Do layina and more later

I love you like a man loves a woman. I have lost you and I now need anger management counselling.

You are the only person who can ever hurt me. If I will ever get a chance to hurl insults at you, I will happily use another woman as a medium

Well done Dr Bose and Mr Dixit. Shruti understands you both better than you do.

Fail to understand purpose of the leap. 7yrs is a long time for feelings to get little mellowed down. Maybe anger, disappointment wud still remain as it is after 7yrs but impulsive reactions and easily riled up emotions after 7yrs is a stretch. It wud hv looked subtle had they both grown little matured and able to control their anger infront of each other atleast for few more days.

But both are stuck exactly at the same spot where they were 7yrs back...Sona said the exact same things n Dev got angry in the exact same way. Atleast Dev had no focus in life so continues with his old traits but Sona seemed happy in new life with Soha, her family n successful business. Shouldn't she be more indifferent to Dev's antics n just ignore Dev.

P.S.When Sona finaly opened the door, Dev's expressions were exactly like pre-Confession days when he used to get scared of her reaction - jodi.com, Kushal Roy, new mobile

@Malika: Welcome to the forum! It's so great to see you here, particularly because this show, post-leap is giving me some strong PNMBD feels and I didn't know anyone else who would get that reference. 😛

I really liked your point in the last thread about the role reversal between Sona and Ishwari. It's true that Sona is offering Soha the option of meeting her dad, but then Ishwari always told Dev she was okay with his marrying Sona, and genuinely tried to be. It was only through her actions that she expressed otherwise. I do see the similarity in Sona now, and since I never really hated Ishwari, I am not uncomfortable with that. It seems natural, given that both of them are single mothers, facing threats to that singular bond that they have with their child, their primary form of validation.

At this point, I do see Sona's behaviour mirroring Ishwari's. It remains to be seen if she goes down Ishwari's path of letting her insecurities consume her, or she manages to overcome them for her child's ultimate happiness.

OMG, its totally giving me strong PNMBD feels. I find Dev and Abeer to be opposites in a lot of ways. Abeer mostly cared about his own happiness even when it came at the expense of the happiness of his loved ones. Whereas Dev tried so hard to please everyone but the result of that was in the end no one was happy. Its pretty interesting how they both ended up in the same position.

Although, in PNMBD I felt Meher's decision to not tell Abeer about the child more compelling. Abeer walked out the door the moment he heard she was pregnant. As many difficulties as Sona and Dev have had, I am not sure there is a good reason why Sona would feel entitled to not tell Dev for 7 years? Dev may be a spineless frog but she knows he loved the idea of a child. For all her frustrations with Dev hiding things, this is a huge secret without the hidden intention of being for Dev or Soha's benefit. For me that does parallel Ishwari and Sona a fair bit. But I also don't hate Ishwari so I don't feel like its a negative thing either. But definitely Sona is going to be the one to break the cycle.

Watching today's episode they are making a point of showing how much Dev enhances Golu's life. That is something Soha is missing in her life. As great as a mother's love is, a father's love is no less. I am curious though what is it going to take for Ishwari to realize her mistakes.

Its true Dev and Sonakshi both are stuck at that point seven years ago where the bitter harsh words were used on each other so one can understand that they have all these bottled up emotions as both of them seems like they never spoke about it to anyone
we know that Dev is not someone that would go to anyone and speak out his emotions but Sona had her family but then circumstances were such that even today Bijoy does not want to hear Dev's name in his house so it would have been the same for Sona thus the bottled up emotions now when she sees Dev his dressing style has changed he has a GF these factors surprise and anger Sonakshi , she never expected him to move on in life
sonakshi on the other hand has grown financially and this gives her a bigger ego
she taking all her frustrations out telling Shruti what she has to say was simply wrong its involving a stranger into Dev's past life

the highlight for me today was Dev telling Shruti about her beauty yet I could the feeling he was not talking about her
it angers him to think that someone can talk about love when Sona didn't believe in his love then it would mean it does not exist
Dev seeing Sona at her door when she opens and the manner he gapes at her , I just feel he is filled with so much love and pain at the same time he wants to ward off Sonakshi from his thoughts

Hiya ladies 😊

Thank you for this thread DQ ! Am bit busy today and this thread is a savior 😆

After watching today's episode, one thing was pretty clear...both Sona and Dev are 100% made for each other Both are fighting like kids "You poked my right eye, let me poke your left in tat for tat"😆. Looks like both had their head in place till they saw each other and minding their own business but now both are acting like cracked emotional fools. This tashan will be continuing till they blow out all their hidden steam on each other faces and with the way Dev was going to kick that door am sensing they might even get physical and with Sona's renewed pride am sure she won't back down in punches either 🤣 We are all in for a treat for sure😆

Titbits:

* Suhana pointing Sona's wrongs 👏 (Really smart for her age I must say)
* Dev telling "Ishu's story always show only good things" while talking to Golu !! ( Is he pissed on her for keeping him in the dark by showing only pleasant scenarios when infact all she vested in him is only darkness?!!)
* Shruti was hilarious 😆 Kudos to the actress.
* Sona visually pleased to see Shruthi outside the door and stopping her from bad mouthing Dev proved only one thing ... I know all you smart cookies here figured it out already😉

Concern:

Sona's deep attachment to Suhana - another Ishwari in making? Makers better not use this way to redeem ishwari and justify her actions😡.

Overall a very entertaining episode with more tashan on the way. Have a great night /day as per your timezones 🤗

I think the time of 7 years is specifically so that Soha can be old enough to have some meaningful interactions with Sona and Dev.

