I feel apu sirf monday ko imlie ko dhular degi and when she will see extra concern and care of beta again wohi mode mein jayegi ...and will start spying 😆no jootas on me...

Finally dd ...endless concern drama 🤢in front of meethi and telling her blah blah ...me like aap chinta na kare her hubby is there to take her on which disha he wants you concerntrate on your free ki meheman nawaazi 😆 ..and waise bhi aapke nikalte hi t house phir se khil utha hai ...jo aapke ke rehte khandar ban gaya tha😆

I mean the episodes from the Dil Se episode to the Suicide episode were so well crafted and gave stuff to watch on repeat mode. I mean most of the VM's got stuff for fodder from these episodes. I don't know if it is due to guilt, or due to just feeling like she has disappointed everyone, but I really just miss that spark in her that used to really propel the story ahead. I think that was also what they wanted to show in the dream sequence (the latter part in the garden), where Adi really misses this side of her and just wishes really hard to see that side again. That carefree attitude, that playfulness all right now just seems missing. I totall agree today with AY, NM, MB and JM that there was a sense of disconnect today in the episode, which normally is not there in this series. Today's episode was hyped up so much on the 'surprise' that it just fell flat to me. I really hope that the writers get the message from us viewers as well that we want better story and character progression rather than these lollipops.

I agree, Imlie always had a nuanced story telling and amazing cast and crew. Its not just from Dil se episode, all the episodes from the beginning are so well crafted that we can watch them multiple times without getting bored. I think the move to Hyderabad has nothing to do with the story. The story itself took a dark turn since Malini's suicide track. So we cannot consider it impact of location shift. This show has managed the location shift way better than other shows I watch.

Re., Imlie - I think Didi's suicide kand has really traumatized her. She is like a turtle hiding in its shell; As long as didi is around, she is suppressing her personality. Once didi is out of her sight, we are seeing somewhat familiar imlie. She will be back to her guilt and inferiority zone once the divorce proceeding starts.

I was disconnected at the filminess of the dance, I did not think it was inline with my understanding of Aditya's character. But the second part was definitely better than the first part on stage. The playfulness and the happiness was again totally Aditya - Imlie zone. Again I did not even think that this could be Aditya missing Imlie. But this makes sense :) Thank you for pointing it out to me :)

If not, I agree that they continue to develop the story better than just pandering to Twitter's request. I think we need to also put our concerns out there on Twitter as well, as it seems they are building the further story from there only. Also I am surprised that GM did not push back at the lipsync piece for the dance, as he is shown to be quite involved in th scenes when he shoots. Also since he choreographed the entire first part, shouldn't he have suggested to tone down the cheesiness? I mean he has been doing this character for more than 6 months, he should have been able to push back more. I also felt that the dance seemed really out of sync with the characters, I legit fast forwarded it coz it was weird to see them like that.

After getting tht look from Imlie he went in a dream zone and in dream ppl become super hero he just did it in very film way ... the 2nd part , piggy backing tickling and all was typical YRF - SRK types .. I loved the sequence he just let it guards off ... dream mein who will hold back 😉

I don't want them to go with the cliche, I understand the need of doing something deferent once in a while to keep up with a big fan demand out there, If they don't do it they will lose their viewers who are not too much in the storytelling like most of us here!

Let's face the reality! Ppl (Adili shippers) are losing interest and the makers need to give them some treats and lollipops to hold on to the show! Most of the viewers not ready to this kind of shows, so need to appreciate the work and effort they do trying to balance between story telling and fandom demands, they will lose it some time but to the overall experience and journey they are doing quite a good job!

After reading your analysis I felt it will be awkward to watch.

But tbh, I enjoyed it too much, I didn't feel the disconnect.

I don't usually like dream sequence, but I didn't hate it.

Yes it was not Adi, he will not do this, but it could be his wild dream, sometimes he just dream of doing something that isn't him!

And I don't mind they putting some light hearted scenes once in while after introducing us to heavy drama to go to the next one 😂

We can think of the dream as a stand alone act, a break of the drama. It does not affect the story so if we felt the disconnect we could skip it, as it is not affect the story itself that much.

Yes he was worry but her presence and dance could distract him a little.

All other notes, we could ignore it as will, like the magical polti, bag, camera, clothes, door, rose necklace of SK wedding, who they appear and disappear by director and editing team magical wand😂

Edit: red: I mean ppl on general, not just him, we may daydream of fighting and dialogues that we will not do it in real, and a lot of things we may dream of doing that is wild or not too polite to do, or ppl could think wrong of us if we did, something like that!

Imlie’s journey is supposed to be the base of this story. Aditya her support who propels this journey forward so she can reach her full potential every step of the way in everything she does. Using them in dream sequences coming right out after a fainting spell is not who they inherently are. Aditya’s alter ego dance in PD is who they are. Had they done this keeping story and character continuity relevant, I would have still taken it but everything looks thrown in haphazardly right now. That is the problem I have going in to next week as well because the makers are still out there on another platform dangling carrots which means this is not ending anytime soon.

I have nothing against the dance itself because GM and ST salvage pretty much everything they are in

They just wanted them to zone out of all their vacchans ... I liked it ... Adi just let his guard off in his dream 😴

During his marriege with mapini he dance so well in his mhndi too.

So now why we are complaning its filmy style.

I think they did not like the lip-sync part but I liked it was his dream and they gotta show their talent too both did it so well ...he as in Adi hasn’t got any reaction from his wifey except DD concerns and her guilt trips, he has feeling and let them off in his dreams and in reality also ppl are out of characters in their dreams so was he , big deal ... it was his lovely imagination...he lives in the moment so he just dreamt this much. Moreover woh badal gaya hain Imlie ke pyaar mein itna tadpaya hain KI ... he is behaving like teenager 😜🤗

Adi danced with Malini in mehandi. Then there is one trip and fall "apko phool chahiye " on valentine's day. He danced twice with Imlie including alter ego in Pagdandiya. He was carefree in first 10 epi. Then holi ,that tom and jerry chase , kitchen scene and honey scene. Not much surprised he did that dream stunt😆 May be he want to break free all the walls.🤔

Yes thats ehy i surprise too see why many of us are complaning regarding dabce as filmy style.

We also do dance in filmy style. Thrn ehats problem with #Adilie if they do like that.
