she came storming at him... what gave her the right, did she ever ask herself? he kept pushing for a ceremony to tie him to another only because he couldn't bear the thought of someone, an other, putting a ring on her finger, he apparently had the right to hurt her and tell her she didn't mean a thing to him but how dare she go and get engaged to some other guy... she didn't want to think about him, the man who had made her feel things no one had, right here by the pool, but she would put it all aside and do the right thing... a feeling seizing both and doing its own thing while they try to hold on to their own worlds, though it is no longer what it used to be, its very nature changed, because one fine evening a man opened his eyes and saw a woman and then she fell right into his arms.

serial after serial uses this same language of faraq padta hai ya nahin... no one has lifted these simple words to the level or power these two have. tumhe kya faraq padta hai? do you love me? faraq padta hai. i love you.

of course, faraq padta hai... has anyone ever hit my inner organs so vitally with just ordinary everyday words? i loved him saying he loved her... but the declaration and possession and right and thrill of faraq... when the promos said, aaj main khushi ko bataaonga ki mujhe faraq kyun padta hai... words to that effect... with that slightly tilted head and smile and eyes wrapping fire with a flow of gentleness, i would feel my blood pressure go plummeting, my hands going warm...

yes, writing, direction, sound, light, everything and the acting with inordinate presence.
