Ruby... I know I publicly hardly ever appreciate your posts... But this one darling, u outdid urself !!! Absolutely brilliant take on IPK... The way u explain the serial... Oh, I am so glad we are doing DC again right from the beginning... What an insight into Gul's head... I bet, like me, people understand a lot more of IPK from your posts, than from watching the show !!!!

happy anniversary ! Loving the reflections and try to read them daily or do catch up.

Ps - I have really given up on the english dubbed version of IPKKND - it just does not make sense when one understands hindi and there are subtitles for the more difficult words! Yesterday all my sister and I were doing were just bursting out in giggles at the dialogues and the voice associated to Shyam seem so out of character - too good for the evil that he is!!

Wonderful posts on the first page as always. Here are my two cents mostly on the basis of Ritz's post.

Payback. The loop started here but when was it closed really? 25,000. 100,000. 300. She always volunteered to pay back. She never paid. Did he ever ask? He did not. Moreover, he paid for her father's treatment, bought her the house in Laxmi Nagar, even gifted her a registered business. He not for once reminded her of what she owed him.

So the journey started here. On this very day amid people & traffic. The equation of money. The equation of give & take.

He always talked about money and she always shunned it. But without making it too blunt he always had made his point. Money is not everything .. but it is important. 😊 And having money is not a sin just as much as not having it is not.

PS: 3 Prakash Brothers in one episode. What a discovery!
