Sush I too am holding on to that...they always build up situations so that we have a arhi moment...otherwise I still believed NK must have stayed back and comforted kushi ..they all left her alone must have to do with Arnie taking care of his wife ..he has to learn the responsibilities.

the episodes are itself turning so dark and despair its difficult to hold on to optimism ...and the negative spirit in the forum is not helping at all...I have stopped reading any topics in the forum just stick to yours and a couple of others...I want all this to change and turn the light hearted way..atleast from Wednesday.

@Meens: No matters how the marriage came to be, bauji is the only one who knows what a fortunate move this is for Khushi. He's the only one who knows Shyam's true colors. I agree that was a nice scene - the two mute people communicating with each other!

@Ratna: I guess Arnav's dimaag is on strike, so he is acting a bit schizophrenic, eh? Even if things don't get resolved anytime soon, I want the tears to stop and the spine to resurface for ArHi

Shiela, I guess both Nani and Anjali were as disappointed in Khushi as in Arnav ... in fact even more so. They have always loved her and supported her, they always encouraged her when she fought with Arnav ... in fact they acknowledged that she could manage him much better than they could, even Anjali ... they admired her spirit, she roamed around in RM like it was her own house - they were ready and wiling to accept her as Arnav's bride anyway ... so they had this feeling of apnapan with Khushi ... that she is already their own, she will do only good for the house, never bad ... it was like scolding someone "apna" ... that they trusted her and she let them down ...

Much like what Arnav is actually doing by lashing out at Khushi - he started to trust her, to love her, and she let him down by being in love with Shyam ... it's being let down by someone you trust, rather than by a perfect stranger, that hurts more ...

while for Garima and Buaji, Arnav is obviously on a completely different level, they can't question him even if they wanted to ... they have only the most formal of relationships with him, so they concentrated on Khushi, who is their favorite whipping girl anyway ... when things are all right, love Khushi, when things are wrong, blame her because she's not our own .. no wonder Khushi used to run around like a dog all the time for the Guptas if this was their reaction for her every mistake ... poor girl! 😭

hola everyone..
loved reading everyone's take on the episode.

i for one felt really very awful coz of how they treated khushi - esp the guptas. they've shown their true colors - they've always kept khushi away esp garima - since episode 1 after payal's first wedding was called off.

maami rubbed it even more - which was too much to handle - why would they even think of planning and scheming?!

this is gonna be endless - wonder how they're gonna end the day. a big roller-coaster on the way esp for khushi - no one by her side except arnav (hope he regrets what he did to this innocent soul). 🥺

i can't wait for the day, like doods said on sathu di's post, arnav will break down in front of DM for what he's done. *i know it's like bashing arnav but i'm not bashing anyone.. i'm trying to see their POVs as well* 😔

looking forward to the face-off between shyam and arnav.

@Diya, I do believe that Nani and Anjali were more disappointed in Khushi than they were in Arnav. It is like Anjali said, it was not that long ago Khushi was talking about the importance of marriage and yet here she went and got married without anyone's knowledge. Even with Nani wanted to know how Khushi could let Arnav talk her into this, that they expected more from her. That is why their reactions didn't bother me as much as the Guptas because I am sure in time they are going to come around and accept this marriage.

I really hope when the truth comes out Khushi isn't shown going back to them. Khushi is better off without Garima and Bua's fake love, they only love her when it suits their needs other than that they could care less about her. It was so cold the way they hugged Payal and talked about her being the good daughter while Khushi looked on like a stranger.

The CVs continue to take baby steps with Arnav, this time around it is with marriage. I think when Arnav realizes its significance it will be too late. Before I wanted Khushi to find out why Arnav was so angry and work hard to clear those misunderstandings but not anymore, why should Khushi be shown fighting to earn his trust when it is him who should be fighting to earn back hers? I hope it is Arnav who is shown finding out how wrong he was and let it be him fighting back to win Khushi's love after the way he has crushed her heart to pieces all over again.

Mandy, I agree @ bold ... that's what I want to happen too ... and it will ... because facts are facts, Arnav HAS misunderstood Khushi, we know that ... and if the story has to proceed towards love, he HAS to find out her truth and Shyam's and then start repenting.

