PART TEN

"ye kya ho gayi thi muje??? me kyoun bewajah angad pe gussa ho gayi??? muje usse sorry kehni chahiye,"kripa thought. she got up from her room and went over to angad's. she knocked. no reply. knocked again. still no reply. she tried the handle and it opened. but no angad inside.suddenly someone tapped on her shoulders. she jumped and turned around. it was shabd.

shabd: arre bhabhi jaan... dont mind me asking.... par aap bhai ke kamre me kya kar rahi hai???

kripa: shabd!!! tumne toh muje dara hi diya... woh main... thodi der pehle angad se ladaayi hui thi. sorry kehne aayi thi. knock kiya par no reply.

shabd: aha!!! angad toh office chala gaya. rehearsels na... tume bhi jaana chahiye. waise... angad ko knock karne ki aadat nahi hai na hi knock ko reply dene ki. darwaza khula hai toh matlab andar jaa sakti ho without permission also. samjhi??

kripa: jee jeeju!!!

shabd: kripa!!!!!!!!!!!! ab me tumhari dewar hoon.

kripa: i dont care!!!

kripa went to her room all dissappointed. stuff dint work out the way she wanted it to. she slowly went over to her cupboard and thought. angad ko kaunsa dress pasand aayega??? muje aaj usse baat karni hai. hume dost banna hai. zindgi aise ladthe hue nahi kategi. she thenselected a plain white skirt and lite blue top with heavy earrings to match. throughout the dressing, she kept on looking at her engagement ring. things were changing for her...

meanwhile, mahi was again confused over wich one she should wear to her first day at work. then she decided on a brown kneelength and sleeveless dress after a very loooong time. she put on very lite makeup and accessories.

kripa, mahi and shabd left for work. they dropped kripa on the way. she went upstairs thinking over wat to say to angad. she was loOking around for angad wen somebody suddenly came and stood in front of her.
"came to apologize in person my dear," it was prem.

angad came out of his cabin just in time to see prem hug kripa. kripa was genuinely surprised to see prem and also happy that she dint think wat effect this would make on angad. angad was pretty furious and he stormed back into his own cabin. kripa and prem talked for sometime and prem left saying, "lunch saath me karenge. pick karne aaunga. theek 1.30pm"

kripa nodded smiling. she then looked at the closed cabin door of angad and she went over with a wide grin. "aaj se hum dono saath me kaam karne waale hai angad. i never knew i would but i like it."

she opened the door. angad was glaring at a file that was open in front of him.

kripa nervous... she had to say this now or there would be more problem.

kripa: angad???

he dint look up or act as if he even heard her call.

kripa: angad!! dekho plz... i am sorry... bas me... woh!!! i wasnt used to your closeness that i kind of got irritated. muje maaf kardo. galthi meri hai. sorry...

she said it with such an emotion that angad looked up surprised. he smiled at her after looking at her for a long time.

angad: its okay... i understand.

they then started off with the rehearsel of a duet...

they danced together while rehearsing and both seemed oblivious of their sudden closeness. angad kept on holding kripa's hands.
angad wanted to know about kripa's and prem's relationship but somehow couldnt bring up the topic. then he thought, "kuch bhi ho jaaye...muje aaj janna hai...me poochoonga usse abhi"

angad, clearing his throat: ummm...kripa...

kripa smiled at him: haan...

angad kind of forgot wat he was about to ask wen he saw that sweet smile. he was lost for a few minutes. then kripa clapped her fingers..

kripa: angad?? kaha kho gaye??? tum kuch poonchne wale dhe...

angad: no! haan...sorry...umm... wil you go out for lunch with me today?

kripa smile faltered...: angad!! woh me... prem ke saath jaane wali thi.. tum bhi aaoge humare saat?

angad got red in the face with anger: nahi me nahi aaunga. i hav other work.
he told that and got up from his chair and went outside the cabin.

kripa: ise kya hua achanak...

poor kripa failed to notice the look and sound of jealousy in her would be husband.

meanwhile mahi was having a rocking first day. everyone was impressed with her looks and her works. shabd took mahi out for lunch. they talked and laughed and had a great time together. shabd was falling for mahi every second he spent with her and every millisecond he didnt spent with her. mahi was oblivious of shabd's love towards her. she just thought of him as a good friend.

in between their talks, shabd got a call and he excused himself to talk in private. he got up and left. mahi, started observing the other people in the room. she saw 4 guys sitting and talking. one of them was pointing at her and another guy who was very very handsome {mahi noticed}, nodded his head. suddenly he got up taking the rose kept at their table and came over to mahi.

she was startled to see this. he gave her the rose and slightly kissed her on the cheek. mahi was shocked ut somehow she felt nice. the guys behind began whooping. the guy who gave her the rose straightened himself and said"sorry about that ma'am. it was a dare. cudnt help but do it."

mahi dint say anythng. she just looked at him with wide eyes. somehow she liked him... "kaun hai ye ladka??? aur me uspe naraaz kyoun nahi hoon???"

she was lost in thoughts wen shabd came and sat in front of her. the other guys had gone. mahi was looking at the spot where that guy was sitting.

shabd: mahi!!! hellloooo???? kaha kho gayi??? aur ye rose kaha se aayi..???

mahi startled and looked at shabd and smiled. yes...now she was sure... she had love at first sight.

mahi: ye toh ek bachchi ne di dhi... woh log chale gaye.

shabd: okay...ab hum chale???

mahi: okay..

mahi felt a kind of spring in her every step and shabd noticed that something had changed about her. he knew he must be mistaken but he could now see the love he felt fro her in her eyes. how happy he was, nobody could find out. little did poor shabd knw that the love he saw in mahi's eyes werent for him...

oh no! poor shabd... Mahi is falling for someone else. Let me guess that random guy is Prem's younger brother. This is sooo exciting, can't wait to see what happens next..I love both stories. shabd and Mahi and Angad getting jealous over Prem. thank you for the quick updates...and please dont stop..this is soo amazaing. when will be the next update be?? waiting. Thanks

thanks for updating..this part was also very cute...I am sad that Mahi is falling for preet. I wonder how Shabd is going to win her back. I absolutely love this story please continue soon...I want to see a jealous Shabd. That would be funny. please update soon. and thanks so much for the quick updates. waiting for the next one...please hurry.

hey guys....dont go for preet much... he is not gona be in here for long... mostly he wil e out of the story by the next update... the only use of him is for mahi to understand shabd'd love...that is why i dint bother to give preet's pic 😉
and my resultss come out today...if its good u wil get frequent updates like this... otherwise i wont b able to... 😭.... buh jus keepin my fingers crossed... still worried dead😕
