I've decided to post the next chapter of my FF early, since we've had a good day. If there are any spelling errors, let me know and I'll correct them. Also if everyone is nice to me, I'll also post chapter 5 early on Saturday.

Part 4
It was a bright, sunny morning. Vir awoke with a big grin on his face. He was going to meet his Bawri today. She didn't remember him but that didn't matter, she was alive. He would be content with spending time with her but first he needed to apologise for the night before. Then he needed to extend a hand of friendship to her. Hopefully she would accept. If not, he would continue to try until she accepted. He was not going to give up on his marriage. He still cursed that day when he said those hurtful words to her. Once he got her back, he promised himself he would never hurt her like that again. He would try to never allow tears to come to her eyes.
Vir went and showered, ready to conquer the day. He ordered room service for breakfast to be delivered to his room but then changed his mind. He proceeded to the hotel restaurant. As he was ready to order his normal breakfast, porridge. He again changed his mind and ordered bread and butter. His Bawri's favourite. He ate his breakfast as quick as he could and made his way to the car. Ready to head to Bawri's address.
------------------------------
Dhwani's apartment
Dhwani was dreaming. She kept seeing flashes of a man but unfortunately the face was not visible. She couldn't understand why these flashes and headaches started now. In the past 6 months, nothing like this happened at all. She found it strange. The only thing different was that she met Rewari's Mukhiji for the first time but the flashes started before that. In a moment of recollection, she realised it was whenever she seen a pagdi. Conveniently Mukhiji also wore a pagdi but he wasn't there in the hotel lobby when she first got the flashing images. Or was he?
She wondered if she knew Mukhiji from before. Daksh did say Vir didn't react at all when he first seen her but she was freaked out when he hugged her. She realised she may need to speak to him, without Daksh around. Not that she didn't trust Daksh but Mukhiji may be more open with her. About why he hugged her last night, without her fiance around. The matter was how to approach Mukhiji. Leaving that thought, Dhwani started to get ready for her day.
As she was about to sit down for her breakfast, bread and butter. There was a knock on her door.
------------------------------
Vir was sitting in the car outside Bawri's apartment. He didn't have the courage to go knock. This situation was completely new to him. Come on. Have some courage. You're the Mukhi of Rewari. He was never scared to approach a woman, unless it was Chandni. He shuddered at the thought of her. How would he go approach Bawri or Dhwani as she now went by. He should have really planned this out but no, I had to dream of Bawri all night.
In the end, he thought what's the worst that can happen. She's already pushed me and hurt me with a stone in the past. Surely she can't do worse than that. Unless she slaps me. He got rid of those thoughts and stepped out of the car. He would just be upfront and say that he came to apologise.
Vir made it to the door and knocked. After a minute or so, Bawri opened the door. She looked beautiful in a salwar suit. He had never seen her dressed like this so it was a nice surprise. Dhwani was also surprised to see him. She was thinking how to approach him and he was already here.
Vir: Hello.
Dh: Hi.
Vir: I was hoping to speak to you. About last night.
Dh: Oh?
Vir: Can I come in?
Dh: Oh yeah. Come in but you'll need to be quick because I have to go to work soon.
Vir: I won't take too much of your time.
Dhwani left the door open to allow Vir in. She quickly went and grabbed her plate of butter bread and walked over to where there was two chairs. Vir went and sat on one and Dhwani on the other. Vur noticed she had butter bread on her plate and smiled. Some things are still the same. As Dhwani ate, she asked what he wanted to speak about.
Vir: Oh yeah. Erm... I wanted to apologise for last night. I'm sorry. I wanted to explain. I thought you were someone else. Your face resembles a lot like someone I once knew. That's why I hugged you, because I haven't seen that person in a long time.
Dh: Ohhhh.
Vir: My intentions were never to touch you in an innapropriate way. I'm not like that. I'm the Mukhi of Rewari and I respect women very much. I hand out justice to women in situations like this all the time, so I could never be like that.
Dh: That's fine Mukhiji. You don't need to give that much of an explanation. I believed you, when you said this last night.
Vir: You did?
Dh: Yes because I could see the honesty in your eyes.
Vir: Thank you.
Dh: Is that all?
Vir: Huh? Erm, I guess, yeah. So I'm forgiven?
Dh: Under one condition.
Vir: Condition?
Dh: Yes, condition. If you buy me a cup of coffee from the coffee shop near work.
Vir: Yes I can do that.
Dh: Let's go then. I'll just get an auto for us.
Vir: Why an auto? I have my car right here. My driver will take us.
