Episode 152

NK tries stopping Khushi from leaving alone but she says she will not go with Arnav. Arnav says stop it Khushi but she says she'll go in an auto and she leaves and NK is like why is she behaving like this and goes behind her (I think NK realized arnav made her mad, but it is sweet that he is following her to drop her off). Arnav is left behind looking angry, hurt, jealous, and mostly angry.

Nani told Anjali that she should have gone to the party and met khushi's fiance (Anjali did not go because her hubby did not go, and she likes to hang out with the elders too). Anjali said it is okay to tell nani and she tells her that khushi's engagement is broken. Nani was like how, when, why. Anjali said that khushi told her not to tell anyone because PayAsh's and ArLa's engagement was happening. Nani praises khushi saying that she did not want to ruin other's happiness and she is very mature for her age. Arnav walks by and hears this (may I add he looks good in that grey sweater, that he will never wear again). Arnav gets a flashback when khushi was teary eyed when he said mean things to her at the party and now is realizing he did a wrong (why can't he figure that out on his own, someone has to unintentionally show him that he is wrong, he should know it).

Nk is trying to cheer up khushi and is asking what got her upset. HE asked if nanav did something and she stops and said with a smile that she will not let mean words upset her. He leaves happy knowing that khushi is "happy" and he reminds her about the choreographer is coming the next day so you and payal come early.

Arnav is tense because NK is taking too long dropping off khushi because he very well knows that it does not take that long and he is trying to call NK but he does not pick up the phone after one ring (I think it I was one ring because arnav got pretty mad very quickly...atleast wait a minute). Arnav is pacing in the living room constantly looking at the door. NK returns whistling and spinning the car keys. Arnav asked when where was he. NK said that his phone was on silent because he did not want to get disturbed when talking to his tareek (I found it cute when he calls his date tareek). Arnav got pissed because he called khushi his date and was like don't ever do that again and walks off.

NK is left confused and was wondering why nanav was yelling at him like he forgot to do his homework.

The next day, Anjali tries to make mami stay for the dance master but she said she agreed to the marriage because everyone said yes but from now on I am saying no and she leaves the home. Anjali is very upset and nani said that mami did this because she does not want to dance with that strict choreographer.

The doorbell rings and NK opens the door to see Khushi and Payal. Nk flirts with khushi said that she understands what his heart is saying. Khushi seems uncomfortable. They leave to see the family. Khushi goes to close the door and BAM arnav came. Khushi tries to walk off but arnav stops her and he said that he thinks he shouldn't have said those things. Khushi said "thinks" and walks off. Arnav is left said because he managed to hurt her again.

Everyone was sitting down in the living room and Anjali was talking about how strict the dance teacher is and NK, Khushi, and Payal were getting tense about this. Anjali tells everyone stories about the choreographer about her sangeet. Nk starts praising khushi's dancing and the teacher enters and said I will be the judge of that (she should have said that) but she really said there's no big sangeet without her choreography. NK made a fool of himself. Anjali introduces the dance master to payal and khushi and they seem tense. She takes payal and makes her stand next to Akash both of them are shy and blushing. The choreographer said not to be shy and save it for the suhaag raat. PayAsh hold hands secretly (these two are getting gutsy now these days)

Everyone's eyes seemed like it will pop out of their eyes. Anjali calls shyam to come home soon. NK starts talking and the choreographer called him a cartoon (well he is on, but he is adorable). She calls khushi a half bride because she is the bride's sister (never heard that before). The choreographer notices that someone is missing from there and Arnav comes there talking on the phone. She says here is arnav and said that she knows that he will not dance and she says that this time she will make sure that he dances. NK asks what about him and she said he will handle the props (poor kid wants to dance)😆. She said some story and ends saying ek hissa dulhan ki behen or doosra hissa dulhe ka bhai. ArShi look at each other shocked and the choreographer said you guy have to look at each other like that (that is not their romantic stare lady that is their get out of my face stare or their what the face). They deny dancing with each other. The teacher said that the dulhe's brother has to dance or she will not stay. Then Arnav using his Harvard brain said that NK will take his spot because he is also the dulhe's brother. The choreographer approves reluctantly and they start dancing. The choreographer tells NK to place his hand on khushi's waist and arnav stops in his tracks and is now burning with jealousy.

👏Episode 160

Let The Battle Begin!

She slowly lowered herself onto her bed carefully not to touch HIM! OMG what to do? She didn't dare have her skin touch his and on top of it all in her bed but what to do Buaji was insisting she go to bed.

"Move over lest you fall," Buaji scolded her. Khushi hesitantly moved closer to her "sister" (ASR). Khushi slips the name of Arnav, she means Buaji and Buaji thinks she is a crazy girl. Off to bed.

