Chapter 23 A
Next day Manik called his PA and told him that he won't be able to make it up at the office atleast for two weeks so he has to handle everything. Manik wanted to be Nandini because he knew without his care and love Nandini won't be able to get better. The next whole day Manik kept stuffing Nandini's mouth with healthy food.
"Nandini..!! I said come out..!! You have to finish this soup..!!"Manik shouted angrily searching for her. Actually Manik was feeding Nandini the soup but Nandini was in no mood to eat more she was already very full. So she run from Manik and now she was hiding under the table and Manik was asking her to come out.
"This girl..!! Pagal kar day ge ya mjhy..!! Nandini..!! I am warning you for the last time come out or else you will regret..!!" Manik again shouted and started searching for her. Nandini was sitting under the table and giggling she was sure that Manik won't be able to find her under the table.
Manik was passing from the table when he heard Nandini's giggles. He immediately realized that Nandini is under the table. He smirked and again shouted sadly. "So..!! You are not coming out? Hmmm..!! Ok fine..!!" Saying that Manik walked away from the table and Nandini again smiled. She slowly lifted the table cover cloth to see where Manik was but he was nowhere she sighed.
"Mjy dhoond rahi ho..!!" Manik's husky voice made her jump on her place he was just behind her. She turned making a bad face and Manik smiled. Now both were under the table.
"So..!! You think that you will hide and I can't find you haan?" Manik said naughtily and Nandini made a pout. Manik still had the soup bowl in his hand.
"Manik I don't want to eat this soup please...!!" Nandini pleaded but Manik was so stubborn he shook his head in a no.
"Open your mouth Nandini Manik Malhotra..!! Or else I have many other ways to feed you..!!" Manik ended up with a smirk.
"For example?" Nandini frowned crossing her hands on her chest and Manik again smirked.
"For example?"Manik repeated huskily placing the soup bowl on the floor and moved his head closer to her.Nandini closed her eyes and held his shoulders for support. Manik planted a wet kiss on her neck and then blowed her there sending shivers down her spine. Then he leaned closer to her lips and Nandini prepared herself for the kiss. Manik smiled and started tickling her suddenly. Nandini's eyes popped out in surprise and she started laughing.
"Manik..!! Please bus na..!! Oh my God..!!" Nandini said laughingly. But Manik didn't stopped.
"Ok I'll stop but on one condition..!!" Manik said still tickling her.
"What?" Nandini said trying to stop Manik.
"You have to eat this soup..!!" Manik said.
"Ok..!!" Nandini said breathlessly and Manik stopped.
"That's like my good girl..!!" Manik said pulling her close to him. "Come out..!!" Saying that Manik dragged her out of the table.He picked her up and made her sit on the table and himself stood infront of her. Nandini was too much angry now. Manik extended the spoon towards her mouth but Nandini turned her face and Manik frowned.
"Sometimes you really test my patience Nandini..!!" Manik said angrily.
"And you always cheat..!!" Nandini made a cute pout and Manik slowly pecked her pout.
"Acha..!! For me please eat this na?" Manik tried to emotional blackmail her. And
the plan worked Nandini's face expression softened.
"Ok but just for you..!!" Nandini said pointing her finger.
"Yup..!! Ok..!!" Manik nodded and feed her she encircled her arms around his neck . During the whole feeding session she was continuously blabbering her childhood incidents and Manik was listening to her carefully, nodding on her cute talks, wiping her face with napkin. Soon the soup was finished and Nandini sighed in relief.
"Bus itne si baat the and how much you troubled me..!!" Manik said touched her nose and she laughed.
"You know why troubled you?" Nandini said lovingly.
"Why?" Manik asked pulling her cheeks.
"Because I love you..!!" Nandini exclaimed and Manik laughed out loud Nandini too joined him. Then Manik picked her up in his arms and walked to their bedroom. Manik made her sit on the bed and left to get some fruits for Nandini.
"Manik..!!" Nandini asked Manik who was now placing the fruit basket on the
table.
"Hmmm..!!" Manik said sitting on the bed.
"Hum Disneyland kab jayen gay?" Nandini asked wrapping her arms around his neck from behind.
"Han Disneyland..!! I am planning for it..!!" Manik said pulling her from his back and made her sit on his lap.
"Really? When will we go?" Nandini asked excitedly.
"Soon..!! Disneyland trip require a lots of preparations na..!!" Manik casually.
