Dev's scenes yesterday in Ishwari's room were a treat and I understand not everyone feels that way. He did not take the blame of theft on himself. He said he fell short of being a good son because his mother must have suffered alone with the guilt of theft. The most beautiful lines for me were when he said that imaan and khuddari were paramount for his mother and she compromised on those to be able to provide to her children. I cried with Dev for his mother's pain. He felt sorry for assuming that all was well in his mother's life. As much as ishwari has damaged her son's married life, she gave him a fighting chance in life. Recall, he felt the same when Ishwari fell sick in the first few episodes. I have said this time again... In the last 7 years, more than ever, Dev & Sonakshi haven't been good kids to their mother and father respectively. They hid their love in that unreachable corner of their hearts but in that process also became unreachable to those people who heavily relied on them for emotional support. I can see why Dev feels the way he does.
Like many of you said, Dev ties his happiness with others' happiness and is very happy to take the blame on himself. I am sorry is tattooed on his forehead. However, I think Sonakshi is going to help him heal now. She is encouraging him to face those demons. Dev and Sonakshi are back to that day after Neha's vidai where Sonakshi offered herself to Dev as a healer. Dev needs to accept that he can't be the perfect provider he set himself out to be. But, he gave it his all... and that is what counts.
Recall that scene when Dev was feeding paranthas to Sonakshi in S1. Sonakshi said, don't fight my battles for me... strengthen me and let me fight my own battles. She is doing exactly that for Dev now.
PS: I want to write about Sonakshi as soon as I can...

Does anyone feel dev in his guilt may think yo surrender whole of his property and start from the scratch again ?
One of the most difficult parts for me to watch in Krp was the infertility track. Even now I am not sure if I have watched them completely and it is not because I haven't tried. That was the only track where I hated Dev Dixit with a passion I didn't even know I had in me. The new ruthless version of Sona was born during that track. The circumstances that cropped up later on, just kept on adding more layers or walls around her. Dev's Khargosh' could always hear the murmurs of his heart. We could say Dev's Khargosh' lost her teeth during that track and she lost her ability to hear his mind.
She lost her trust in his love, that it would ever be enough to balance the complete dedication he had to his mother. When Dev asked her to agree to the treatment to bring Ishwari back from the temple and when he expressed his complete willingness to do whatever it takes to make her dreams come true, Sona kept looking at Dev. It was the look of a broken person, who had her dreams shattered and who had lost trust even in herself. She had to gather every ounce of courage in her to ask Ishwari the question of her acceptance as a member of Dixit family if the treatment fails and also to admit to her that she already asked this question to Dev and was not answered by him making it clear to her that she doesn't have a future here if Ishwari doesn't accept her.
She took Ishwari's thum alag ho jao' and Dev's get out at face value because that was what she feared and expected all along. It became easier for her to accept the worse of Dev including the prenup and throwing them out of their home since she had retaliated against his God'. Soha's arrival gave her some hope that since Ishwari's condition is met, she won't pose any more hurdles for Dev to accept Sona now. But his refusal to meet her made her conclude that forgiveness will not come her way since she hurt his mother.
The revelations she had about Dev in Dixit house, rocked the very foundations of her wall. Where she believed, she was never important enough, for him to be able to throw her out of his life when his mother's dreams were at bay; she saw that her leaving him has broken that bond apart. Where she had a hard time reminding herself that she is not a part of Dev anymore, she saw that she was very much a part of him so much so that even a doubt of her moving on with another man broke him to the extent of making him leave his daughter to escape her presence. Dev's khargosh' knew that he never could control hurtful words which he might not even mean. But when Dev asked her to get out and said those hurtful words she was not his khargosh' anymore. She understood and accepted that their relationship failed because she left him. Because she failed to trust their love and failed to understand his intent, their daughter lost her childhood with her father.
Ishwari's absence was very much needed for Sona's realization that this family was very much her's. She subconsciously used her haq that was always hers when she defended them against Khathri. Her intentions were pure and this when misunderstood by Dev gave her insight into his action of accepting the blame of theft to protect her brother's marriage. As much as Dixit family is hers, the Bose family is also Dev's to care and protect from outsiders.
She is seeing the broken, guilt ridden man who always bore the brunt of the guilt heaped on him by his family which was added on by her leaving him instead of being his support. She is the only one who knows this Dev inside out and had genuinely wanted to share his burden even when they were not in a relationship. Now when he is finding that much needed solace in her embrace, when he is reaching out to her for help how can she not be his friend? How can she not be his Khargosh'? When she can read him still like an open book how can he think that they were ever separated? Welcome back Khargosh'.

