Elimination of Hard Kaur in the semi-finals of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 3 came as a shock to everybody. I'm happy my efforts were appreciated and people liked the real Hard Kaur. Kisi ko pata nahin tha ki main kaisi hoon the reality show has helped people know the real me. I'm now going on a holiday, kitna achcha hai na? There'll be no bitchiness." Now that she has had that 'reality show' experience, Hard Kaur has no qualms in telling us what it is all about. "Camera ke saamne sachchi baatein nikalti hain, acting bhi hoti hai yeh, lekin log edit karte hain aur usse dikhatein hain jis se TRPs badhta hai." The rapper is also shocked with the reactions that her elimination has received. "I never thought there would be such a great problem. Channel walon ko toh itni threats ayin hain. Log toh keh rahe they ki hum aapke channel ko aag laga denge. And so, a 'To be continued' was flashed with the penultimate episode. The channel asked me to say I'd be back on the show. Mere ko waapas nahin aana. I will just give a hip-hop performance in the finale," she laughs. What also impressed Hard Kaur was the reaction she received from the judges. "Those emotions were real. Sarojji cried, Vaibhavi argued with the director. But there wasn't much that could have been done," she says.

Does Bhaichung finally score?

After delivering perfect scores consistently through the competition, Baichung Bhutia has edged out fellow competitors Gauhar and Karan to win Jhalak Dikhhla Ja, sources said.

The footballer has had the best choreographer of the lot in Sonia, who has been inventive and a sensational performer herself.
Bombshells Malaika Arora Khan and Mallika Sherawat are the special judges on the show, which airs this weekend.

Celebrities who performed specially for the final were TV stars Hussain Kuwajerwala, Prachi Desai and Mona Singh.

The episode began with eliminated jodis (excluding Hard Kaur and Savio) performing to a qawwali. This was followed by Malaika taking the stage.

After Malaika strutted her stuff, the competition began in earnest. First up was Gauhar on the title track of Dhoom 2 with Hussain. Baichung danced to 'Aaila re ladki mast mast' with Mona Singh and Karan Singh and Prachi coupled on Hum Tum. These performances were judged by Malaika.

Next came a performance by Mallika Sherawat and another round of dances by the contestants. The theme for this was the musical story. Gauhar and Himanshu did the reincarnation track of Karz. Baichung and Sonia did Don. Interestingly, Sonia wore masks of Nicole's and Gauhar's faces!

Finally Karan and Nicole did Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. They got eliminated, as announced by Mallika, and then Baichung was declared the winner, and Gauhar runner up.

The final will be aired on Sony TV on May 31.

Bhaichung: No reality shows, no dancing for occasions and no Bollywood!

That takes care of the questions that everyone who has seen the agile Baichung Bhutia perform on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 3 is thinking about. After months of grueling rehearsals and hard work, it was Bhutia who was finally crowned Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 3's winner last night. And though the footballer is thrilled that his fancy footwork impressed on the dance floor, he's in no way planning to quit his day job. We caught up with Bhaichung to find out more about his most unexpected accomplishment yet.

How are you feeling?
It really feels very nice to win, at least for a complete non-dancer like me. It's a very big thing! I am not a good dancer at all.

How has your journey been?
It has been very difficult as well as very exciting. One thing is for sure, it wasn't easy. On the whole, I would say that I improved a lot throughout, it was just impossible for me to dance before but thanks to Sonia, my choreographer, I performed.

What was it like working with Sonia?
She has really worked very hard for me, to identify my strengths and present them in the routines. She has helped me gain confidence in dance and always brings out the best in me. I was very lucky to have Sonia as my choreographer, she was simply great! Right from the selection of songs to the selection of costumes, she has been brilliant and very helpful with everything.

Were you expecting to win?
Not at all. When I initially joined the show, I thought I'd last for three weeks and then get eliminated. But because of my efforts and the audience, I made it here. I worked very hard and gained tremendous support. My win was 50 percent because of the audience and 50 percent because of my efforts.

Besides you, who was the most deserving contestant to win on the show?
Anyone could have won considering a complete non-dancer like me did! The rest at least knew a little about dance. When I reached the semifinals, I definitely wanted to win the finals and, by God's grace and the audience's support, I did.

How would you now rate yourself as a dancer?
Earlier I was a zero, now I am a 5/10. I am still not sure whether I can perform dance forms, except for tapori! That's the only one I can probably do.

According to you, which was your best performance?
My best performance was the tapori dance in the semifinal round, where I performed on Dil Mein Baji Guitar from Apna Sapna Money Money.

Which was your toughest performance?
That would be my first performance on the title song of Goal. It was so bad that I just wanted to run away and never come back again! I was damn scared.

What have you learnt apart from dance?
I think that if you are participating in a reality show like Jhalak, you need to have a good choreographer…like I had Sonia.

Did you make any friends on the show?
Right from the spot boys to the contestants, everyone was my friend. They have all supported me in their own way and are all really loving and caring people. But I am very bad at keeping in touch so I am not too sure what will happen.

Will we see you participating in dance reality shows in the future too?
A big 'no no' to any reality shows now! No reality shows, no dancing for occasions or weddings, nothing at all! I just participated in Jhalak for the experience and I've got that. And no Bollywood too!

What are your future projects?
In three weeks, my football season starts so I'll be looking forward to that.

Parul talks about her love

When we asked Parul about her love and when she met him for the first time, she says, "I am so excited about my love and for the first time I met him was during Jhalak followed by few award functions. Gradually we started but by now we have bonded strongly and I am happy being with him."

"Nishant is so supportive, caring and he has a heart of gold. He is everything to me and he is the love of my life. He understands me so well that he keeps telling me that first I should concentrate on my work and that gives me a huge strength to sustain myself as an actor."

About her acting career and about the future, she says, "In one year I have achieved so much which was beyond my imagination. But all I did was hard work and a focused mind with never giving attitude which has helped me to reach here today."

"And in future to I will be doing the same, perhaps my best has yet to come as acting has no final destination. I am still learning and there is lot to come. I am blessed that I am getting all my dreams fulfilled and the kind of friends I have made through the journey is the best earned ornament of my life."

About her real-life marriage plan, she says, "About marriage there is no room in the near future but when it comes, everyone will come to know."
