^I agree - I love both actresses, for different things and in different ways and I have no problem with either of them. I can only "jduge" them (if that is the right word) from what I see, and in films, they all have chars to play and lines to recite; so it is moments like KWK when you see the real person. But I cannot judge someone on the basis of a TV show which is also constructed and scripted and recited and EDITED. This is why I cannot make a claim on whether one or the other is rude, but also I cannot see how other ppl can judge Rani or Kajol by that same basis.

No. But the media has really made things ugly. When we were shooting for Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Rani and Kajol got along famously. Often Kajol used to make coffee for all of us, she'd even braid Rani's hair. Everything was hunky dory. Then one magazine carried an article, saying that Kajol was threatened by Rani. This is ludicrous. How can one even compare the two of them? Kajol is miles ahead. Rani is just a newcomer. Some media people also tried to create a rift between Rani and Sharbani. They said that Sharbani doesn't like Rani because she's more successful. Thanks to these stupid articles, putting one against the other, the three cousins Rani, Sharbani and Kajol barely talk to one another. I know Rani doesn't wish to be a part of all this. Even as a child she was very aloof. She hates family politics. I may voice an opinion about the Mukerji's but Rani will never open her mouth.

One single show doesn't show you anything about a star! I actually still cannot understand why people are upset because of Kajol... She was as always and did not say anything wrong in the episode! 😳 Many people even started loving her after they saw KWK! They changed their opinion towards her completely! LOL

This article is purely written out of hate for kajol and nuthing else!! Actually on second thought it should not even be called an article since there is no evidence to prove anything that the journalist claims! He just jumped to conclusions based on loose strings and fabricated the rest of it to meet his agenda! This is not called journalism! Shame on him! Seriously some people will do anything to sell a controversy! As for Kajol and Rani I don't think they share a great friendship but they don't seem to be at each other's throats either. I have second cousins that I am not close to but I don't hate them. And as for her friendship with Sharukh I don't think she was trying to exclude Rani.She was just being herself. That's what I like about her, nothing politically correct, she says truth to everyone. I did notice that Rani was a bit cold and distant throughout the show but that might be for other reasons that we don't know about. So, journalist guy next time you decide to write crap about other provide with good evidence 😡

I have been a fan of Kajol since 2004 (I did not know anything about BW before that) and I am following her life intensely since then! I read many interviews of her and I cannot remember in any of these that she said something bad about Rani or Rani's family! She actually NEVER mentioned Rani's name there since it was not necessary! 😆 Believe me, the media is writing much crap about stars! Do not believe everything you are reading… They do this nonsense to keep their companies alive!

Rani is not very popular among Kajol-fans either! I never had anything against her! Actually I am not interested in her but I would never write anything bad about her either! I mean, she has her fans, she is a good actress and she has never done anything bad to me! LOL Why should I hate her? Good one!!! Well, I have always admired Kajol's acting...Sher is too good and I dont have an iota of doubt there!!!!

and yes my basis for saying that Kajol and her family bad mouths rani and her family is purely on articles that I have read!!! u r right that one cannot base his opinion completely on articles because media is capable of creating rumours too....but then I have always noticed that media is not always 100% wrong...and I dont always believe when stars say that there is nothng wrong with them and so and so person!!!!They just dnt want to get their strained relationship in front of the media, which is what they r liable to and there is nothing wrong with that!! eg: Priyanka chopra denying that she has strained relationship with Kareena but when Karan points out that Kareena has accepted that they have falled apart, Pri had no choice but to accept!!!!! So, the official account that u have given saying that there is nothing wrng between Rani-Kajol might not be that true!!!

With regards to KWK, the whole attitude that Kajol adopted only gave ME an impression that Kajol was trying to show that she is superior of all and Karan and SRK are all for her and give her more "bhao" then to Rani....All thanks to SRK that he made to balance things between the 2 gals!!!

and yes, after seeing the show, I cannot deny that Rani and Kajol's relationship is not strained...Rani chose to be subdued and not commit anything...She was pretty normal with SRK and Karan but else, she was quite reserved and managed things sophisticatedly!!!! This only shows that things are not good between the two!!

Kajol and Rani are not friends, that is quite obvious but I don't think they are enemies either! I mean, they are not meeting for shopping or whatever but they are not hating each other either! So, what if they are cousins? Do they have to meet every day? They seem to have different personalities. Therefore, there is nothing wrong if they stay away from each other!

I watched the show AGAIN yesterday (for the 6th time now)! 😆 I swear by God, I don't think Kajol interrupted anybody one single time!!! She talked when she was asked something! Sure, she said also some things when the others were asked but it was not rude or something! I dnt think there is anythign wrong in interrupting someone!! I didnt find SRK rude at all, even If he was interrupting...When u tend to have a conversation, butting in does happen and is perfectly normal...Kajol butting in or not, was not an issue...Its the vibes!!! Its the tone!!!

Anyways, I would probably post 1001 times that I felt she was egoistic and the same no of times u would say that she was not ....after all, beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder!!!! 😉 and I respect ur views about Kajol!!!!

True, I have no proof for Rani's statement about Kajol's wedding... But you brought up that thing and you were so sure that her family was not invited! Then you/we should not talk about things which were written/invented by the media because we WILL NEVER know the truth except if we hear the stars telling us about it themselves! 😉

bt rani ws reeli quiet in the sho.. n even wen asked anything frm karan.. she wudnt say much... so i dnt think she ws v comfortable with kajol..

I would not ay Kajol got lucky breaks and hence she isnt a good actress... she is definitely a very good actress...and comes off really well on screen...

And so is Rani an excellent actress as we have seen in all her movies...

however i do agree with one part of this post tht Kajol was a bit more loud,smug and in your face kinds...and I think that was partly reason for Rani being quiet coz Kajol is like a time bomb ready to go off any sec...who may say or do anything....

I did find Kajol a bit callous on the show... I mean she could have been a bit more humble...

but thts my personal opinion abt her behaviour on this particular episode...
