Part 18

Sim was all over the place getting things organized with Aanya for their little dolled up girl…..thank God Jai wasn't around whrever she was and she felt better not having to face him……

Jaanvi at 1pm on Sunday sat infront of the mirror looking at herself…she was wearing a simple pink sari with matching jewellery…her hair loose at the back and slightly curled at the bottom... a jeeti jaagti Bani in looks……

jaanvi didn't feel any excitement or those feelings that girls usually feel on this day…ever since bhaia had said that yesterday she wanted to call Raj and tell him…but what could she tell him…nothing….its not like he wanted to marry her….

Masi: coming in hurriedly …and stared at jaanvi: bilkul apne maa ki tarah lagrahi ho bitya…khoobsurat…..aur zara si meri munna ki bhi jhalak hai…..wiping a tear away….

Jaanvi remember her parents also got emotional

Ana: dadi aap dhulan ko rulayege kya…..dheko nah kitna emotional hogai hai….putting finising touch up to Jaanvi….

Raj's dadi took aarti of Raj before they got in the car….eversince yesterday morng he had this urge to call Simran up and meet her but he didn't know what he wanted to say….so he would pick up his cell…go to Walia House under contacts and stop….sitting in the back seat with his mum and Akash….he looked lost and solemn and didn't have a clear idea that they were soon at the Walia House…..

Getting out of the car….Raj numbly followed Akash looking down..nto realy registering that he was at The Walia residence…..as if he didn't have no interest in life today….nothing appealed to him…he didn't even ask dad the girls name …anything about her…maybe this was what fate had in for him…..as the door opened …Jai stood there …a huge grin on his face…..Masi welcomed them all …coming up to Raj

Masi: kaise ho beta??

Raj looked up to get the shock of his life…dressed in a cream coloured suit he looked at jai standing tall matching his cream suit with a brown himself….

Jai: so buddy looks like we going to be family …….coming to Raj and hugging him

Raj looked at Akash who was beaming with a smile and winked at him…..Raj couldn't suppress his happiness…he isn't dreaming this but are they here to see what his heart yearns…..first time in hours that day he gave a huge smile

Raj: not bad yaar…feeling extremely good now that I know where I am…..hugging Jai back….not bad at all!!!

Everyone was seated

Mrs K: areh hum apne honewale bahu ko toh dheke …kaha chupa ke rhaka hai???

Jai: masi aap baitho meh lekar atah hu

Jai headed upstairs running with happiness…his baby was getting married soon…going into the room he just looked at his sister….a version of him mum…sweet gentle innocent and soft…..beautiful in the pink sari….going to her

Jai; dulah ageya…chale???

Sim: ignoring Jai as she fell that he slightly looked at her but notiching its his sisters day didn't say anything

Janvi hugged her brother and started crying….

Jai: its okay honey….lets go…wiping her tears…aanya …..hesitating..Simran chale??

Jai on one side followed by Simran on the other and Aanya at the back making sure that jaanvi didn't faint or anything…..set together to take JAanvi down

masi notiching Jai and Simran on Jaanvi's side...her heart beaming with happiness at the thought

As jaanvi came upto the stairs……eveyrones eyes went to her……Jai held her shoulder at the sametime so did Simran …in return both holding each others hands at the back…..neither looking but feeling the tension…but it was Jaanvi's day so nobody said nothing…

Raj Dadi: kitni soni kuri hai…dek beta to Mrs K

Mrs K; ha maa…aisi hi bus yahi hame chahiye

Aakash: toh bro what u think of hamari Bhabi???

Raj turned to look up at Jaanvi…..his eyes not leaving her sight at all…..clad in a sweet pink sari…simple with little bit of makeup…looking like an angel….she glided down the stairs with support from her brother and friends……looking down shy….every step she took it was as if she was taking a step into his heart….slowly ….creeping into his life…..his heart…there and than Rajvir Khanna knew that he was truly madly deeply in love with this girl…..

Jaanvi didn't dare to look up..her heart was pounding…every step of the way she felt like running away but there was something …as if a pull that was taking her to where she didn't want to…..

If Jai Simran and Aanya had not been holding her she surely would have fainted…..but somehow they managed to get to the bottom of the stairs to the living room where everyone was…..sitting close to masi…..Jaanvi just stared at two pairs of shoes…..

Masi: ghabra rahi hai…achanak hua nah isiliye….

Raj couldn't remove his gaze from Jaanvi…she looked so beaufiful…ti was as if he had seen a goddess….Aakash hitting him on the side…bro stop it warna aur bhi dar jayegi Bhabi…making everyone laugh…..

Jaan knew that voice……who could it be….

Masi: Jaanvi beta chaye do???
Jaaniv with shaking hands made the chaye…..and than asked: shaker kitni???

Raj: 2 …sirf do

Sim: her hands froze…her mind froze..suddenly her whole being froze…she just didn't not hear it…..looking up meeting two pair of amused eyes……smiling at her….

RAj: do chamach….thanks

Sim couldtn stop starring…RAj could see she didn't know who was coming to see her….he saw the surprise in her face and than shock followed by fear……worried by her expression….but still smilng at her…..

Raj: chaye...as he saw 4 spoons of suger already in it....

Masi: areh Jaanvi beta…chaye do.????

Jaanu: getting red…jee dadi..giving him tea..which was more like tea in sugar....poor Raj drinking the sweet liquid which at that moment tasted the best

Raj's dadi smiled…zara yaha toh ana beta……
Jaanu looking at Masi….masi indicating jao??

Raj Dadi: badi hi pyari hai…hamare ghar ki beti banogi??? Bhouth hi pyar se rhakege???

