Thanks Preet - JA is over for us and the way it has ended for us has left a very bitter taste.
They could have ended it gracefully & started SA on fresh note. They just don't care about any feedback, we have exercised our choice to not watch.

Agree with very word Maddy... Seriously, no accountability...and the audacity to say that don't hv expectations from the show👏...we all know the future of such people with little talent and tons of ego...a decade later, they will politely remembered as " one film/ show wonder"...We will find them standing outside production houses with JA as the only worth reading thing on their CV...I really hope that these talent deprived arrogant people don't sink the careers of the few talented actors on the show. I hv no idea what is happening on the show these days... Is Ruk still hogging the screen space or do they hv a new irritating favorite who has been assigned the task of testing viewers patience?

I too miss those days when we used talk hours daily about JA , upcoming tracks what not. It was so much fun and this was my first serial that I got so emotionally attached and all because of Parijat/Akdha. I find it funny to even remember how furiously we used to discuss even a precap! Every promo used to cause heated discussion!! Those were the days we used to watch JA on repeat also!

How much they butchered Jodha & Jalal these CVs totally destroyed something so wonderful which had amazing leads with zingy chemistry - viewers could not have enough of them! Sigh

No I don't see any chance of revival of JA - SA is of no interest to me. When I happen to read Susan threads makes me laugh at the tracks! Anar as a hairdresser & Akbar attending some jungli wedding! 😆

I wonder if anybody bothers to READ what these CVs write before approving! 😉

dont ask celo what happening its to confusing to explain even more confusing to u understand hahaha

Feels good to read your post after ages.

I agree with each and every word of yours.

EK and her production house have misused their power over the television medium to dole out utter nonsense to the audience in the name of history. They covered their atrocities by flashing a disclaimer and have escaped scot free.

The only saving grace to this pathetic portrayal of Salim and Anarkali are Paridhi Sharma and Rajat Tokas. It is really sad that EK has stooped to the level of cashing in on their popularity for her own benefit.

Both Paridhi and Rajat have done complete justice to their roles. They will always remain my absolute favorites.

acc to show both SA are in sweet 16 but why they look in 30s
and akdha still same as start of show

Thanks Sonai - those who watched JA from when our JodhaJalal love story started can never forget them.
What chemistry! Recently I watched RTPS performance in BCL & it was just rocking. Why not just end the serial than destroy it this level? It has left a bitter taste for loyal viewers of JA. Even without political stuff or wars - they could have shown their story with bonding after HH, craving for child the tracks like Adham end, MH going against Akbar, MahaC AM etc.
I guess somebody with SBS filled brain was handed over JA 🤢

Hope we can meet soon on some other forum 😃

Maddy,

You have always been a special person on this forum and I have enjoyed reading your take on various things. One parting suggestion from my side.

My Mother, who never watched JA, has the following advice for TV soap watchers, watch the Pakistani shows on Zindagi. She has given up on all hindi shows except DABH. According to her, the Pakistani shows with their finite length and interesting plot lines are very interesting. They are the talk of the town in Kitty parties.

I don't watch TV, so for me it is JA and nothing else ever again, you have a number of choices. Bye!
