Going by the precap, it seems Nancy is molesting Shivaay. Couldn't see much, but it must be Nancy only. This Nancy is very weird, she's always lurking around SSO. This magician couple is definitely plotting something dangerous against Shivika to frame them.
So Nancy knew that Shivaay is alone in his room, so she went inside and tried taking advantage of him.
We can also see that Nancy was on top of Shivaay and he's trying to get free of her grip and Annika is slowly approaching the room.
