about it... otherwise its too unfair


What shankar did was VERY VERY unfair... i still can't believe that he thought he was justified.... from fame gurukul to sare gama pa until sunday, i believe he was the MOST fair person... he disappointed me big time

Exactly!!! What Shankar did yesterday was very cheap..it was not right..firstly it has been noticed that even if the captains don't sing that well, they always end up getting 10 points...so I guess we should also restrict the number of songs a particular person can perform in an episode...

I totally agree, Shaan has all the reasons to be upset...

at least Shankar has to show some maturity in leading his teams, not by singing for his team and making it win...

Also, what Shan said abt the duet song was correct..we could surely make out that Nidhi had forgotten her lines and there was a very very long pause where she appeared totally lost..and if it is a completetion where u ctach if anybody slips on the sur and tal then u need to also catch when anybody forgets the lyrics..

lyrics are equally imp for a song..also she sang only 10% of the total song..so it could not even be called a proper duet...

there is no RULE that a captain can not come twice.. he does not get as much votes as the others, so he should win the match to secure his position in the finals.. i do not think there is anything wrong in coming twice... if he had broken any rule then that would have been wrong, but he has not broken any rule, the captain can come any time he likes.. its his decision for his team, everyone wants to win, so whatever strategy a captain adopts for that within the rules, is PERFECTLY fine..

There is also no rule, that the captain has to underplay his contestants and come directly to sing , just to fetch 10 marks from the audience and win the competition.
