*Yug's room*

He changed and sat on the sofa, but all he was thinking was of Kali. He felt someone tap his shoulder, so looked up to see Gauri. She smiled at him. Yug felt so angry, that he wanted to slap her. But controlling his anger, he ignored her and started playing on his mobile.

Gauri- Yug, aaj humne tumhare liye adark waali chai banayi hai, hum leke aaye?

Yug- (rudely) Mujhe nahi chahiye...

He walked out of the room and went to Kali's room. He sat on the bed, trying to feel her presence, but all he felt was loneliness. He saw dairy on the table and picked it. Before he could open it, he heard the door open, so turned. Raghu smiled at him and closed the door. Raghu sat opposite him. There was an awkward silence between them, as Yug remembered how Raghu was trying to show him that there is more to his marriage fiasco, but Yug paid no heed. Raghu understood this and decided to break the ice.

Raghu- Yug, Bachpan mein, tum kabhi mujhse jhoot nahi bol sakte the... toh koshish bhi mat karna, aur mujhe bataana, tum Kali se pyaar karte ho naa, aaj bhi?

Yug looked down and nodded.

Raghu- bilkul Mughada ki parchaai hai... jaise Mughada tumhe samjhti thi, waise usne tumhe samjha... tumse pyaar kiya... Kaash ki bacchi ko tumhara pyaar bhi milta...

Yug sighed.

Raghu-Mamta ke jaane ke baad...shaayad maine kabhi tumhe dhyaan nahi diya Yug, par main tumhe samjahta hoon...aur jaanta hoon, ki iss waqt tumhare dil mein sirf gussa hai... lekin, iss gusse ko control karna...at least tab tak, jab tak Maa-Gauri ki sacchai saamne nahi aati, aur Kali thikh nahi hoti..

Yug looked at him in shcok.

Raghu- Mughada ne bataya mujhe sab kuch... Kuch socha hai, karna kya hai?

Yug- Do dino baad ekadashi ki pooja hai naa?

Raghu nodded in confusion. Yug's mobile rang. It was Manjiri who told him that Kali's operation was successful. Yug and Raghu thanked God.

Yug- Main hospital hoke aata hoon...

Raghu-Main bhi chalta hoon...

The two men left the house. They reached the house and went in the special room where Kali was shifted.

Yug- Kaisi ho?

Kali nodded.

Manjiri- Abhi tak weakness hai, isiliye bol nahi sakti...

Raghu- (trying to lighten their mood)Beta, ab bhi time hai, soch lo...iske saath life time rehna hai, it's not an easy job...

Yug frowned and Manjiri laughed.

Manjiri-(teasingly) Bhaiya, Kali toh Yug ko saath janam tak jhelegi... Kyun Sona?

Yug and Kali blushed. Manjiri signed Raghu and the two left.

Yug sat on the stool and looked at Kali, who kept staring in his eyes. Tears trickled down his cheeks. Kali raised her hand to wipe them, but couldn't do so..

Yug- I am sorry Kali...jaanta hoon, maine jo kiya, uske liye Sorry word bahut chota hai, lekin kya karu... kuch samajh nahi aa raha...apne saare feelings ko dil mein kaid kar rakhe hai... kisiko nahi bata sakta ki tumhare accident ki baat sunke main kitna toot gaya tha... Mann toh kar raha tha ki wahin jaan doon.. par nahi, it was your love that has supported me Kali... tum agar gussa ho, toh main samajh sakta hoon, and I promise, ki humare rishte ko thikh kar, I'll make it upto you... I am so sorry Kali...agar maine tumpe vishwas kiya hota, toh Gauri aur Aryan tumhe taqleef pahuchane ke baare mein sochte bhi nahi...

He hugged her and cried his heart out. He broke the hug in a few minutes and ran his hand through her hair.

Yug- Tum abhi aaraam karo, main bahar hi hoon...

He kissed her forehead and turned to leave, but felt soft fingers hold his wrist. He looked at kali who nodded in a no. he sighed and sat on the stool again.

Kali-(trying to speak) Yug... aap maafi...

Yug-Shh! Don't stress yourself... abhi tum sirf aaraam karo...main yahin hoon...

Due to the medicine effect, she fell asleep in a few minutes. Yug stared at his wife with all the love and devotion of the world, he stared at her as if she was the eight wonder. He kissed her forhead and left the room.

*Chaudhari Mansion*

Daadi- Arrey, woh Kaali kaha hai?

