My list is only from Yayati's time.
Puranas (Vishnu, Matsya, Bhagwata, Vayu and Agni Purana) have the genealogy and kingdom details that are much much older.
Even before Vaivaswat Manu, there were other kings. Prithu's time was before Manu. Manu was a small king, who survived the deluge and then his descendents started the royal lineages after the deluge. Because all the previous royal families were completely wiped out, or had to leave their teritories as refugees and never returned back.
His son Ikshavaku started the suryavanshi lineage and daughter Ila (who married Chandra's son budha) started chandravanshi lineage.
Yayati was descendent of the chandravanshi lineage. Rama was descendent of Suryavanshi lineage.
But Manu and his son and daughter's descendents took over the same kingdoms that existed before but had been ravaged by the flood. People in these places were refugees and /or abandoned survivors. Many people migrated and intermarried
