Popular television actor Hiten Tejwani, known for his roles in Kutumb, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Pavitra Rishta, and several other shows, is now preparing for his next project. He will soon be seen in Story TV’s upcoming micro-drama, adding another format to his extensive career.
According to sources, Anil Rishi’s Insync Productions is developing a new micro-drama yet to be titled. Hiten Tejwani has been finalized to play the role of a high-profile CEO. Along with him, actors Aarchi Sachdeva and Ankit Raj have also been brought on board for important roles in the project. The show aims to explore a fast-paced narrative style, in line with the growing popularity of short-format storytelling.
Hiten Talks About the Micro-Drama Format
Hiten shared his experience of working in this format and explained why it appeals to today’s audience. He mentioned that this will be his fourth micro-drama, and the format has steadily gained momentum over time. “This is my fourth show in this format, and I thoroughly enjoy shooting for this booming new medium. Earlier, audiences had to wait for days or weeks for the next episode to drop. With micro-dramas, people can quickly watch an entire season whenever they want,” he said.
The actor noted that shorter episodes and fast-paced consumption patterns make micro-dramas a convenient choice for viewers who prefer content that fits their busy schedules. The format also allows creators to tell compact, engaging stories without long delays between episodes.

Adapting to Changing Audience Preferences
Hiten also spoke about the importance of adapting to different mediums as an actor. He acknowledged the consistent support he has received throughout his career and expressed his anticipation of how the audience will respond to his role in this new project. “I have received so much love and appreciation for my roles over the years, and I am excited to see how viewers react to my upcoming show,” he added.
The micro-drama is expected to begin production soon, and the makers will announce further details about the storyline and release in the coming days.