JAani not knowing what to say when everyone were exciting and speaking really happy….

Jai: so buddy meri bhen pasand hai…???
Mr K : ha beta…ur decision….looking at Raj...well knowing it was a yes
Kash: areh pops im sure bhaia ke maan meh laddu foot rehe hai…(winking at Aanya)….zor zor se…making everyone laugh …

Raj smiled and looked a Jaanvi who was looking dwn and not meeting eyes……thinking to himself….would It be fair on her….hell I love her…im going to marry her…

Raj: yes Jai…I would love to marry your sister infact I don't think I can find a better life partner…beaming with a smile

Mr K: aur Jaanvi beta tumhe mera yeh nalayak beta pasand hai???

Everybody's eyes on Jaanvi…Jaanvi looked at her parents picture on the wall and than her brothers face…that was beaming with happiness…..she couldtn take that away from…tham..aur phir she thought agar kismet bar bar mujhe Raj se milati hai toh kuch toh hoga

Sim: smiling and looking down: jee very faintly she said…

Jai: aah..getting up…welcome Raj to the family giving him a huge hug…..

Masi: areh koi mu mitha kara ……tony????

Mrs K..; got her kangan out and put it on Jaanvi hands…aab hui yeh hamari….kissing her forehead and Jaanvi taking blessings from her….and than his dad and dadi…

Masi: acha beta yaha ah…..making Raj and Jaanvi sit in the same place….Jaanvi beta yeh lo…giving a nice mens ring with 3 simple diamond studs curving on the sides on the face of the ring …..Raj ko penha….

Jaanvi with shaking hands without looking at Raj put the ring on…..

Mr K: Raj beta abb tum penha….Raj taking the ring from Aakash…placed the huge rock on her fingers…taking her hands in his….…simple yet elegant piece of huge rock….and leaning forward kissed her cheeks…making Jaanvi look up and blood rushing to her face….he just didn't do that…..Raj full smiling well knowing the impact he had on her….

Everyone clapping……and masi and raj's dadi crying….

Masi: hum kaal hi pundit se milkar ek shub ghadi nikal te hai…

Everyone was beaming with happiness.

Raj Dadi: aareh Jaanvi beta humne toh suna hai tum bhouth hi baathe karti ho….aaj chup kiu ho…kuch toh kaho beta…

Jaanvi: jee..woh meh….avoiding Raj's gaze….meh chati hu ki bhaia ki shadi ho jaye taab hamari…..

Raj Dadi: aareh wah….yeh toh badi hai achi baath hai….Jai looking at Jaanvi not believing what she said and Simran looking at Jai thinking …tum shadi?? She couldtn believe it…

Jai laughing trying to take the attention away from him

Raj: getting up…hugging Jai…good job yaar….yeh hui na baath….dadi toh teh hai….Jai sera phene ga taab meh…

Masi beaming with a smile: ha beta ek hi mahine meh hamare ghar meh do shadi hogi…bhouth jald hum aaplog ko nimantran dene ayege!

Simran ws loosing color wanting to faint…..so a ladki was already there…thinking to herself…why oh why did u not think of me…I love you and u are marrying someone else…..she felt like crying

Ana : whispering to Simran..tumhe kya hua…aisa lagta hai ghost dhekliya…cheer up girl…..ana figured why she was loosing color….coz Jai bhaia bhi unhe hi dhek rahe hai…mujhe hi kuch karna padega

Raj: Dadi – to masi…meh kya sham ko Jaanvi ko bahar lejasakta hu

Masi: areh beta ismeh puch neh ki kya baath hai…thumari honewali patni hai….jaha chahe lejao…kiu Jaishiv???

Jai: ha dadi kiu nahi….but waqt par ghar kiu ki phere meh waqt hai….makign kash and ana giggle….

jaanvi loosing color…: magar bhaia meh…

Jai: its okay jaanu u can go….afterall his ur fianc now….lookign at Sim

The guests left…happy smiles on their faces…..

Sim: dadi meh bhi chalti hu…papa ghar par intezar kar rahe hai aur mere nana bhi ayehue hai Delhi se

Masi: acha beta..kissing her forehead and Sim taking blessings avoiding Jai's gaze left…

Jai also retired to rest and Masi Anaya and Jaanvi were left…

Anaya: maana pade ka masi aap toh chupe rustam nikli….Rajvir khanna and Jaanvi…aur kuch kaha bhi nahi….
Masi smiling…

Ana: dadi mujhe lagta hai Simran aur jai bhaia meh kuch hai
Jaanvi looking up…..eager to hear this: what common aisa kaise..
Ana: kiu ki jaab tumne uske shadi ki baath ki toh dono ek dusre ko dek rahe the….aur jab masi neh kaha ke bhoth hi jald invitation degi toh Simran toh bilkul white…she turned the color as if she saw a ghost…mujhe lagta hai Jai bhaia aur woh ek dusre ko pasand karte hai

Jaan: masi yeh toh kitni achi baath hai…Simran hamari Jai bhaia ki patni..yani ki Simran Bhabi…mujhe toh abhi hi se acha lagta hai…baath ko age baraye na!!

Masi: smiling …areh tum dono toh meri saabse badi pareshani door kardi….Simran se achi larki kaha milti…meh kaal hi uske pita aur maa se baath karne jati hu

FINALLY 😆 😆 😆 ..phew!!!!....thank soooo much...this ristha was....sooo wht we needed.....plz plz update sooon...cos raj is gonna take her out....hell man i am blushing like an idiot 😳 ...just at the thought of it....oh and jai...yaar he is sooo sweet...i hope him and sim patch up things 😃 thanx for updating...keep it up 👏