As for them being so easily riled up after 7 years makes sense since neither have really come to grips with their own emotions. They've both been stewing in anger and for the first time they actually have an outlet. It would be especially hard for Sona after Dev went out of his way to hurt her. I think she tried to play the indifferent card but ultimately couldn't. For her to be truly indifferent she likely would've had to accept Dev for who he is and forgiven him. If she really accepted he is a spineless and weak person then she wouldn't be angry because he couldn't have given her more. If she was over him she would've felt sorry for him. But the fact that she is angry shows that she still believes he was capable of more.

I''m seeing a bit of Ishwari in Sonakshi... I'' m hoping Dev will play an imp role in hiscDaughter's life.. this gives a balance to the child, and it will help Sonakshi too as she's heading the Ishwari way..(I hope not)

They both are like kids now... fighting and angry! Their tashan is full on.. Dev's expression when Sonakshi opened the door was priceless

Such an entertaining episode 👏

Today's episode was interesting. Sona is as affected by Dev & vice versa. The little devil in her that wanted to rant & rail against Dev today did the job using a surrogate.
Wow shruti has good memory. She just vomited all the epithets without any halt. Found her funny & of course my laal by mamiji though that scene seemed so random.

Sona is taking a few pages from ishwaris book. Getting her bhadaas out using shruti. Nice. Waiting to see her confrontation with the master of manipulation.

@ bold red. Both Dev and Sonakshi loved each other very much. So when they said those hurtful words to each other, both of them were left with lot of pain, anger and unresolved issues.

I would like to give a personal example here. In some of from previous post I have mentioned that I lost my twins. When I lost the second of the twin, I did not want to say good bye to her. At that time the nurse who used to take care of her, told me that I had to let go of my pain. She sat with me and helped me to move on. That day she showed me how important it was to say goodbye sometimes. She told me that if I did not let her go that day, I would regret it my whole life, that I would never be able to move on.

The kind of love Dev and Sonakshi shared is the kind of one which is not letting them move on. Both Dev and Sonakshi are still at the same place they were there on that fateful day in that farmhouse. They have bottled up everything they have felt for one another, be it good or bad. When they were in different cities and did not see each other face to face it was different. But now that they did see each other face to face, they are not able to control themselves anymore.

With the state they are in they are not able to see the mistake of their own, but are only focused on the mistake of the other. Sonakshi had no reason to rile up Shruthi today, but she did. She just acted impulsively and took the opportunity that was presented to her.

Dev also did not think any further than breaking her door. He had no idea what he would tell Sonakshi. The moment he saw Sonakshi all his bravado became nothing and it is pretty much the same with Sonakshi. She is also very much affected by Dev as he is of her. their last look at each other proves that...

The best thing would be for them to be locked up in that farmhouse with no way out. 😆 😆. Maybe then they will talk to each other and get through this...😉

First of all, I got answers to two of my questions last night.

1) What provoked Dev to bang on Sonakshi's door? The answer was crystal clear. He was provoked, again by Sonakshi!! 😭

2) Was Soha asleep when the incident took place? Fortunately yes.

Yesterday's episode proved that Sonakshi has earned a gene from Bijoy - a gene of interference and she paid for it. With her dignity. 👏 Sonakshi had no business giving advice to Shruti. It's time she learnt to mind her own business and stay away from Dev.

People who travel across the globe for work /personal reasons and stay in hotels don't meddle in what happens in other rooms. 😃 I was stupefied and then laughed. At her childish behaviour. I wonder what Bijoy would comment when he hears his daughters escapades at night! Would he applaud and say,"Go Sona go. Main tumhare saath hoon! Shabaash!"

Sonakshi put Soha to sleep. She could have either slept or continued working. Ok. She was getting disturbed so, came out of her room and gave a piece of mind to Shruti. Well done. Shruti knows who is Sonakshi. So pours out her grief. Who is Sonakshi to be judgemental about what happened between Dev-Shruti? Did she hear their conversation? Why did she interfere? She could have just excused herself and gone inside her room. What if Shruti was a violent type and turned her ire on Sonakshi and beat her? Who is to blame? It was so hilarious!! Like,"aa baail Mujhe maar!"

It was a complete show of immaturity on the part of Sonakshi and this seems to be happening too often now. Dev is leading his own life. The moment he heard 'aubedro' and 'mama's boy', he knew whose words were in Shruti's mouth. 😃

Sonakshi is still living in her past - after 7 years. That's pathetic. She is still not over Dev. That is laughworthy. She wants to prove a point - after 7 years- and is a coward and she is unable to tell Dev directly, so instead makes Shruti a scapegoat. 🤣 Dev was provoked and reacted. He was smiling having a drink and talking to Golu. Why interrupt his peaceful space. Yes, what he did with Shruti was wrong. But that is for Shruti to handle. If she couldn't , Sonakshi could have just advised her to call the hotel authorities!!! Why spell out all your 7 year frustrations and make a fool of yourself???

Both Dev-Sonakshi are still very much into each other and are living a facade for all these years.

Analysing Dev's behaviour : Dev has gone deep into this repulsive behaviour. Throwing a woman out of his room after she confessed her love for you, is just not done. I was surprised when he did that. And why? Because Dev only wants flings and detests the word 'love'. Strange! But there are scores of women out there who would still want to date him. That's the power of money and good looks!!! Where is the Dev who was a good example of a wonderful brother and son? Where is the Dev who respected women? Has 7 years of separation created this new personality which is not inspiring at all. It's Dev's life and he can choose to live it the way he wants to. But he has to come back and learn to respect women. Who will teach him that?

Soha? I would love to see that happen. I hope the Creatives don't disappont me there.