Dhwani was unsure whether to take the offer or not but she didn't think the Mukhi would do anything inappropriate. As he said, he's a highly respected man. After a moment of unsurety and once Mukhiji prompted her, she agreed to go with Vir's car.
Dh: I believe you but you know, just in case, I have a knife in my bag.
That scared Vir for a moment as she had previously pointed a gun at him as well. He laughed.
Dh: What's so funny. I'm serious.
Vir: I know you are. I'm not laughing at you. I just remembered something.
Dh: Okay. What are we waiting for? Let's go.
Vir and Dhwani both sat in the back of the car. She gave the driver directions of where the coffee shop is near to her workplace. During the car ride, Vir received a call from the principle of the kid's school but as his phone was on silent, he didn't notice. As they arrived at their destination, Vir got down and proceeded to open the door for Dhwani.
Dh: You really are a gentleman.
Vir: Thank you.

Pratap Singh Haveli
Veer dragged Juhi and Manas home. The principle had called home after he couldn't get through to Mukhiji. Sudha was at home and answered the call. The principle explained that Juhi and Manas' behaviour was out of hand. That they had beaten up a child so he had no choice but to expel them from school. Previously due to Mukhiji's insistence of giving them a chance along with the grief that both kids were dealing with, the principle gave them more chances than normally permitted. However today had been the last straw. Due to their grief, how long would he allow this behaviour in school and so the decision was made.
As the kids arrived home. Prakashi and Anjali asked what happened.
Veer: Dadhi, Chachi. They beat up another child today. So they've been permanently expelled from school.
Anjali: Well this was going to happen one day or another. Their behaviour has been atrocious since that molki died.
Juhi: Don't speak of our Haathi like that!
Anjali: Or what will you do?
Juhi and Manas both nodded at each other and picked up the glasses of water that was on the table. They threw it directly at Anjali. Anjali managed to duck away in time thankfully. The glass and the water hit the painting on the wall behind her, the painting of Purvi. The painting fell off the wall, the garland came of as well. All the water from the glass had ruined the painting. It was just all smudged paint now.
Everyone looked on in shock.
Prakashi: Look what you both did. You ruined your own Haathi's painting. Are you happy now? Will someone come clean this up or not?
Sudha: I'll do it.
Sudha went towards the ruined painting of her childhood friend. She had tears in her eyes as she seen the damage. Her friend that did so much for her. Saved her from a life of hell. This was the last memento left and this was ruined as well.
Juhi and Manas approached Sudha and apologised.
Sudha: It's okay. It was an accident. You didn't mean it. I know you both miss your Haathi. I do too. Sudha cleaned up the broken glass from the floor and as she did, she cut her hand. Veer came to her straightaway. He got the first aid kid and bandaged up her hand for her. Also asked the servant to get rid of the glass. As for the painting, they decided to place the ruined painting in Vir's drawing room. In the hope that one day Vir might fix the painting.
Sudha and Veer took the kids to their room.
Sudha: Look kids. I know you're angry at the world and upset but this isn't the way. What if you had hurt your chachi?
Juhi: She deserves it for speaking like that about Haathi.
Veer: Do you think your Haathi would be happy with the way you're acting?
J&M: No.
Sudha: She always taught you to respect elders. Even she didn't speak disrespectfully with Anjali chachi, then what makes you think you can?
Manas: We don't like it if anyone speaks bad about Haathi.
Sudha: I know but don't give them a chance to. Be good children. Be like your Haathi told you. Otherwise people will say that your Haathi didn't teach you any manners? Do you want them to say that?
Juhi and Manas both said no together.
Juhi: We just miss her so much and Baba doesn't love us anymore. Yes we blamed him but now he doesn't even give us any attention.
Manas: We behave like this so he'll scold us but since Haathi left, he doesn't care. Haathi loved us when even Baba didn't and now God has taken her away and he took Baba as well.
Veer: I'm so sorry you feel this way. We'll get Baba back, plus you have me and Sudha Bhabhi.
Sudha, Veer, Juhi and Manas shared a group hug. Veer realised he needed to speak with his father to get him to see sense.

Coffee shop
Vir and Dhwani went into the coffee shop to order. Dhwani ordered a capucchino and asked Vir what he would like. Listing all sorts of drinks. Vir not knowing what any of them are just asked Dhwani to get the same as her. The waiter asked for both of their names. Hearing this Vir got confused. Dhwani gave her name and asked Vir to state his name, to which he replied, Mukhiji. Dhwani laughed as they made their way to the table.
Vir: What are you laughing at?
Dh: Just you. Do you not have a name or is it just Mukhiji?
Vir: I have a name but everyone calls me Mukhiji so I'm used to being called that.
Dh: Even your wife?