Khushi has made a mistake, granted - we have to accept that she is not completely blameless in this, neither she nor the Guptas - their continued silence on the Shyam front has defintiely worsened the situation ... and when Payal's rishta was fixed, it was their duty to inform Nani about Snakewa. But G ladies have always shirked their responsibility and left it to the younger ones - Payal insisted on telling Akash about her past marriage before she said yes to him, her one vertebral act ... but the Gupta ladies should have made sure that Nani and Mami knew ... in fact they should have told Nani themselves, not accepted Payal's assurance that Akash knew, so all was well.

And similarly, IF Khushi and Arnav had reached the confession stage, I would have expected Khushi to come clean about her previous engagement, including telling him about SHyam - it would then have been unforgiveable of her to continue to hide this from him ...

but by misunderstanding her, he has now put himself in the wrong - and whether or not Khushi planned to tell him after the latest incident, she just hasn't had the time or the opportunity ... when she saw him after the incident, he was already in a temper, then she tried to talk, he left, the next she saw him all the marriage drama started and he put those conditions to her. He didn't give her a chance to speak - and I think that will come back to haunt him ... that she wanted to, and he didn't let her. He just thought the worst of her as usual ... so in my book, he has a lot to do to regain her trust ... especially after the way he has reacted by crushing her so brutally ... without bothering to check the facts even once.

@Msclog...please don't apologize for disagreeing...I don't expect everyone to agree with my interpretation...of course other people will see it differently...that's why it's a fun discussion...

Just to be clear...what Arnie did was beyond bad...I am not justifying his behavior...all I am saying is that there were still things which were not the worst...they could have been but they were not...at least that is how How I saw it...does not make it an more true than how any on else saw it...

sush .. ha good morning .. yesterday,s episode was heart aching.. from the POV of both star crossed lovers now man nd wife who have succumbed to the worst of the circumstances nd love buried in ashes .. it is the most cruel punishment he has given to her in the name of betrayal.. no girl deserves it.. but i was happy that he took her to temple nd explained her about the importance of MS,SINDOOR.. in front of none other than DM itself .. see her breakdown he was so coldblooded .. heart wrenching scene .. he shattered her hopes, her beleif in marraige ..everything .. the whole institution of marraiage made a mockery .. typical ASR style .. he has indeed written his kismath in front of DM who is the witness to this holy union.. nd for this act of his DM though will surely avenge him for seeing her child cry helplessly in pain .. nd wat happen to all the men in RM they are doing moun vrath for sivarathri or what... they were like side audience enjoying the ripping of that poor soul.. nd pavithra bandhan dialogue uh.. too much anji first see how ur husband is making a mockery of you nd u question this poor soul lecturing on pavithra bandhan ..explain it to your chote .. he needs to understand the meaning of it... shyam needs to improvise on his acting skills his twitches are annoying.. the less i talk about others the better... the hero of the day babuji ..

Even those choice of words, I will set you free in 6 months was very bad. It is like catching a butterfly, clipping her wings and then setting it free. It can neither fly or soar but withers into oblivion slowly and painfully. What good is freedom, when the sould is empty, the tears have dried up and one loses everything including the essence of a being a human.
I am sorry, don't care what happend in the story in the future, it will all be good and great drama, but any girl going through what Kushi did, even 10% of Kushi did at 19 years of age, well corspses will be more alive and feel more free than such a girl.
Morbid. Yes. But I have seen this kind of emotional and phsyical abuse too much in life happening around me and maybe that is cynic talking now.

I totally agree with you...I saw nothing good in the sham temple marriage today...it was like adding insult to injury...
I have absolutely no positive feelings about the whole 'marriage' ceremony.

Diya and Mandy I agree there...he should trust her all by himself and without prooofs...thats what I want to see...she should not convince him to trust her...he should do it for his own good. They have to show that love is unconditional thats his only way of repentance...trust her unconditionally...without the camcorder or without her having to tell her side of the story.

I wasn't apologising for disagreeing as much I was apologising for disagreeing with you because I enjoy reading your posts very much. So in the back of mind, you enjoy all of her posts, how can you disagree? 😊 I also think, the reason they showed him tying the MS and Sindoor is because in futre, when he realises his mistake and learns to love the idea of marriage and MS and Sindoor, it will be Kushi who they probably would show saying, all of those lost importance for her. Or maybe, he will drage her there again to remind her all though his words were harsh, his actions were not and if wanted, he could have not put the MS or Sindoor, and would have asked her to put them herself etc. So I know it will be revisited later on, but yesterday, just looking yesterday, without looking into the future, felt for Kushi, especially when she looked at Devi Mayya as if saying you are my last hope.
