Recall all the times when he has tried to resist, but finally come around in the end and wolfed down her offering, whether he wanted to or not. To refuse Ishwari's offering of food is to refuse her love. Today, Dev did just that.

And that sam broke my heart. It's not that he refused the food. It's the way he refused it. He was so dismissive of her.

How you doin' baby girl? Dev, you can't even forget your dialogues with your ex-wife and you claim to have moved on. Kya gum hai, kya chupa rahe ho? Thank you vicky and elena. Thank you for giving Dev a Golu. Golu as we said earlier is the sonakshi for dev. He likes having Golu in his room. Golu sees bigcha's pain. And Dev doesn't hold barriers with Golu. Just like Sona, Golu is into everything but not welcome anywhere. Bless him.

Like we said above, dev interaction with Ishwari was insensitive. This fake Obodhroness doesn't suit Dev at all.

Before going to Sonakshi, I want to mention a line about music. Love the way this hum rahe na hum keeps playing in the right intonations and also the 2 second "kuch rang" we heard when sona was putting soha to bed

Umm, sona, did you also lose your listening comprehension skills. Ah yes you did. 7 years ago you left it outside that jogeshwari farm house. Because if you had just given an iota of attention today, you would have heard your ex husband screaming his lungs out (when it actually looked like all he was doing was staring at you and blubbering), and saying "wifey, 7 yrs ago you made a hasty decision. And we are both paying the price for it." (Edit: not saying they aren't both at fault. Just stating what i think dev feels. Rightly or wrongly)

Sona, fire Gunni. She didn't even manage to keep soha in bed. And then just step back for a minute. Listen to your heart. You used to be able to read people's expressions. Today you acted like Bijoy's daughter.

GKB- you are so trashy. Get off of the devakshi jhula pls will you?
Vicky - what were you thinking when Dev picked Golu?

PS: this fathers name business on forms annoys me. Loved the conversation between sona and the head teacher.
PPS: one more thing. The jhula and Dev's room and then the picture wall were the last things we saw in Ishwari niwas. Makers do like to keep us hooked

Bijoy proved yesterday, without an iota of doubt that he loves to 'interfere' in his daughters life. 😃 The turning point happened when Sonakshi decided not to send Dev to jail, unlike her father. The script was changed. So all the posts and arguments and counter arguments regarding Dev being bailed out fell flat. 😃 I felt that was a good decision by Sonakshi. Finally, she is not wasting time on Dev and realised there are more important things in life! Or her soft corner for Dev continues and she decided not to take this matter any further. As mentioned by some writers here, I also felt for Ishwari. She is trying really hard to connect with Dev and food has always been her way of doing it. She failed again! Sad! So, the story moves to a school and Golu - Suhana is likely to give us some pleasant moments in this soap. Why Sonakshi chose Delhi is still a mystery - after 7 years. If Soha is 6 years old, she is already in pre-school in Kolkata! So why this transfer to Delhi? So Bijoy-Asha know about this decision! Or has Sonakshi finally decided to let the Dixits know about Soha. Interesting episodes ahead.

Waiting for that.

Todays Ishwari - Dev scene , took me back my memory lane . One of the earlier episode where Dev told Sona "Maa bhgwaan hote hei ,aur bhgwaan ke aage sir chukaana sikhaye nahin jaatha par sir apne aap chukta hei " What a mighty fall for Ishwari from being the Goddess to nobody in her son's life !!!!😔

I know everyone thinks Golu had a better understanding of Dev than his own mother . But why do I feel Ishwari knew exactly how he was feeling . And Dev knew exactly what he was doing and what it would do to her . Its funny some times I think they know each other better than anyone yet some times I feel they are not more than strangers. Somehow when they feel the other had done something wrong , they knew exactly what would make the other feel 'the pain '. Ishwari always tried to punish herself , for his wrong doings , from his childhood . Remember the flower vase incident? Even after finding out about Sona for the first time , or if it was about calling Asha mom, or when she learned about Sona's fake pregnancy she never directly questioned him instead she distanced herself from him . After the slap gate incident as well first thing she told him was , to live separately . Because she knew nothing would make him restless and hurt as that . Now Dev is doing the same , and he cant punish her better than this . Today he totally shut her off , even though she doesn't admit she knows impact of Sona in his life and knew it would have shook him to the core facing Sona . All these years he detached all the emotional bonds with her , today she was trying to break through the faade , hoping to see any sign of vulnerability , but he didn't even budge . And I clearly understood what she was saying the other day "I am trying to find my son in him somewhere . "

The saddest part is even when he is punishing her and himself he still cares and misses her somewhere , he tells Golu "Ishwari's stories were always about goodness ... Even after realizing that nobody in his family never cared about his happiness , he is still taking care of their needs . He is still gifting her maami expensive jewelry and l leave the business matters to Vicky even though he knows better ... May be his way of thanking them for taking care of his mother and his house .

Same goes for Sona too . One moment he was all ready to bounce upon her for interfering in his life and bring back the past he was running from , but the moment he saw her close and looked at her eyes he could not utter a word . His mom and Sona were the only ones he ever had real emotional connect and no matter how much he tries I really don't think he can cut them off completely. And Sona's line to Soha today "It was somebody who lost his way , but here there is no one who belongs to him" . There was a sadness in her eyes, seeing this new Dev's self-destructive ways " . Gosh How I wish these two could heal each other ...

PS: Vicky is upto something , I was like what evil plan is he making now 😡, but after RR's dialogue " Luckily you are more like me " , I was relieved , most probably he is gonna do something stupid !!!! 😆

Today I felt for Ishwari. It must be hurting so terribly because her fall was from the zenith, from her pedestal and it must have been brutal. As much as she hates and blames Sona for all the discord between her and her son she was still hoping for a miracle. Some emotions from her son. Dev is now an expert in hiding his emotions from his mother. She searches for her Dev who used to wear his heart on his sleeve. After she knew that, Dev have met Sonakshi she hoped the latter might trigger some emotions in him. She was waiting to be there for him if he needs comfort. But alas her son have put shutters all around his heart. It is still bleeding but he is determined to not show it to the two most important women in his life who hurt him.

Yesterday was a great comic respite though felt like strangling Bijoy. Let him continue. One day he will lose his daughter the way Ishwari has lost her son. I know several people are feeling sorry for Ishwari but I don't. Its not the first time that she failed to see the pain in her sons eyes. It has always been like that. For her Dev has always been like a beloved pet. Sit, stand up or wag your tail at my command. Only appreciate me.

During the first break up could she see the pain in her son's eyes. She happily ignored his feelings till he burst out on her. After the five crore fiasco did she make any effort for reconciliation. Even Radharani could observe that Dev was not eating properly and was very restless. So its not her sons pain that affects her. It is the fact that he has stopped wagging his tail for her. Her cute laborador who was ready to give his life for her has stopped letting her control his life.

Coming to Sonakshi she is very angry - for the past 7 years. I think she was secretly waiting for Dev to say sorry and come back but he didn't. Add to it Bijoy's poison and we have today's Sonakshi who has literally become a stone. I strongly feel that they would show that Dev had helped her in her business, so that Sona realises that Dev had not forgotten all these years.

Geena will Ishwari ever acknowledge the fact that many of her thoughts and actions have been brain washed by mami? The 5 crore fiasco was entirely and solely fabricated by mami, and the result is for all to see.

Either as an audience am not able to understand Ishwari and her behavior or there is something missing in the presentation of the story. I wish the makers give a better picture of Ishwaris mind. If even today she is blaming Sona for everything, then what was the point of the leap?