Vir remembered all the names Bawri used to call him. Vir was a bit embarassed to admit, that even his wife called him by his title. What was worse, was the fact that he was telling his wife, about his wife.
Vir: Yes, even she used to call me Mukhiji.
Dh: Used to?
Vir didn't know how to respond to that. He had gotten used to speaking about Bawri in the past tense now. Now she was alive here but he had to pretend that she wasn't.
Vir: Yes, used to. She died in a bus accident 6 months ago.
Dh: Oh I'm sorry to hear that.
Vir: You reminded me of her when I seen you last night. That's why I hugged you.
Dh: Oh. Would I be able to see a picture of her. I wanted to see how similar we look that you mistook me for her.
Vir: Oh I don't have any pictures of her on my phone. I recently changed my phone and haven't transferred them over yet.
Vir quickly changed his phone screen wallpaper to that of the children. Whilst doing that, he noticed the missed call from the principle but decided to call back after his date with Bawri.
Dh: What was her name?
Vir: Her name was Purvi. Purvi Virendra Pratap Singh.
Vir was looking at Dhwani's face to see if she reacted to her own name but unfortunately, there was no effect on her.
Vir answers provided Dhwani the answers to her questions. She felt he may have recognised her but looks like that wasn't the case. There was just an awkward silence all of a sudden. Just then the waiter came with their drinks.
Dh: This is why they took our names, to identify us and get the order right.
Vir understood and took a sip of his cappuccino and promptly spat it out. Dhwani laughed and shared that she thought he wouldn't like it, especially since he probably never tried it before.
Vir: How did you know?
Dh: Your expression gave it away when we placed our order. What do you want instead, tea?
Vir: Yes.
Dh: Waiter. Can you please get a cup of tea for Mukhiji with no sugar and less milk. Thank you.
Vir: How did you know that's how I drink my tea?
Dhwani didn't know. She just felt that's how he would drink it and gave the order. How did I know?
Dh: I don't know. I just had a feeling but how can I know how you drink your tea if I've never met you before?
Vir panicked. It was too early to reveal himself to Dhwani and God knows how she would react to the truth. So Vir lied and said that he has sugar and more milk.
After Vir's tea arrived. They both drank them when Dhwani noticed the time and realised she was getting late for work. Dhwani and Vir made their way out of the coffee shop and Dhwani thanked Vir for the coffee. Vir took this opportunity to extend his hand and asked if they could be friends, as he didn't know anyone else in Delhi. Dhwani also confirmed that other than Dakshi and Chandni, she didn't have any friends either. This was a chance to make a friendship outside of that circle and so Dhwani extended her hand to shake Virs. When she touched his hand at first, she flinched.
Vir: Are you okay?
Dh: Yes, just a static electric shock.
Dhwani put her hand forward again and both of them shook hands to confirm their friendship. When he shook her hand, she felt strange and her hand was tingling. She didn't know what to make of it. Then she put it down to the static electric shock. They then also exchanged numbers so Vir could contact her if he needed any help with anything.
Vir proceeded to drop off Dhwani to her workplace. As she got out of Vir's car. Daksh noticed from his window and was left wondering who's car she came to work in.
------------------------------
Daksh' Office
Dhwani walks into the office and says good morning to Daksh but she notices he didn't reply. He also didn't look to be in the best of moods.
D: How did you come to work today?
Dh: What?
D: How did you come to work or rather who dropped you off today?
Dh: Oh Mukhiji dropped me off
D: Mukhiji?
Dh: Yes Mukhiji. He dropped by mine in the morning to apologise and we went for coffee.
D: You went to have coffee? With another man?
Dh: Why are you saying it like that? It was only coffee.
D: I don't like you going out for coffee with other men and especially in their cars.
Dh: Okay enough! What are you trying to say? Do you not trust me?
D: I trust you but I don't trust him. He made a move on you yesterday.
Dh: And he said it was a mistake and I believe him.
D: You are naive and innocent. Men will try to take advantage of that.
Dh: Can we please not discuss this now. We're here to work. In here I'm just your PA and not your fiancee.
D: I know but I just didn't like you going in a car with him. I'm sorry but I love you and I'm always scared I'm going to lose you.(He held Dhwani close)
Dh: Why are you worried about Mukhiji. Yes he's a man but he's an older man. Old enough to be my father. Why would I ever be interested in him like that?
D: I hope you won't. Only I can be in your life, no one else.
Dh: Okay, back to work. We're in the office and here, you are my boss. I'll just go to my desk.
Dhwani headed out of Daksh' office, she noticed the door was ajar. As she got out, she noticed a man walking away. It was a man in a pagdi. It was Mukhiji and he had heard everything she said about him.
