And about the "advice to KJo for the next movie" - she didn't say anything wrong - we all want to see SRK-Kajol together again: its been far too long. And she did say that if she woke up as KJo, she'd call up Rani and sign her - so its not exactly like she was beig sacrificial - she as much as us wants SRK-Kajol together, but also doesn't want to lose out on work unnecessarily.

It's strange how when Kajol says that she hates 99 out of a 100 people she meets, everyone applauds her for being brutally honest, yet they pick at every word Rani says simply because she chooses them carefully...when, on the last show, she said Preity talked too much, people picked that apart too - no wonder she wants to keep quiet this time around.

👏 Exactly my sentiments!!! The way rani conducted herself inspite of the rivalry between the family was commendable!!!! Plus Tanuja and her daughters havent left a single stone upturned in disgracing Rani's family!!

Rani was extremely sweet!!!!! Atleast she doesnt hurt ppl by being extremely blunt!! I wonder how Karan and SRK stand Kajol!!!

and hats off to SRK for balancing between the two and not letting Kajol's tactics of taking over the whole show from Rani work!!!

Rani was always the second choice for almost every movie she had done! Do you know who was the first choice? Exactly --> KAJOL! ;) So, why should Kajol lie and say "I wish I had done this and this role of Rani" when she doesn't regret her decisions from the past, i e. that she refused to do the movies which were offered to her before Rani?! 😉

Moreover, Rani was such a coward to say the same about Kajol's movies! I bet she would have done almost EVERY role of Kajol (to mention only 3 of them: DDLJ, KKHH and K3G)!

Hey Gal, Rani was 2nd choice only till she had not established herself!!!! As SRK once said, Ppl do not recognize talent easily...It took a movie like BLACK to make Rani top the list, which is very sad!!! But NOW, RANI is never the 2nd choice.....every fresher has his hard days, Rani too had it when Kajol was on top and hence the 2nd choice!!!!! But Rani has come a long way and there are 1001 actress who woudl give anything to do a movie like BLACK!!!!

Plus Kajol has not done any single movie where u could say that it was exceptional performance...no doubt she is a good actress but all her movies have the same kinda character and same kinda theme.....But Rani has tried variety...she has tried roles Of type Kajol has done in her career....So, she need not die for any role that Kajol has done!!!! Rani has tried all types already!!!!! and u r forgetting, Rani admired Kajol's motherhood...but Kajol, Can she ever admire anyone!!!

and about rani being the 2nd choice after kajol. well it's true rani has emerged a lot as an actress. she is on top right now. and she is very good. no doubt about that. but i could still name a lot of producers and directors who would love to sign kajol before rani for any role!

I have heard the Bad mouthing bit 1001 times but currently dnt have any article or site URL to give u a proof...when I come across, I woudl defn give you one!!!! I just remember it in my memory!!! Read some articles in the paper (time when I never used NET).....

I have no doubts that Kajol is still many directors and producers 1st choice but I never said that she has become the 2nd choice...I just said that rani is not anymore the 2nd choice...she has emerged as an independent identity now...unlike pre-KKHH days were everyone looked upto Kajol ONLY!!! Now, They look upon RANI ALSO!!!!!! I am not saying anything against Kajol at the onscreen level!!!!!!!!
