neev and prachi hold a press conference to announce milsi's innocence. they mention that they have an eyewitness who will testify that milsi did not murder ayesha. prachi tells the reporters the location of where they will meet the eye witness and requests them to keep the information to themselves. mallika is at the police station and sees the conference on the news and gets scared. she phones prachi to ask about the witness, prachi is about to tell mallika the real truth but neev grabs the phone off her and tells mallika that they have indeed got an eyewitness, who will meet them at a go down near the farmhouse at 8. Prachi asks him why he lied to mallika and he says that the murderer may have tapped their phones so it was essential for him to repeat the lie to mallika. prachi says they should tell milsi the truth.
prachi meets milsi in jail and tells him of the plan. milsi is against it because he doesnt want neev and prachi to endanger their lives because of him. prachi is adamant that she will go through with the plan and she runs off crying. milsi is restless in jail.
mallika is sitting down and thinking back to the press conference and wonders where the eye witness has popped up from. she hears some laughter and looks up and sees ayesha's ghost laughing. mallika wonders what ayesha is doing here as she herself murdered her. ayesha asks if she is scared and mallika tells her to shut up. ayesha starts to scare her, mallika throws a vase at the mirror to get rid of ayesha but ayesha still haunts her...mallika gets hysterical and the ghost vanishes. mallika thinks that she has to kill the eye witness.
neev and prachi reach the place at 7.30 rather than 8 and neev tells prachi that they need someone to be a gardener. prachi figures out that neev wants to pretend to be the gardener and she is against that idea because he can get hurt...he tells her that it is not the right time to think of what is right and what is wrong. prachi offers to be the gardener and neev is against it, but prachi gives him her kasam and says that this is her farz towards milsi. mallika phones neev and asks him if he has met the witness, neev says that they have still not reached the place, mallika is happy and thinks that now she has a chance to get there early and kill the gardener.
mallika reaches the meeting point and puts on a black coat and mask, neev figures out the someone has come and he goes to check it out. neev sees mallikas car empty and wonders where the killer is, he wonders if the killer has gone inside and he runs inside....inside prachi has a hat and a shawl on and mallika is walking towards her with a knife. she trips and prachi is aware of her presence. mallika walks towards prachi and stabs her