"Manik I'll shake hand with Mickey Mouse..!! You know he is my favorite cartoon..!"Nandini was too much excited.
"Ok baba..!! Kar laina handshake Mickey mouse say..!!" Manik said patting her forehead.
"You know Manik there is a castle..!! It looks so beautiful in night..!! God I am way too excited..!!" Nandini jumped in joy in Manik's lap. And Manik was all the time smiling on her cuteness.
"Acha chalo lets sleep..!!" Manik tried to tuck her in bed and Nandini was in no mood.
"Manik ni na..!! Not now..!!" Saying that Nandini pushed the blanket away and run from there leaving a stressed Manik behind her. She run towards the terrace and stood with the terrace wall. Manik came behind her with a fruit plate in his hand and he sit on the swing. Nandini was looking towards the sky.
"Manik? Do you like stars?" Nandini asked walking towards him.
"Hmmm..!! Yes I do..!!" Manik said cutting an apple with knife. Nandini sat with him on the swing. "They are pretty hai na?" Manik asked feeding her a piece of apple.
"Actually they are..!!" Nandini said chewing the apple.
"Why are you asking?" Manik asked her and in spite of replying his question Nandini lay down on the swing and kept her head in Manik's lap. "Are you ok Nandini?" Manik asked with a concern patting her head. To which Nandini nodded. And again started looking towards the sky. Manik feed her another piece of apple.
"Manik..!! Is that true kay jo log God kay pass chalay jaty hain wo stars ban jaaty hain?" Nandini asked seriously and Manik got it that she must be missing her parents.
"Nandini..!!Most of the people say stuff like this..!! But you know I personally don't believe this myth..!!" Manik said lovingly running his fingers in her hair.
"Why don't you believe in this?"Nandini asked looking at him he was now looking at the stars. "I always tried to find my Mama Papa in these stars..!!" Nandini confessed sadly.
"Have you ever found them?" Manik asked looking in her eyes.
"No..!!"Nandini said sadly and closed her eyes.
"Because they are not there..!!" Manik said and Nandini opened her eyes to look in his again.
"Then where are they?" Nandini asked sadly.
"They are here..!!" Manik said placing his hand on her heart. "These stars Nandini..!! These stars are temporary..!! They appear on the sky just for 8 to 10 hours. But your Mama Papa..!! They are with you for whole 24 hours because they are in your heart..!!" Manik explained lovingly and wiped Nandini's tears."You are getting my point right?" Manik asked and Nandini nodded. "And I am with you na? Then no tension..!!" Manik said to cheer her up and Nandini laughed on this. Manik kept feeding her the apple and she kept looking at the stars.
Chapter 23 B
Suddenly Nandini got up and went inside to their room. Manik was wondering where she went then he saw her coming with his guitar. Guitar was heavy for her she was holding it with much difficulty she handed him the guitar.
"What should I do with this?" Manik questioned.
"Uffooo Manik..!! Play it na? For me..!" Nandini said excitedly.
"Ok..!! But is there something special..?" Manik said setting the guitar in his lap.
"Everything is special when I am with you..!!" Nandini said happily and Manik smiled on her loveliness.
"Which song Madam..?"Manik asked.
"Anything which you like but not a senti one like you sang last time!!"Nandini said smilingly and Manik nodded.

"Nandini..!! You are ok na?" Manik said pulling her more closer to himself.
"Manik..!! You will never leave me right?" Nandini said clutching his shirt more tightly.
"Of course I'll never leave you..!" Manik said assuringly and a little surprised that why is she saying like this.Nandini just hummed on his reply. Manik again sat on the swing and Nandini again lay down with her head in his lap. Manik kept running his fingers in her hair and she held Manik's other hand tightly. Soon she was fast asleep. Manik kissed her forehead and pecked her lips. Then he carefully picked her up in his arms and made her lay down on the bed.
"I love you Manik..!!" She whispered in her sleep and Manik smiled covering her with the blanket.
Manik himself came on the terrace and called Cabir.
"Hey Bro..!!" Cabir exclaimed on the other side.
"Hey..!! I need your help..!!" Manik said hesitantly.
"What help?" Cabir said a little confused.
"I want you to help me to plan a trip..!!" Manik knew what was coming.
"What trip? Say it clearly na that you want to plan a romantic honeymoon..!!" Cabir said laughingly and Manik closed his eyes in frustration.