ASR is furious you can see he can't wait to scold our girl but as he turns to look at her he finds a sleeping beauty. Eyes tightly shut. His angry eyes turn into a mesmerizing stare, befuddled by her beauty. If he could only move that small strand of her from her face; his hand subconsciously moving on its own accord but her eyes flash open and she jumps up and scoots over away from him. He must do something, so he scolds her for coming in front of him. She says it was him whom came I fromt of her and he retorts, "Don't think you have won!" Pointed fingers are flying. This scene is so cute. Again tit for tat. The children are playing again. She scolds him and he tells her to just SHUT UP, OK! Such like newly teen bliss. Adorable.

Buaji hears her and calls her from outside her room. She wants to know what she is doing? They look at each other. Uh,oh! I thought they would go under the covers again but instead they somehow get tangled. Khushi's dupatta and his watch don't want them to part. As they are trying to remove the caught material his phone rings causing Khushi to panic that Buaji will hear it. They are stuck together and he can't reach his hand in his pants to get the phone, reach for it Khushi! Blushing!!! She is panicking and finally he tears her dupatta and receives the phone call as Khushi has her famous O face on. It is Akash and he just tells him he is trapped here. He stops her from talking by the famous Bas, talk to the hand pose. I am quite impressed by that move and will have to try that out on my own family.

He walks over to the door and tells her that the one who wins doesn't look all raggedy like she does. He tells her she has lost and have a good year! The competition has begun! He walks out the door.

In the car Akash asks him why he waited there and he says not on his whim but his phone fell.

Payal asks Khushi why Arnav was there and she answers to ruin her New Year ofcourse! Payal notices Khushi's torn frock and asks her about it and Khushi says it is a symbol of her defeat. Payaas a picture of Kushi on hl wants to know how it happened.

Akash sees the torn material on ASR's watch and asks him about it and ASR goes in to a tyrade of how he told her not to come before him this night and he winds up going before her himeself. He is so frustrated at himself right now but blames Akash that it is his entire fault. Then he says it is okay just let it be. He really likes seeing her subconsciously! Akash asks him why it is bothering him so if he doesn't believe in all this superstition and ASR agrees and says it is because Khushi will think she has won.

Kushi explains all to Payal and takes a vow to Devi Maiyya and she will avenge her torn sari. He will be defeated.

Arnav and Kushi you have both been defeated. Devi Maiyya has won; you came before each other to be together forever. Eyes will be made to open and avenged plans will change all because DM will have her way.

Akash apologizes and says he would have taken NK and ASR says guess where NK was?

The men go to confront Nk asking him how his jet lag was and why was he is at Khushi's? A frustrated and jealous Arnav, a somewhat 'stern' and probing Akash and a totally lying and bumbling NK dictated the scene.

The next scene was so despicable; again I hate that man, Shyam and his sneakiness. He has his phone with a picture of Khushi and both him and Anjali have their eyes closed so that when they open them they will see each other at 12 but when he opens his eyes he is staring at the picture of Khushi. So disgusting and poor Anjali, his betrayal is so unfair to her. Arnav comes looking for Anjali. Mamaji told him what happened and he and Shyam agree she has been careless. Shyam tells him he doesn't have to worry because he is there. Oh yeah right, you are the culprit Shyam! Anjali tries to allay Arnav's fears and tells him to take a deep breath. She asks him if he was out at a party? He thinks of Khushi gets frustrated and says good night.

Kushi is hanging clothes on the line and comes to her torn frock. Buaji sees it, she scolds her for wearing a torn dress on New Years and Khushi says this does not mean she is defeated; she will not be defeated.

Kushi gathers them all together in the living room and is talking about the Sangeet and how they will compete. They think she is crazy. They will win she says she will not be defeated.

Let the Battle begin!

Nice title Cynthia.👏...and indeed she was so nervous when he was in her bed lying right next to her...They both won each other by defeating each other...He so wanted to see her and same with her...and the whole day they both were showing that anxiousness in their denial...

Episode 155

Garima is walking with the shaadi ka joda, looking tense (she knows the outfit is fugly and khushi will react in such a way that bua ji will feel bad). Khushi is blindfold and excitingly asking for what type of gift she is getting and Bua ji shows her Shaadi ka joda, Khushi opens her eyes and says screams in shock (if I was her I would not be able to even react that much, I would be wondering how to tell her the outfit is gross). Bua ji says that she was thinking that Khushi should but Khushi completes her lines by saying that to show her and to keep it back in cupboard (I loved that dialogue, she is one smooth talker…I would still be speechless) Payal was laughing at the condition of Khushi and garima is amused too. Khushi is speechless hearing that bua ji wants her to wear it on payal's wedding and bua ji thinks that she is speechless because khushi is speechless by her love story. Khushi says that its Payal's wedding and payal is not scared because she might have to wear that awful outfit because khushi put her in a situation. bua ji says that her joda is already selected and payal is now tension free. Khushi looks at Payal angrily and she is laughing at her. Bua ji says that if she will wear it she will look like angel (bua ji is our up and coming fashion designer). Khushi looks at the Joda and is shocked and buaj ji says haye re nandekishore it is looking so good on you. Khushi says that it is your size to bua ji. Payal and Garima are laughing in the background, bua ji says that when she was young than she used to be khushi size (I will take her word for it). Bua ji tells her that she needs to wear it and it is final.
Khushi's bati went off and says that if she will wear this than NandKishore will feel bad (weirdest logic ever) Bua ji thought she meant NK and praising him. Khushi clears the misunderstanding and starts teasing her and tells her that after PayAsh marriage Bua and NK can get married. Bua ji gets mad and khushi gets up and runs away

