Absolutely wonderful! Love the pool and the laps, I can just picture our Arnavji and all his muscles/glory in his little speedo's (very European not American), slashing through the pool like a knife. I love to watch the swimming events at the Olympics so I am now substituting Arnav for Michael. This would be something that I would expect from him; rising early, swimming his laps, clearing his mind for the day!

Love the flashback of how he met Kushi, just brilliant and when she placed his still lifeless hand to her chest I had tears in my eyes. He will come back to her, He must for their is no Kushi without Arnav and vice versa.

i love the idea of Khushi falling into a wide clean pool 😆 and I love it even more that ASR is swimming and swims all the time. seems like a perfect redemption to that miserable three feet, full of floating debris swimming pool in RM. 😳

dankane ek ho rahi hai Khushi is trying to revive Arnav just like he had love this story a mixture of past and present.

Indi, I read Ch. 2 last night, was sleepy, but didn't want to wait till next day. After reading, what disturbed me was the fearful state of Khushi when she spent a whole night in that hotel room dreading the worst. Have been reading in newspapers almost daily about atrocities to women, young girls; how they are lured and trapped. The situation is so discouraging for women who want to go out and try something, but these nasty elements who are found almost anywhere in disguises, dash any such hopes of women right away.

Coming back to the story, read it again now. The desire of Khushi wanting to feel Arnav's hands around her when she hugged him, was touching. Loved the bhabhi-nanad scene. Di doing ramanchi? Maybe, maybe not. The whole scene in the hospital room that Khushi spent alone with Arnav was too good, very nicely written.

Still lots of thoughts. Will come back later when I assemble them.

confession: i know nothing about the latest swimwear and sports stuff... just that speedo is popular around here and seems to be aspirational, so i saw a picture on the net, liked what i saw and said ta-rrra. but, little speedos? did i say "little"? hawww, naughty cynthia... clever cynthia. 😆 poor michael, but happy indi.

cynthia, about those emotional scenes, tell you, it is amazing how caught up one gets writing them... is this him, is it her, am i right, would he, wouldn't she? if you had tears, means i did something correct. but please always share your gut feel, even if there's something you don't like.