"Shut up..!! A Disneyland trip..!!" Manik said in serious tone and Cabir who was sipping juice choked.
"What? Tu Disneyland main honeymoon manaye ga?" Cabir almost shouted.
"Cabir..!! Relax it's not honeymoon..!! It's Nandini's dream..!! She want to go to Disneyland..!!" Manik said in a serious tone and Cabir become serious.
"She is just a kid..!!" Cabir said sadly.
"She is..!! You know Cabir I am very lucky to have her..!! Yaar her childhood..!! She wants care..!! She wants love..!! Her parent's death was tragic it broke her..!! Now I am trying to fix her shattered life..!!" Manik said in a hell serious tone.
"Ok boss..!! Kaam ho jye ga..!! And yeah I have a party tomorrow at my house..!! Nandini ko zaroor lana..!!" Cabir said in a cheerful voice.
"Party? Ummm ok..!!" Manik said and after greeting each other good night they hung up the call. Manik stood there bending over the balcony wall thinking of Nandini when he felt her presence she hugged him from behind and Manik smiled she placed her head on his broad back.
"I thought you were asleep..!!" Manik said turning towards her. She placed her head on his chest.
"I was..!! But then suddenly I woke up and you were not there so I came here..!!" She said snuggling herself more in him. "Manik..!! You are spoiling my habits..!!" She said running her finger gently on his chest.
"Nandini..!! Love and care never spoil a person..!!"Manik said lovingly. She slowly looked at him and tiptoed on her feet to kiss him. He also gently took her lips in his. Without breaking the kiss he lifted her in his arms and walked towards the bed. He lay down on the bed and they broke the kiss gasping for air.
"Sleep Nandini..!!"Manik said and she hide her face in crook of his neck.
"Promise me that you will not leave the bed..!!" Nandini whispered. She also didn't know why she said that. Manik knew that how much she was insecure.
"I promise..!!" Manik whispered and kissed her head. Soon both were drifted to sleep.

Chapter 23 C
Next morning Manik was the first to get up he saw his angel sleeping peacefully.He gently traced his fingers on her cheeks and she snuggled herself more in him.
"Mani..!! Let me sleep..!!" Nandini whispered.
"Nandu..!! Get up na..!! You are getting late for your medicines..!!" Manik said holding her close to him.
"I wish I could stay in your arms forever..!!" She again whispered in his ear and gently nibbled his ear.
"Someone is getting naughty day by day..!!" Manik said tickling her.
"You know Mr.Malhotra ap ka asar hai..!!" Nandini said naughtily. Manik kept teasing her like this for sometime. Then Nandini went to fresh up.
...
"Acha Nandini today we have to go to a party..!!" Manik buttoning his shirt while Nandini finished brushing her hair.She walked towards him.
"Manik..!! I am not going to any party..!!" Nandini said buttoning his shirt and putting her arms around his neck. "You know I have the a very bad experience of the parties..!!" Nandini said and walked away.
"Acha..!! If you don't wanna go then it's ok..!! Waise Party is at Cabir's house..!!" Manik said faking a sadness. Hearing Cabir's name she instantly run towards Manik. And Manik gave her a what look.
"Manik..!! Party Cabir ki hai?" Nandini asked excitedly.
"Yeah..!! Wanna come now?" Manik asked cupping her cheeks.
"Yes..!!" She nodded excitedly and Manik laughed,pulling her in a bear hug.

It was 6 of the evening when Manik entered the room. He saw Nandini sitting on the floor with lots of Sarees , jeans and tops scattered around her. It didn't take Manik to understand that she was selecting a dress for party. Manik without disturbing her sat on the bed and started working on his laptop. Nandini didn't noticed his presence.
"Aiyappa..!! What should I wear?" Nandini was blabbering to herself.
"Kuch bhi pehan lo Nandini..!!"Manik said typing document.
"Manik..!! You are here? Acha you help me na? What should I wear? A Saree or jeans top?" Nandini asked standing up.
"Nandini I said na kuch bhi pehan lo..!!" Manik was too much busy in his work. Nandini was hell confused.
"Ok I'll wear top and jeans..!! But which color? I think blue will be the best..!! But black top has very beautiful embroidery...!! Hai na?" She again asked showing him blue and black top.
