Hello , I am a newbie here, was very skeptical about posting as people like Abhayda radhikadi shindudi are like my inspirations and what can I even say when they have almost said everything so beatifully about yesterday's episode. But then I gained some courage and decided to share my pov. Yesterday's epi was a mixbag, while the first part was a very sweet and picture perfect scene of jalal and jodha worshipping and talking with each other, in a beautiful setting of the palace(really liked the decoration o f the palace in the area where the puja occured and where later jalal and jodha were talking how they have created a new culture of harmony). The second part was bitter, with salim causing another mayhem and jalal jodha pulling their hairs due to it. In my pov, in this fight, murad is the one at less fault because all he wanted was to talk to salim about punjab problem,and salim without any reason kept on barking at him, even in previous day's fight, murad had only gone to talk to salim about giving up the crown for Salim's sake, and without any reason salim started acting as though murad has come to show that he is shah e shah and salim should bow in front of hm. Which prince will endure if a dancer interferes in his conversation with another prince?Even in today we hardly want non family members to interfere when we are talking and arguing with our family members.Still Murad didnt disclose the name of anarkali and the fact that salim is having an affair with her, he made it look like salim was just busy with some random dancer watching dance n drinking,that made me think he still cares for salim and doesnt want to insult his brother by bringing his personal matters.where as salim's problem is that he is very much self centered, he hates someone whom he thinks is not doing things in his favour or is not acting as he wants them to. Example when jalal promised him he will get married to the girl he likes, he was all lovey dovey with his father, but just when jalal opposed him in the bela farhan matter he went to the height of insulting himand the relation of his parents in front of so many peop[le, even saying that in this age jalal has developed greed for young women. He is tyhat type of person who will love you till you pamper and praise him, do things as he wants, and if you take one action which hwe dislikes, he will forget all the good things you have done and start hating you like never. I feel both Jalal and Jodha needs to grow, Jalal as a father and Jodha as malika ehind. Jlal is too strict with not only salim, but also Murad , he didnt even thought that he is just making murad a pawn to manipulate shah e iran, and when later this crown will be taken back from him, murad will surely revolt as he will feel used and betrayed. Ihavent seen him interacting much with daniyal either, He is always either thinking of salim, or punishing salim, the other two sons are very badly ignored, and I really hate cvs for donating murad and daniyal to other begums when they are Jodha's child historically.I feel Jalal is much more loving with his daughters, specially aram banu.and jodha need to slaps salim hard and put some sense into his head, this always going to jalal with a plea to forgive salim and talk to him privately is showing her in a weak light,many in fb and twitter are disspointed the way Jodha's character has been taken in this track, yes agree she is a mother, but in this track she is shown completely lettting the mother take over the queen, and istead of thinking logically, she is too much swayed away eith emotions. I agree she is a mother, and she will ofcorse not ant to give up on salim, but the way she always says to forgive salim or lese he will go waway from his parents, doesnt feel like the old jodha who was very fiery and just. It looks like Jalla is too strict, Jodha is too pampering, and Salim is too loathabl;e, which in turn makes the audience fustrated