Hi everyone before I start what I feel about the yesterday's episode and the what happenedin the week I would like to say really enjoy being over here and love reading the youropinion. Special mention to @LiveLife321 It nice to read your Post again in this week . @bashingHater I really love your writing You have a different writing style. You explain the things in the pity scientific way. @gmgi welcome Back with your post. I miss your posts. @Shaavi As usual I love your writing but 90 % I agree on the points you mention but for 10 %(Mostly with the future prediction. ) I disagree but I enjoy your writing. @Itelidevara I enjoy your writing also.@thedramqueen You are the also one whose posts I like a lot. And last but not the east@Samanalyse for this thread and your writing and to all other writer which I have notmention above but you are also the reason I love to be here in this thread. Now coming to the yesterday's episode i like the episode most. The points which I like is forthe first time I think dev has appreciated the sona's up bring in case of the soha as amother and I you ask me that is the big thing. The another important aspect that he saythanks you for all the things she done for him and for dixit family . Now he is more open tohim. The another important aspect sona understand about the dev first he required her helpand support and importantly the trust and she could see that it does the wonders. Andanother aspect that is important from my point of view after their marriage or I will say afterthe first break up she alway feel that Ishu mata is more important but the due to the elenaand dev' s confection about his behavior from last 7 years towards Ishu mata after theirseparation give her insight that she have the affect on the dev and it could be of thatextend that he can ignore his mother. This onces agin show the her importance in dev's lifewhich I think she was searching after their first break up and marriaged life. Now they havestarted to understand each other and more open to each other and sona ones agin becomethe pillar to dev. And thanks to the Ishu's absence and Khatri. So have the this form ofrelation in between dev and sona Ishu's absence is the most important. Now Dev -soan andsoha become one team or family. Now coming to the golu may of us including me we fell bad for him but it is obvious atcertain point soha is going to have an upper hand over golu. soha is dev's daugther andgolu is not his son he is like a son. But I hope sona understands the golu's problem. Golu isexactly at the stage when Sona convienced dev to sit for pooja and Ishu was like the thingwhich I am not able to achive how sona has achive it. It was the start to the Ishu'sinsecurity but she fail to understand wife or gf is differnt and mother is different they bothare different relations and have different effects due to the early lose of Ishu's husband thethe emptyness which was ther in her life she fill it by making dev as her world . Same ishappening to golu the emptiness have due to his parents ignorance get filled by dev. Butone positive point is elena is now understanding this point and soon it will be understandby sona. Now coming to the dev due to the sona's support he is now able to see the big picture and want the his mother should get rid of her guilt of doing the theft and want she should say sorry to the family for their pain. But my point or question is rellay ishu is felling guilty about her act. They shown that she help may families for their girls marriage. But some how I feel she is not felling guilty about it because the Ishu I have understand she never accept her mistakes she convinced her self that what ever she has dome for dev and her family is always correct. She was just afraid about the dev's reaction and her god image. And another important aspect is what will be her reaction when she get to know about whatdev is felling about finding the family and tomorrow if he want to give the financial help tothem with the good intention how she is going to react. Because she is very insecure aboutthe dev's wealth and mami and vickki also their to increase her insecurity. This is the majordifference dev very early understood that money cannot give the peace of mind but ishunever understand that so if tomorrow some one ask dev to give the entire property to ishuand go out he will be ok and same with sona. But Ishu is not like that. Some how I am ableto see that dev may take the decision to leave the property and start the new life with sonaand soha with honestly and with the money which is earn with good means.
i do feel this may be dev's thought process but sonakshi's involvement will make the results differentOriginally posted by: grace4317
Sona...you are not alone...I also got a vibe like that...That's exactly how the guilt driven Dev would act. But, let's see if the makers are going to use this phase to show how Dev comes out of his guilt filled conscience not in his usual manner, but in a totally different way, starting the phase of letting him out of the emotional turbulences and insecurity he is facing from his childhood.

@blue : That is an interesting point timba. It is true that she never accepts those mistakes that she feels will make her fall in Dev's eyes. But she also taught him to share his wealth with less fortunate like giving kambal during Diwali, the children's ward in her name and also financial help for marriage of girls. Then these things also helped her to remain in that pedestal. I felt she was guilty for what she did and just didn't want to feel less infront of Dev. But now I am intrigued.@ red: This I felt she was more scared of the influence Sona has over Dev more than the money.
