DQ, Saurabh's outburst had also a lot to do with his own guilt in being a factor for Dev and Sonakshi's separation. Along with others he too believed that Dev was a bad guy who hurt them and broke his sisters heart. But with Dev's speech during Sangeet, his apology to both himself and Ronita for the theft and his behavior in general has changed Saurabh's views. He feels that if he was better in the terms that if he had not lost in business and needed Sonakshi to come up with the plan for their venture or any of that, then there would not have been a heartbreak for her. He feels responsible and wants to make up for it.
In yesterday's episode, after convincing Sonakshi to return, if Bijoy had come back and said that yes Sona and Soha are coming back because we were missing them. She had taken the decision on her own, but is now changing it for us in a calm manner, then Saurabh probably wouldn't have acted as he did. For Saurabh it was like the last time baba did something like this I did not stop him, my failures stopped me from stopping what was happening. No more. I will not let it happen anymore. When Bijoy came back looking for accolades and considered what he had done as an accomplishment, Saurabh snapped. He released all his pent up anger.
It was also significant that Asha was quiet during all this. She had previously tried to talk sensible to Bijoy regarding this after he came back from IN after getting to know that Suhana had chicken pox. Since her method failed, she also felt that Saurabh was right. Especially since in the hospital one of the things he had asked was "what kind of a father am I". Saurabh's answer was for that question. Just like she had told Sona that only she can answer if Bijoy was the perfect husband, only a kid can answer if his father is perfect or not. If any other time Saurabh was asked this question, he would have given a glossed answer and not told the raw truth. What Bijoy got yesterday was the raw truth. Something that he had been avoiding to hear for quite sometime now.
