Good to see you posting. 😊

I hope I am not too late with my response. For someone who seldom watches serials, I have set the record of watching 3 serials simultaneously!! Now that my Thesis is coming to an end I have more time in my hands.. 😳

I watch the show for its uniqueness, for the way writers portray their characters be it grey, black or white. All characters in this show are true to their nature. I like the show for not showing the Male Lead as God, for not showing him manhandling the female lead, for not getting into a slap-gate. Most shows have slaps galore 😆

Overall this show was unique and they did not follow the cliched path of separation based on the most flimsy reason one may find. The ML had some sense in him. I say was because the way Shambu's death was handled, the way Raja wielded his way in and went without a hamper have all made dents to the show. Yet, if I keep watching the show is because of Dhani. Somewhere in our hearts we want to know what the heck happens to her in the end. Does this erstwhile widow get a happy life. Is she being treated fairly. But today after reading the updates,I sense that CVs are falling prey to TRP. Even her last anchor Vip has deserted her. it is disappointing. Their love has not withstood the trials and tribulations of life.

Why oh why? 😲 Just because every serial has a separation track, we dont have to follow the same hackneyed path. Let's not have to ape others for TRPs. Let us be different.

Why would one raise their hands if they have a difference of opinion or don't like what the other person is doing or say? This is something that I can never understand. Every other India serial shows people slapping each other even for comedy? Not sure what's so funny about it.

If Vip has truly landed the slap on Dhani, then my respect for the character has diminished. If he is hurt because Dhani dared hold DT by his collar then DT is no saint!! he called Dulari characterless. Sure Dhani held DT by his collar but that is no way to treat his wife. Where was Vip when all those abuses were hurled at Dhani. Why did he not go slapping his mother or Db or DT? Did he slap Dhani because she is younger than him? has no status? or is beneath all of the other family members? Vips does not own Dhani. She stand on her own. and every human being has the right to speech and opinion.

On the other hand Dhani too has to smarten up. If the Swarna had cautioned her about those living in AN, that includes Kamini too. Not sure why she goes blurting out secrets to Kamini. Dhani thinks she is some saviour!!! why does she do things and when caught why oh why is she unable to voice the reasons? When cornered, her stammering and acting like the femme fatal is driving me up the wall. If she likes to do her own investigation she should be woman enough to fend off all those who question her motive.

Well most Indian serials are senseless. Some start of as sheer brilliant only to loose their sheen and become dull along the way. I am currently following 2 serials on Sony - Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise hi and Ek Dhuje ke Vaste. Both shows to an extent are near depicting real life. Characters and the story are being conveyed beautifully.

I hope they dont show dhani pregnant after the separation track. It will be so filmy and yewww.. 🤢

ratna wonderul post dear...👍🏼
Can I even call it watching when for the past few weeks I have been skipping episodes , the ones that I watch I fast forward the You-Know-Who sections and at times even press the mute button when You-Know-who gets abused .

I truly gave it a deep thought as I honestly spend a good part of my productive day thinking of the show , participating on the forum , discussing , fretting , hitting the chaska meter and responding to so many posts and friends. Is that the only attraction or is there something else.

same condition dear.. i didn't addict to any serial of my own language too..am a malayalee..actually am against serial telecasting before..because according to me its carve our mind, daily routine etc..so am against many who were addicted to serial and makes confrontation too..but now look i am going through the same condition..funny part is my husband don't even know that i am watching a serial and addicted this much...😆..

A diagnosis was required and I questioned as to why would any reasonable person watch this show.
still diagnosis going on
The Concept . Widow remarriage with a backdrop of Benaras. We all know what happened to that Within 6 months. its all gone and done with.

The male protagonist . He was new for me but to a lot of us he is a well respected actor and his return was much awaited. A lot of us believe though not entirely agree that this role is a shadow of what he played before and this may not be his best .

Great story telling . Twists and turns that keep the viewer engaged . Tracks that build up well and executed superbly . This show can definitely take a few lessons on this one.

The lead characters . Viplav and Dhani who are constantly made a scape goat of by the writers. Brave Dhani turns chicken and intelligent Viplav turns dumb.

The romance . A solid scoring point but if the story is week how can a show stand on just hugs and kisses. they become boring after a while.

Indeed , current logic says that it is a waste of time and to cut ones losses and move on. And then an episode as today (05/22) happens ..just at the nick of time when you have given up on every little hope you had and this is where it struck me.

My belief, faith and hope in the Viplav -Dhani's love story is what keeps me hanging on. I so desperately want them to succeed , beat all odds and stand up against those nay sayers and declare that nothing can part them . the vows they have taken are for keeps and they are One.

Viplav soon will be at crossroads , is it his Love or his family. If he follows Dhani without his family he will not be happy and if with his family then cannot be happy without Dhani . Which path will he choose ? And Dhani who unknowingly has let him down today will she understand his turmoil . Will they both live thru the good and the bad ? they have made a promise to do so ..Right ?

And here I say it - ITS MY ISHQ WITH ISHQ THAT KEEPS ME HOOKED . Taking the good and the bad and my sworn love to stick by it for as long as it takes.

same answer dear.. ISHQ with ISHQ..❤️
also IKRS make this forum and loyal members so special.. definitely will be here till it ends..

This is me and what I think . What is your reason ? Would love to hear your thoughts.

lots of reasons actually.
First and always first, Mishal Raheja

Second see how much more Eisha Singh can raise her level of acting

Third how will Vidha's children look like :)

Fourth when will Viplav know about DT and KT - and wouldn't that be an Eureka moment.

When will Dadi open her mouth

When will Kamini and Dadibua leave

Hope some more positive characters are introduced who will support Dhani

When will we know about Dulaari's past

How much more Vidha romance can we see...