"Hmmm haan..!!" Manik still didn't pay any attention to her and Nandini angrily tapped her foot walked towards Manik and sat infront of him.
"Are you even listening to me what I am saying?" She said angrily shutting the laptop screen. Manik smiled and look at her. She made an angry pout.
"Of course I know..!! What my wife will wear in tonight's party is the question right now hai na?" Manik said taking her hands in his.
"Manik I am serious..!!" Nandini said angrily and turned her head. "Main achi lagna chahti hoon..!!" She said sadly. "I want to be look good like you..!! I want our couple to be perfect..!!" She said sadly and Manik become shocked hearing this.
"Nandini...!! Look at me?" Saying that Manik held her chin and made her face him. "Nandini it doesn't matter whatever you wear..!! You are beautiful Nandini..!! You are my life Nandini..!! You think these dresses makes you beautiful? No Nandini..!! Your crystal clear heart makes you beautiful..!! And don't you dare to think anything rubbish..!! Get that? My angry bird..!!" Manik ended up naughtily and Nandini nodded.
"I am not an angry bird Manik..!!" Nandini said hitting his chest and Manik laughed.
"Acha listen if you are really asking for my suggestion then wear this black one..!! It will look beautiful on you..!!" Manik said tapping her cheeks and she smiled.
"Now can I do my work?" Manik said obideitly and Nandini get up from the bed nodding her head. Manik resumed to his work and Nandini went to washroom to get ready for party.

Manik and Nandini entered Cabir's Mansion hands in hands. Cabir was standing on the entrance. Seeing them coming he walked towards them and hugged both of them.
"I am very glad that you both are here..!!" Cabir exclaimed.
"Yeah..!! You know Nandini wasn't coming but when I told her that it's your party she instantly become ready..!!" Manik said side hugging her and Nandini smiled.
"It's an honor to see you in my party honeypot..!!"Cabir said patting her cheeks and she smiled again. "Chalo let's go..!! Everyone is here already..!!" Saying that Cabir lead them towards the poolside. It was pool party. All the other members of fab 5 were present there. Nandini immediately spotted Alya who was staring at her. She hide behind Manik. Alya noticed it and come towards her.
"Relax Nandini..!! I will not say anything to you and I'll not harm you either..!! I have accepted you..!! You are Manik's happiness..!! He really loves you..! Cabir told us how much he was tensed for you when you were in the hospital..!! I am sorry for my previous behavior..!!" Alya said lowering her head.
"It's ok Alya..!! Please don't say sorry..!!" Nandini said and hugged her. Alya was shocked at sudden act but then she hugged her back. All the other four smiled on this union.
"Ok guys..!! Enough of the emotional drama..!! Let's have party..!!" Mukti exclaimed and everybody started partying. Manik was busy with his friends and Nandini was standing beside the pool. When someone patted her shoulder.
"Hi beautiful..!! We meet gain..!!" It was none other than Harshad. Nandini frowned seeing his face again. Nandini tried to walk away when Harshad blocked her way.
"Leave my way Harshad..!! Or else I'll call Manik..!!" Nandini said angrily and Harshad laughed.
"You think I am scared of him..!!" Harshad said mockingly. Nandini tried to free herself from his grip but he was way too strong. She wanted to shout but there were lots of people she didn't wanted to create a scene. During her struggle to get free from Harshad she didn't know how her feet slipped and Harshad also left her hand she instantly fell in the pool with a splash.
...
Manik was laughing with his friends when he heard a splash of water. All of them turned their attention towards pool and Manik's eyes popped out in horror when he saw Nandini drowning. He run towards the pool.
"Nandini..!!" Manik shouted.
"Mani..!! I...!! I don't know how to swim..!!" Nandini said diving in water again again. Manik without caring anyone jumped in the pool and held Nandini. Nandini hugged him tightly and started sobbing hard she was shivering with cold.
"Shhh..!! Bus I got you..!! Relax..!! Main aa gya na..!! Shhh..!!" Manik tried to comfort her. Suddenly she stopped shivering. Manik called her but no response she was fainted.

Hy guys..!! Again a late update I am sorry again :( I don't know what is taking me so long :( Well all of you want a Disneyland trip but before a Disneyland trip I have to study about disneyland na? Hehehehehe..! In this update my favorite scene is MaNan convo about stars which one is your favorite? Tell me with your comments. And Finally I got a chance to put tum mile song hahahahaha..!!