Gauri-(happily) Woh Dadi..

Raghu- Maa, Mughada ne usse Vaishno Devi bheja hai.. koi pooja karwani thi uski... so uske Maama ke yahan bheja hai Mughada ne usse... uski kundali ke kuch dosh door karne...

Daadi- Chalo accha kiya... warna uske durgun humare pote ko haani pahuchate...

Gauri was confused. Raghu went a little away from them and called someone. Seeing this Gauri smirked.

Gauri- Bichaari Manjimaa, life mein unhe pehli baar jhoot bolna pad raha hai, Aakhir unki beti gayab jo hai...

*Yug's room*

Gauri entered the room, to see Yug talking on the phone.

Gauri- Ab tum chahe hume kitna avoid karna hai kar lo Yug...Kaali toh gayi, ab hum dono ke beech koi nahi aa sakta...

Yug looked at her and before she could speak, picked her pillow and was about to walk out of the room.

Gauri- Yug, tum kahan jaa rahe ho? Hum yahin adjust kar lenge...

Yug- Mujhe Daadi ne kaha hai ki I shouldn't share a room with you... your kundali...

Gauri-(annoyed) What crap! Jab Kaali ki baat thi, tab toh tum humesha andh-vishwas ke khilaaf bolte the, and now, it's about your wife, aur tum chup ho?

Yug-(trying to control his anger) Kyunki it was Kali, and you are Gauri...you both, are different individuals... who have different value in my life...

Gauri-(angry) Accha, toh batao, humari value kya hai tumhari life mein?

Yug- (angry) Zero...kuch bhi nahi ho tum meri...you get that? Now move!

He walked away from her and she stared at his retreating figure angrily.

Gauri- Socha tha, ki jab tum ghar se bahar nikalogi, toh Yug humare pyaar ko accept karenge... but no...

She sighed and sat on the bed, thinking of Yug.

Here Yug went to Kali's room, took her diary and went to the guest room. He read the first page of the diary,

"Yug...hume maaf kijiye.. hum Daadi ke saath andhvishwas ko istamal kar, bahut galat kar rahe hai...Lekin shaayad, kal unka andh-vishwas pe jo yeh vishwas hai, woh toot jaaye... Kyun Yug? Itna gussa? Itni nafrat...yeh saza kyun de rahe ho aap mujhe.. jo galat aapke saath hua, woh humare saath bhi hua hai, lekin sabki nafrat hume hi kyun mil rahi? Apne humari zindagi ko apne pyaar ke rango se sajaya tha, aur aaj, apni nafrat se hume har par maar daal rahe ho... Kyun? Mann toh karta hai yeh sab chod bhaag jaaye...lekin aapko galat pe yaqeen karta nahi dekh sakte, humare pyaar ko ek jhoot bolta nahi sun sakte...isiliye ruke hain... Intazaar kar rahe hain, uss din ka jab aap hume apni beewi maanenge, humare rishte ko accept karenge...Socha nahi tha, ki life mein yeh din bhi aayenga, ki hume, aapko humare rishte ko trust karne ke liye proof dikhaane padenge, ki aap humse jyaada kisi aur pe vishwas karenge... Khair, jo bhi ho...at least sindoor daan rasam mein apni patni ko, anjaane mein, uski sahi jagah di...mujhe mera haq diya...

Yug was confused. What did she mean that he gave him her rights during sindoor daan? He recalled that Kali was holding the duppata and realized that it was Kali, whose hair parting he had filled and not Gauri's. He couldn't help but smirk. The girl, who never chose any wrong way, was scheming and plotting. He knew this transformation had occurred in her, because he had not trusted her.

Yug- Thanks Kali, mujhe help karne ke liye...

He went to his father's room.

Raghu- Arrey Yug, tum iss waqt? Aur Gauri ne Aryan ko phone kiya tha, uska kya hua?

*Flashback*

Yug was with the police completing the formalities when Aryan's mobile rang. Reading the caller ID he felt a wave of anger in him, which he controlled and received the call.

Gauri- Kaam hua?

Yug-(covering his mouth with a cloth) Haan, humne usse jungle mein phenk diya...

Gauri- Good...tumhare paise tum tak pahuch jaayenge...

Yug hanged the call.

*Flack back ends*

Raghu-(surprised) Yug? I can't believe you did this...

Yug- Yeh toh kuch bhi nahi... read what Kali did during sindoor daan...

He gave the diary to Raghu, who now couldn't believe his eyes when he read the contents of the page.
