Bhooth Bangla marks Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan reunion, release date revealed

Akshay Kumar and director Priyadarshan are returning to theatres together with Bhooth Bangla, a horror comedy that has now officially confirmed its release date. The film is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on May 15, 2026, putting an end to months of speculation surrounding its launch timeline.

The announcement is notable as it marks the reunion of Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan after fourteen years. Their earlier collaborations played a key role in shaping mainstream Hindi comedy, and the pairing continues to hold recall value among audiences even today.