Anjali is massaging Shyam's head (why would he want to leave such a good wife like that, she is so caring towards him) and she says if he will be there during next dance practice and he says he wanted to be there but he did not feel well (that was so convenient that he did not feel well at the best times) Then Anjali tells that today Madhubala wanted her to do jump and she tells him that she was feeling bad and wondering how to tell them and Shyam says that it is possible and he takes her into her arms and she shy away and ask him to promise her that he will be always be like this and he says he can't be as while holding her back will pain (oddly enough, there scene made me go awww…don't throw chappals at me)

There buajee is thinking what they should gift the raizadas. She says that they need to give a silver pooja thali to Anjali because she is very into that stuff. Then bua ji moves to Nanis gifts and tells Garima that Nani was trying to show that she is a better dancer than her and Khushi comes there and says that she was no less. To which bua ji says she left them since there was boys there (that is what I heard) or she will be heavy on them (she got the heavy part right). They decide to give Lucknowi sari to nani. Then they move on to arnav and Khushi gets angry and asked why show they give him a gift. Bua ji says that he is eldest song in the RM so they have to give him a gift. Buajee asks khushi what they should gift them since she knows him the most. Khushi says "voh jo dafttar mein aag bujhaane wala cylinder aata hao vahin dete hai jab gusse mein aakr sab kuch rakh kr dete hai tab pssh pssh karke aag bujhaane ke kaam aayega hum such keh rahe hai jaise log saans lete hai vaise vo gussa karte hai" (got that dialogue from FB). Payal tell Khushi to stop and buaji start teasing her that we can listen about Arnav being teased but how will Payal listen about his insults. They tell payal that will leave them soon and will become someone's wife, bahu, jethani, and other stuff. Bua ji cries and Payal also leaves from there crying.

Akash is pacing and he asked if there any practice session today and there NK is eating chips and making loud chewing sounds and messing with the bag and tell him no. Arnav is working and is getting irritated with that sounds and he offers the chips to Akash but he denies but he takes one and eats it. NK suggests that he should call Payal at 12 and he says why at 12 why not now (it beat the romance of the New Year's thing, hearing or seeing your true love). He calls and bua picks up the phone and out of nervousness he hangs up. Arnav and NK asked what happened and he said that bua ji picked up…NK-Arnav are like so, ask for Payal.Then again he calls and hangs up the phone because garima picked it up. They asked what was wrong again and said that bua ji did not pick up the phone so he cut it. Arnavand NK motivates him and told him to man up. He calls again and bua ji picks up the phone but Akash is still not able to speak and ASR comes and talks to bua ji and asks if he can talk to payal. Bua ji calls Payal and Khushi comes there when bua ji tells her it's arnav; khushi gets shocked and passes the phone to Payal. There ASR passes phone to Akash. Akash is trying to talk to Payal saying that she will be here with him in his house within few days and there NK is listening to the conversation talks which disturbs akash and he keeps moving away but NK keeps coming back (I loved this scene, it seemed so natural).Payal feels sad when her leaving her house is mentioned so she runs from there and Khushi tells Akash to call on her phone (I thought payal had a cellphone, she used it a few episodes ago to call khushi).

Akash told NK-Arnav that khushi told him to call her phone and NK the eager beaver that he is calls khushi. Khushi picks up and NK starts talking about how they need dance practice and how they need to practice that one move he cannot do. Khushi was like it is simple all you do is stand there and spin me around and around (this scene was cute, NK is the cute lover boy, who has more courage than Akash, and khushi is clueless about NK's feelings). PayAsh feels upset because they are not able to talk to each other. Arnav is getting irritated/jealous snatches the phone and tells Khushi to give phone to Payal because she told Akash to call on her phone so that PayAsh can talk not NK and Khushi can. Khushi tells him that he is also doing the same thing by talking to her.

Arnav gives the phone angrily to Akash and Khushi does the same to payal. Payash talks to each other and Akash feels that Payal is sad due to some reason and Khushi tells him the reason that is Payal's bidaai is soonbut she tells him not to worry because she will handle her. Arnav is getting annoyed with NK eating his chips loudly.

Anjali goes to the cupboard to find something but on top of the cupboard there is suitcase which might fall on her but Shyam comes on time and saves her. Shyam scolds her about not paying attention (it seemed like he truly cares for her, how he saved her and the fear in his eyes and voice was visible) Anjali is like if he was not there than something bad would have happened. She adds that she is getting careless day by day and Shyam thinks that it's good she is getting careless as when he will do something to her then no one will doubt him (okay I was wrong about the caring part, he is one hell of an actor). What is Shyam planning to do with Anjali??? Will PayAsh be able to meet at midnight???
